I would give zero star if I can. 1. I went in to pick up the order this evening, had to wait for 10 minutes until they asked me if I'm there for pickup. It was supposed to be two bags of food but the lady at the counter pointed at one bag and confirmed when I checked if it's correct. I noticed half of the order was missing when i arrived home. 2. when we called the restaurant the lady on the phone said I picked up only one bag so there is nothing they can do. I asked if they can deliver the missing bag, she said they don't have delivery service(they have delivery option!) There is no manager I can talk to, I should call the customer service tomorrow for a refund. She was pretty rude. 3. Half of the order chicken was BURNT AND SALTY. The food here was excellent. I came out to LA for the Chargers vs Titans game, and I was really craving mashed potatoes and gravy before leaving SoCal. We found this place through Google, and it was the right choice. Of all the spots I tried in LA, this was by far the best. The fried chicken was fantastic, and the mashed potatoes with gravy definitely lived up to expectations. I also ordered a single piece of fried fish, which was great.
