I usually order the hamburger (love it) but I drive across the street to get french fries from Filabertos since Dino's french fries are not as good. I wish they would get with the times and NOT make each Customer sign the credit card receipt. All the restaurants around them don't (Filabertos, McDonalds, Subway). Kinda gross to be handed a food basket with the receipt and a pen to sign when going thru the drive thru. I try to remember to bring hand sanitizer but sometimes I forget. We were looking for the Crowned Egg to eat breakfast but found Dinos Gyros. Apparently it is a combination restaurant that at one time was a Filiberto's. We ordered huevos rancheros and a banana hazelnut crepe. The huevos rancheros were amazing! My taste buds did a happy dance after my first bite ! The crepes were good too. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly. They had drive through traffic and phone orders while we ate but only one customer. Well it was a good lunch while it lasted. Several times now the owners wife just let me down. I ordered onion rings that are made fresh. They were in a styrofoam container that was soo full of grease the I was able to pour it into a coffee mug in the sink. It leaked out on my car seat. read more

Normally when you come into a small diner, people are welcomed, but in this case, we were rushed to order. When you try to order, it comes out wrong. My mom ordered the asada burrito and she asked to remove and add a few things and it was not done. It was just meat inside and the food was dry. The Gyro didnt taste so bad nor did the greek wrap! Further onto the customer service: There was a blonde short lady that was wearing a white shirt, hair up in a bun and had glasses, RUDEST person and RUDEST customer service. My mom asked if her food can be re-done because it's not what she ordered and she yelled at my mom just because she asked for it redone! And, I asked if I can get an extra greek dressing on the side and I ended up getting yelled at AND she tried to charge me $1 just for a small portion of the greek dressing too! But when I asked the other lady(short, blonde hair, no glasses and a black shirt, helping the window) she didn't charge me for the greek dressing for the wrap and only charged me for the white sauce for the gyro! When I said that the other lady gave me a greek dressing, with no charge, she still kept running her mouth raising her voice yelling. As my family were leaving, that RUDE BITCH WORKER constantly kept yelling at us up until we walked out the door! Is this how you train your workers to be with their customers? If so, then ALL staff including managment should be RE-TRAINED! To be yelling and being rude to customers, never again am I coming back! read more

My teenage son is obsessed with this place. He recommends going inside if possible, as there are many menu options to peruse. He also says that the staff members are incredibly kind and always remember him. The only thing they need to change is to stop giving out this germ infested tray and pen to sign in the drive through especially during Covid times. However, the new owners are charging $11 for a breakfast burrito with way less meat, and is much smaller than before. After leaving a tip it was almost $30 for two of them for the wife and I. Feel ripped off and won't be coming back. I get inflation is a thing right now, but there are plenty of other places charging less and still keeping size good. We have Dino's at least once a week. Their food is always fresh and their service is always friendly. I love that the food tastes like home made food. We really enjoy their croissant french toast, all of their omelets , tasty sausage links (ask for well done, the casing gets kind of crispy). I also recommend their gyro. What a gem! My husband and I started frequenting the family owned True Value in the same shopping center and finally tried Dino's for dinner. We ordered two Greek salads to go to use for a lunch salad (along with sandwiches) for some company at our home. We had eaten these salads before and they were good and worth the price. Not so yesterday. There was lots of lettuce but not much feta cheese or tomatoes or red peppers. Four small pieces of cucumber adorned the top of the salad but no more. I don't know if there is a new staff member making the salads, or they were in a hurry or they have just reduced the "extras" that made this salad worth the price. It did include 2 small containers of Greek dressing for the two salads, but it was really not enough. I normally only post good reviews, helping customers know about exceptional food or service, but this was a real disappointment so I wanted to mention it. Very interesting place to say the least. I was not expecting the Mexican food options and the hamburgers but hell, if it's good then let it be. I got a gyro, it was very good! I took a wild bet on the Mexican food, as I've never ordered Mexican food from a gyro place before, and to my surprise, it was also really good! It definitely had that home made touch to it. Smelt very fresh and it was burning hot which I love. Corn tortillas were nice and warm. Great flavor and the salsa was awesome. Been to Dino's twice. First time we didn't realize it was the "former" EatSmart (which we'd never been to). Both times we had very friendly service. Both times we enjoyed our food, and felt it was a good amount of food for the price. The food style and menu are diner style and that suits us. My hubbie had the philly chicken sandwich (cheesesteak but chicken instead) the first time and I had the burger. Both were good. The fries, which we shared because you get a lot! were great. Hot, crisp, but fluffy inside. Second time we tried a chicken wrap (hubby liked it, it was so big he had the 2nd half the next day for lunch) and I had the chicken gyro, also two portions worth of food. It was good (but, surprisingly had cheddar shreds in it, next time will ask them to forgo the cheddar). They are clearly still trying to figure out how to run a restaurant. They are trying hard, it is quite evident. I've given them a wee bit of feedback to help them hoping they'll take it. It's not about the food or friendly service, but about the mechanics of the operation. As others have mentioned, their menu has things crossed off and it's the same at the drive through. They haven't claimed their site on Yelp so they can't respond to feedback. They don't have a phone number registered anywhere with the new name so you can only find it by looking up the former name. My suspicion is they spend 100% of their time at the restaurant managing the kitchen/drive-through/dining room and don't have the time to pay attention to the operations and marketing overall. That's a shame, because they have some good basics in place. For those who made comments about the long wait at the drive-through, I disagree. Yes, it's certainly longer than fast food. But folks, this is a DINER! Your food is cooked to order. Plan accordingly! Hope they make it - the new name suits them better than the former name! read more

Total bummer - went here for a Greek salad. Have had them before and they were amazing. Ordered thru drive thru and chose the gyro salad that advertised tzatziki dressing as it is my favorite and asked for feta on the side (twice). Also ordered fried mushrooms. The mushrooms are okay, ranch is very good. Salad has fresh ingredients but is topped with feta cheese and I received no tzatziki dressing. The salad comes with a lot of gyro meat which would be great IF I had tzatziki for it. The woman who helped me was fantastic but overall I am very sad about my salad that is covered with feta and no tzatziki. Will be more careful and check next time. read more

When I came in there was no one in the lobby, they had the A/C off because no one was there but when I asked them to turn it on they did, just for me, one customer.
