The place is quite spacious and ready to hold a good crowd especially for those evenings with live music. The patio is nice for cool days. If you like sports, there's enough screens to keep you cheering for your favorite team. The servers are usually friendly and quite busy, trying to keep up on busy days. At times they can take a long time to take orders, but no place is perfect. Either way, they always have a smile and welcoming vibes. They have a broad selection of local draft beer and a few ciders as well as some pre-made cocktails. The beer and cider are a hit or miss, as sometimes they can come out flat. The pizza and calzones is usually excellent and big. One slice would be enough, but a big party can enjoy a large pie and everyone would be satisfied. This time I got the mammal with hot honey and my hubs got the honey roni with green chile. To start we got a small order of knots. The knots this time were huge but a bit bland in flavor. The additions we requested, made each slice even better! The mammal is a meat lovers dream with sausage, pepperoni , ham, and little pieces of bacon. The hot honey made everything pop! The honey roni has pepperoni, creamy ricotta, and hot honey. The green chile gave it an extra kick. Needless to say that we will keep coming for our comfort big pizza slices. It is always very clean and well kept. I appreciate that they keep their bathrooms clean. On one visit there several months ago, someone left a mess on the toilet seat. I told the staff and they had someone in there right away to clean it up. The service is always great. They get our drink orders and then they get our food order. Tonight we ordered a few appetizers. I usually order the Eggplant Parmigiana, but I strayed from my usual and I got a calzone. My husband is very satisfied with their pizza. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. In my opinion, they have the best marinara in town. They have several desserts, and yes, I took one to go.

I noticed quite a few five star reviews for this joint on Yelp. This place is supposed to make the genuine NYC pizza with thin crust. I ordered 2 cannolis ($11) and an 18" Deluxe pizza ($25.25) with pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms, sausage, onions, and black olives. When I arrived, David Wheelock, at the cash register, told me they had just removed my pizza. He handed me the box and said he had to go in the back to make the cannolis. I'm not sure if they really make them there or not, but they had lot of cream filling and weren't too sweet. The pizza had a lovely, crispy crust and a ton of toppings. I wish this place was closer. By the time I got home with the pie it wasn't hot anymore. Just warm. A very good representation of NY style pizza.

The flavor was nice and one of the better pizzas I've had in a while. The crust is very delicious and has such a nice texture and mouth feel. I wish the pizza was saucier but that's just for my personal liking. The pizza was perfect. Now onto the wings. Even though the flavor was delicious they were incredibly small. Just a tad bigger than a nugget and that's just way too small. Service at pickup was neither friendly or rude - just transactional. Overall the pizza was good enough to order it again.
