    This is a read and ignored message from Miguel.

    I had a dishwasher installed on Friday the 26th. Miguel came to install it here in San Diego. He told me that I would need to be up to code and I would need to install a new GFI outlet which I complied with however, when he installed the outlet he installed it in the middle of the wall, where I store all of my cleaning gear that he left on the countertop by the time I noticed he had already left so I called the customer service line. A woman answered and said she'd contact Miguel right away since he just left when she got back on the phone with me, she said that he was not gonna do it that she was Stonewald and Miguel was not going to fix the installation. I then called Miguel myself. He tried to do the same thing to me until I explained I couldn't put anything under my sink. He then agreed to come on Saturday during his route. Miguel did not call me. Miguel did not text me. Miguel failed to even respond to messages. I've already left him on my text message, I find this to be very unprofessional and not worth my money or time. My outlet still needs to be fixed so I can store my things properly in my house..

    I'm not sure whether Direct Connect Connections is good in California, but in Las Vegas, I have had the worst experience of my life with them as a property management agent. Unfortunately, my tenant has had to experience this nightmare as well. Please think twice before working with them. We ordered a dishwasher from Costco on April 9. Since then, Direct Connect Connections has scheduled at least five appointments, but they only showed up twice. Even when they did show up, they did not call ahead. Instead, they suddenly arrived at the property and said, "Hello, I have been waiting for you for 30 minutes." Here are some of the unprofessional issues we experienced: 1, They never checked the appliance properly before delivery. On April 14, we received the dishwasher, but it was not working correctly. They then said they needed to come back to replace a part. We have been waiting for the process from April to May 2 and we gave up. No more orders from Costco and this DCC. 2,Their communication is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes they only email the appointment time. Sometimes they only text the appointment time. But they never call. 3,They schedule appointments, but then they can call during the delivery window and say, "Sorry, we currently do not have any technicians available due to unforeseen circumstances." Then they cancel the appointment and tell you they can reschedule after two business days. 4,They may also skip, ignore, or lose your appointment completely. You only find out after calling Costco, even when you have a text or email confirmation showing the appointment time. Please see the attached proof. 5,They never apologize and never take responsibility. Somehow, it always becomes the customer's fault -- either you did not call them, or you did not have the perfect timing for their delivery. I could write more, but honestly, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The entire process has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

    Antonio and his team were amazing. I ordered a new over the range microwave from Costco and the installation was quick, less than 40 minutes. They came exactly in the time window and were nothing but professional.

    Destroyed counter

    Destroyed my counter and cabinet, offered $500 as a settlement when the quotes were over $7,000. Over a month and still have destroyed counter and cabinet, hardly any communication from them or the Costco representative.

In addition, Executive installed our built-in Fridge and Freezer panels vs the cabinet installers, again, very pleased we did that! The onsite techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They took case to protect the finished parts of our home. The Built-in Fridge and Freezer could not be installed until the wood flooring was completed, including a new set of floating stairs. Getting the appliances upstairs to our kitchen area was definitely hard work and a feat! Our main tech, Eric, was very knowledgeable about Thermador appliances. He did an initial walk through before installation was scheduled. He discovered an issue with the hardwiring location for both single ovens. We were able to get the electrical work redone before installation. In addition, his knowledge of Thermador appliances helped with the set-up and also troubleshooting. There was an issue with the Freezer, post installation, but it was the appliance not the installation. We have an all Thermador kitchen. Executive Appliance Service installed the built-in Fridge and Freezer, cooktop, downdraft, two single ovens, warmer, and microwave. In addition, the ovens, warmer, and microwave had to be uninstalled and reinstalled as the cabinet design had them placed too high! Again, care was taken with the uninstall and reinstall to prevent damage to the appliances and our home. Definitely would recommend using Executive Appliance Service for installing your kitchen appliances.

Executive Appliance send three different technicians out three different times, charged us over $500 and ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING. For the stovetop burner, after the second visit, they said they couldn't get a part -- and I found it on Amazon in two minutes and sent them the reference. They said they would order it and then went dark. For the garbage disposal, the first time the technician said he fixed it, and it cease working four days later. Same thing the second time and then they went dark. After that, I called the dispatcher to complian, they say they will return the call and don't. How a business that is this irresponsible stays operating, I have no idea! Tim

This practice is highly unethical and potentially more severe. For customers, it is imperative that you do not permit any employee to operate the self-checkout machine without your express consent. You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!

My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.
