I rescheduled our install at least 2 times and she was more than happy to work with me each time. Speed? Well above advertised. Dual band (5/2.4) router they supply works great for my dinosaur laptop (2.4) and our phones (5). They have an interface for each network that allows you to monitor your usage and see what is connected to your network. Zoom acting up? You have immediate diagnostic capability with every network they set up. It told me my laptop had awful signal on WiFi. $16 for a 50' Ethernet at best buy fixed the issue. Call them. Google advertising won't tell you about them but your neighbors will.

I had a problem with my internet connection, I called them. They did all the normal remote support you would expect, and then they asked if they could get back to me with possible fixes. I'm thinking, yeah right, but I said fine. I then texted with the support person and did the remote things I was asked. No long holds, no silly trying to sell me something, it was great. Then they earned that last star. They asked if I wanted to try the upgraded service for 24 hours to see if that was part of the problem. No hard sell, no extra charges, just like you would to a friend, here, try it out and let me know. Great service, great people, overall a great experience.

My…read morefamily and I came into this store to inquire about the upgrade options we saw from the Verizon app. Once we were "helped," the rep had a vibe like he did not care to help us further than to just tell him what phone and plan changes we would like to make. Although on the surface, it sounds like exactly what was supposed to happen, we were actually trying to inquire cost differences of our options and our promotions we were seeing online on our account. The rep gave no effort in looking into this for us at all. After expressing our concerns and questions, he suggested that we call the Verizon customer service because they may be able to help us more. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with a rep over the phone, it was clear as day how the phone rep and the store rep approach the way they work and how they treat their customers. The phone rep was WAY more helpful and took her time to listen to us and helped us address every concern we had. On top of that, she even helped us lower our monthly bill by almost HALF! All in all, the vibe at this entire store was very "I don't want to spend extra effort in helping you" and it's not what we want to experience as loyal customers to the company. I do not recommend this store to anyone that is seeking genuine help with their phone service.

This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me. I really like this T-Mobile store and their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

Thankfully, we have an Xfinity store in close proximity to our home; therefore, when my wife called Xfinity to do some troubleshooting, they advised us to bring the box and remote into the store. Upon arrival, we observed a very busy store with patrons receiving personalized customer service (the store is organized in a way in which staff do not have to stand stationary behind a counter). Once he finished serving an employee, a customer service representative by the name of Asiel summoned and greeted us. We handed over the defective hardware and Asiel informed us that we had the latest model; therefore, the replacement would be identical (unfortunately they were sold out of the 4k box that he tried to obtain for us). After providing us with the new box (plus an extra remote), he mentioned some potential savings that we could receive if we switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity wireless. Although it was a pretty good deal (Xfinity wireless uses Verizon's towers), it could not compete with our T-Mobile plan that includes free and discounted movie streaming platforms (i.e., Hulu, Apple TV, and Netflix). Once Xfinity Wireless develops a plan that includes movie streaming services (currently they only have Peacock), we will entertain the thought of switching over. Once we arrived at our home; we installed the new box, sat through a few system updates, and were able to resume Love Island...thank you Xfinity Elk Grove!

The phone tree is ridiculously loaded with the most useless options and you cannot opt out and speak to a live person. If you do happen to talk to an agent all they want to do is upsell you. They have little interest in assisting you with your actual questions. I've been with these guys for over 20 years and they used to be great. Might as well be back on AOL dial up 1200baud modem. My search starts for a replacement!
