We had an idea but ended up discussing at length with the team about wall mounted mini splits, ceiling cassettes, concealed duct systems, and traditional ducted air handlers. They were knowledgeable and experienced with them all and encouraged us to ask questions and work together to find the system right for us. We felt in the driver's seat the entire time and went in certain that what we were installing was going to be perfect. The work was done professionally, with both their experience and attention-to-detail evident in the quality of the built-on-site plenum, neat and thorough taping, attic installed catwalk with work lights, metal line set cover, neatly positioned electrical disconnect and whip, etc. It was clear they'd done this many, many times before.
