I have to start by saying I haven't written a review in years and the service I experienced was so awesome it moved me to come back and share my experience on yelp and google because John the owner and his team are amazing! I own a business retail store and we experienced an attempted burglary in the early morning hours (3am) which the suspects broke the front glass door but did not make entry because of the security gate behind the door. I contacted the owner Jim of West Coast Screen at roughly 930am and luckily he was finishing a job just up the street and came by to measure out the replacement glass within an hour. Very good service by John and team. They were prompt and professional. Cost was very fair. My backdoor sliding screen took a lot of force to open and close. John and team spent time to troubleshoot the issue to fix it as best they could. Essentially, they discovered that the company that replaced my doors and windows screwed in the track for the screen door too much and it caused a warp in the track horizontally and vertically. We had rain water coming in on the top of our sliding glass door. I called and spoke to John and he asked me to text some pictures of our door to him. After I texted him he responded with what he thought were the possible issues. I asked if he could come out to do an inspection and he came out the next day. He and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) came by and determined the issue was not with the door but with exposed seams from the pergola board directly above the door. Because of the way my screen door fits into the door frame, I needed a frame where the lock was vertical vs the circular latch. He didn't have that particular screen door in stock, but was able to order and replace the door within a week. He also replaced the screen in the existing bedroom patio door frame and replaced the rollers in my glass sliding door (a pain to open and close because it didn't roll well, even after I cleaned the tracks).
