I have two cars that have tires purchased from Discount Tires before, but today I came in to do a tire rotation for my vehicle and the serviceman and I discovered that a tire was flat and had a nail that punctured it. The serviceman assured me that the shop would repair this, but after I retrieved my vehicle, the tire was still flat and the nail was still in the tire. I told the serviceman that the tire was not repaired, and they responded by only pumping the flat tire and told me that the tire was not covered by any warranties. I had to take my vehicle to a different business in order to get a satisfactory tire repair. I am very disappointed in my service today with Discount Tires, and I would not come back for business if this continues to be the level of service I will be provided. I hate giving bad reviews on petty stuff. I left a flat tire for repairs. I was told I will get a text once the tire is repaired. I was getting off from work and called to find out if the tire was fixed to my disappointment the tire was not repairable. I did not get any call or text the whole day. I think the flat tire car owner should get as much attention as a person getting all for tires. This is what Discount tire is known for, Service service and service and nothing else. My experience in the Past has been excellent with this store, so I am not complaining just yet. I will still give it 5 stars. read more

I desperately needed a tire for my car because the last one had a bubble and I searched everywhere, it was expensive. Got 2 new tires about 2 months ago and a different tire afterwards started leaking I thought it was strange. They fixed it no charge. Same night i bring my wife's new car which was leaking 10 lbs a night in one of her tires to see what they would say. They fixed it no charge. These guys are the best in the business. They do great work at a reasonable price pretty darn quick. They didn't have my tires in stock so they were going to order them and call me when they were in. I needed my wheels refinished so I left my car for them to be sent out and was told it should be done ties and wheels installed by Thursday I left try car on Monday. Wednesday my car was done. The tires ride great and the wheels look better now then when I bought it new in 2013. Also, the total made us eligible for 12 months no interest. I went 20 miles out of my way, to try this location, because my buddy Gene who works there is also in the men's group of my church. He did an excellent job of installing the tires, also checked my pressure sensors and took care of them. I did return one non tire item, and also had an easy experience with that as well. Don't go here if you value your rims. I've given 10 years of service to this location and have always generally gotten good pricing and service. 3 years ago I took my custom/imported wheels to their shop to have new tires installed and they completely scratched/damaged all 4 of my rims. Corporate looked at them and covered the cost to have 1 replaced and 3 rebarreled...it was not cheap. Given that they were quick and just with covering the cost and after many discussions with the management, I decided to give them another chance. They re-installed the tires on the new rims and everything was good. A few years later I needed to replace the front tires and went back. I explained everything that had happened in the past and asked the manager nicely to be careful with my rims. At this point my rims are basically brand new, my car never sees the elements and is garage-kept over the winter...if there's a scratch on my car, I know about it. I say this to express the level of care I give to my car. I come back to pick them up and after inspection I notice one of the rims was scratched up pretty well yet again. The manager (different staff all around this time) was of no help. He simply said they did not do the damage, took a picture with his cell phone and sent it to corporate. The next day I got a voicemail saying we got a picture of the damage and determined that damage was not done by them and the claim was denied...all without even talking to me. I fought with corporate office for *3 months* trying to get someone to actually look at the damage. After 3 rounds of contacts who flat-out deny my claim without inspecting the damage, I finally get a hold of the Assistant VP who suggested I go to another location. The manager there was much more willing to work with me, and even agreed that the damage likely could have been made by dropping the rim. In the end after 4 months of back and forth they still denied my claim. I hate to be black and white on Yelp, but this level of service has completely soured me. This store deserves one star based on my experience. I gave myself a solid month to calm down over the situation before posting this review. Nobody there seems to care about the work they do. I will never go back to this location because I just can't trust that my rims won't be damaged. I strongly recommend to anyone that has rims that they care about that they go anywhere but Discount Tire. Due to how corporate handled the whole situation, I will never give Discount Tire another dime of business, nor will my family. You guys have lost at least one long-time once-loyal customer. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service experience of my life. Bought four new tires good until I flat after driving 20 mins..They blamed me saying my rim cause a slow leak. I never had a leak problem before. Was stranded in a bad part of town, called them, they told me to put on the spare. This was no neighborhood to be changing a tire. Went back to get a new tire... now out extra $400 and they were blaming me for this. run don't walk away as fast as you can... go anywhere else. Save yourself. An Employee named Matt gave me the worst customer service. I just went in to get my hubcap moved because it was blocking the air cap. Instead of taking the whole hubcap off and relining it off the air cap, he used his hands to peel and twist it off damaging my hubcap then when he put air in that tire, I asked if he can put air in the rest of the tires. He replied "Oh Jeez, now I have to move the rest of the hubcaps." Really. What kind of comment is that to make. If he looked it was just that one. I will never ever go back there. Had an appointment for re-balancing of tires because my entire car was shaking after under 2k miles of 4 brand new tires. Appointment was set for 5:15PM and they were not done with my car until after 8:30PM. when i placed this on their survey I received an immediate phone call from the supervisor that day. I was told i did not have an appointment otherwise it would have not taken so long it should have taken under 30 min. When i emailed the manager a copy of my confirmation, i received an I'm sorry i don't have an excuse. While i do commend the manager for taking the time out to apologize to me, I have also not had a great experience with my 4 new tires that i have purchased. I will eventually have to go back a 3rd time because the shaking continues & the tech let me know that i was already down on my tread and should think about new tires soon (after 2k on 40k tires) My advice, pay the extra money for something you know will last and that you will not have to make weekly visits to fix. read more

They are more than helpful when it comes to customer service, and they definitely give the best prices they can. We looked for one part specifically at five different stores, all with little success, brought it in to show at Discount Tires and they automatically got the part and if they didn't have it in stock were more than willing to order it for us.
