The past two times I have came to this tire shop, the owner has given me issues and has caused…read moredamage to my vehicle. The first time I had him replace the two front tires on my two door coupe. He replaced the stick on weights that were originally on my wheels and replaced them with the sidewall weights that stick out. This cause the weight to brush up against my strut and cause my vehicle to shake badly. I promptly went back to the tire shop to express my concern for this shaking. The owner seemed to be irritated with me saying that there's nothing he can do that my wheel are what's the problem. I expressed that the wheels usually have stick on weights as to avoid this issue. After hassling with the owner for a while he agreed to take the wheels off and use the stick on weights to balance the wheels. After doing so, I leave the tire shop and my steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably. This is a result in the owner purposely unbalancing my tires. because a few weeks later I had the tires re-balanced at a different tire shop, and the shaking was completely gone. Aside from this, I came early in the morning to have my tires serviced. As the assistant was working on my vehicle the owner pulls the tech off of my vehicle to finish getting everything set-up and ready for the office outside of the building. I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional, as I am a paying customer to have my vehicle worked on and the owner pulls off his employee to finish setting up chairs and setting display tires outside of the building. I'm very upset with the quality and customer service and this location. I will never be coming back to this tire shop in my life.

I was told about an hour and 10 minutes, so I decided to wait. I walked the store with my children and came back just a couple minutes shy of an hour and 10 minutes and asked on the status of my vehicle. I was told it has not been worked on yet, but *should* be soon, he thinks. I walked away to just wait until who knows when, but my kids were already getting cranky and it was lunch time. I asked to just purchase the tire and take it with me. I explained to the man at the desk that I was a bit frustrated about the time estimate because I have two small children that have already waited an hour and they did not complete or even begin on my vehicle. He ignored what I said and only replied with "I don't know. I just got here, so". He asked me what kind of vehicle I have twice, and I told him. Then, half way to my car with the tire, I asked if he had my keys,,only to find out he had left them inside and he had to ask for a third time in a one-two minute span what kind of vehicle I have so he could go get my keys while my kids and I were out in the cold. Extremely rude, cold customer service. Could not even look me in the eye. Do not care whatsoever about customers. Truly the WORST car care experience I have ever had in my 12 years of driving and getting regular routine maintenance.

It was great having a mobile tire service cause then I didn't have to put on my spare and drive anywhere he came to me. The service and care that was put into fixing the hole in my tire was definitely five star premium service. I had never seen someone put so much care and effort into fixing a flat. It's the best tire service I've ever had and I honestly mean that. So I high recommend Superior and I will definitely be using them again. Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.
