Awesome service! I wasn't sure why my tire pressure was low. When I went in to Discount Tire a gentleman assessed it and confirmed i likely had a nail in it. Tom checked me in and let me know it would take about 2 hours if I waited but he also gave me the option of making an appointment. I couldn't drive off with the tire pressure becoming lower so I decided to stay. I'm glad I did because I only waited an hour. Kale got the nail out and patched my tire at no cost!!Everyone here was very professional and had nothing less than exceptional costumer service. I hit a huge curb/medium around 5 pm. Blew my right side tires out. The tow truck got my car to discount tire on Rancho. It was 5:45 PM and they close at 6 PM. I expected to just leave my car overnight. They started working on my car at 5:55 and had it fixed for under $150! Two new tires and done in 20 minutes. I have been using discount tire for my last 3 cars. Never had an issue except long wait times at a certain location. Started coming to this location recently. My newest tire started going flat. Went in and it needed to be replaced. I asked them to find out why it went flat because that was odd. They changed it and never told me why it went flat. The new tire started going flat within a few days. Took it back and again asked them to find out why. Come to find out. The rim was cracked. I wanted to have the same rims. So I ordered one. When I went back a few days later. They charged me $25 to mount the tire on the new rim. Yes, you didn't crack the rim but you didn't do your job properly the first time. I was told it was human error. So forget the fact that I lost a couple hundred dealing with this issue. Because of the work hours I lost. I have to pay money because of your human error. In what world does that make sense? I hope the $25 dollars was worth losing a loyal customer. I also will be telling my huge network to never use discount tire. Good job! on a side note. My car is hitting 50k miles soon and so the tires that originally came with the car were worn down to 3/32 and some 2/32 tread depth. I knew it was time for replacing, but with the holiday season coming up it was going to be expensive for new tires. Luckily they were able to price match online to Sam's club and they were able to discount a little more than Sam's club! I made an appointment for Saturday morning 8:45AM and they were already pretty packed first in the morning. The guys in the shop are pretty attentive and more than 1 employee will help if they notice a line so that's good. I called them around noon and my car was done. I docked them a star because they said I would get a notification when my vehicle was done, but I never got a call or text. I had to call them myself to see if my car was finished. Once I went to get my car they also didn't reset my TPMS so I had to walk back in to ask them what was going on since my tire sensor light turned on. They had a guy come out to reset it. The tires have been good so far. I like that this location didn't pressure me into buying their certificate. They just mentioned I have 30 days after purchasing my tires to still get it if I change my mind. read more

Ughhh... not what I needed when I was trying to be a better me. I went for my workout, then popped across the street to Discount Tire. The guys were really nice, checked my tire pressure, added more air in all of the tires, checked my tread level, then explained it could be low due to the extreme cold weather weve had lately. They then offered to check my tire for a leak and said if its a simple repair, they'd do it for FREE! I couldnt stay, had to get to work to afford the gas in my car. They sent me a link with my tread levels and to make an appt. I scheduled for later that same day. The process was quick and painless. I arrived on time for my appt, they checked my car and in less than an hour, they found the nail in my tire, plugged it, put my tire back on and sent me on my way... oh and did I mention.. FREE!!! I stopped into Discount Tire because my tire's pressure was at 17. I needed the tire to be assessed and fixed. They were short staff so I had to wait awhile to talk to someone. However when it was my turn I was well taken care of. I did not have an appointment and they said they could get me out of there in an hour, so I waited. One of the tires from my rental car is low air pressure, so I came to here and have the tire checked. Tom is very professional and caring. He checked my tires and find out 2 of my tires are worn out and needed to be replaced. He suggested me to call my rental company regarding my tires replacement. Even thought I didn't get my tires replacement from here due to the problem with my own rental company, but I really appreciate the help I received from Tom. Especially after I went to 3 Pep boys stores and they all told me I had to wait at least few hours before they can even look at my tires. Friendly and accommodating staff. They worked with me regarding a tire order from tire rack and scheduling as I was out of town. So thank you for that!. Bad news is they were using an incorrect lift and not utilizing the cards proper lifting points and scratched the underneath paintwork on the right side up and down the entire painted body part. They rolled my car onto some sort of mini lift that was flat and didn't have the proper pinch point adapters for my model car. The tech that delivered my car to me appeared nervous and kept looking back at the right side of my car as he was walking back inside. I should've known right then and there. Will drive back up there tomorrow and have them pull footage of the incident. Have already filed a complaint with corporate. read more

Nicholas one of the managers saidy tire could not be repaired after taking it off and having both of the technicians tell me that it shouldn't be an issue at all to repair it, we waited for the manager to come over, and he make us some excuse about the patch. He told me it was because the patch would "flex" which is completely fine, (I work in an auto mechanic shop when I was younger and have done 100s). All these guys want to do is make a sell and tell you it's for your safety, I'm not in the business of buying things that I don't need simply because these guys want to make a sale, would recommend you go elsewhere. read more

I purchased two new tires today on 10/25/2023. I met with the manager, Josh, and went through all the possiblities for ultra high performance tires. He was willing to work with me since I had a blow out on the left front and had to purchase a tire while on a road trip to California.
