I usually order food on their website to pick up and bring it home. Every time that I've gone it's in the morning and the restaurant is empty. For mobile orders you have to go up to the window and ring a bell and every time I've gone up to the window to ring the bell I'm usually there standing for minutes before they come up to help. Today I order my food on the website around 9am. I arrive at 9:15 and a group of men also arrive at the same time as I do. The group of men sit down at the bar they ordered there at the restaurant. I sit down and wait because my order did say it was going to be ready by 9:25. By 9:25ish I go to the window to the ring the bell because again it does take a while for them to open up the window to attend you. I waited and nothing so I eventually sit back down hoping I can wave someone down whenever they come out from the kitchen. By 9:35 the group of men who arrived at the same time I did and ordered there at the restaurant is now being served their food. I go up to the window I ring the bell and nothing. I gave it a few mins and nothing. At this point there's another woman who comes into the restaurant and is standing at the window. The waitress comes out again to finish serving the men at the bar. I say excuse me and she didn't acknowledge me. I brush it off because maybe the waitress didn't hear me. But the fact is that there's two people at the window waiting for them to acknowledge us. I also understand how it is to work in the food industry and it doesn't take more than 2 mins to acknowledge someone to say "I'll be with you in just a second." At this point I'm upset as I ordered my food at 9am I've gone up to window and nothing. Another man walks in to walk up to the pick up window and now with three people at the window they finally open the window to attend us. I finally get my food and I asked the girl does it always take this long? It's upsetting because the food that I ordered at 9 am I'm officially getting it by 9:40. I grab my food and sit there to eat. Eventually the waitress makes her round to ask how are food is. My burrito was cold and I told that to her. My food was sitting there for a long period of time that it got cold. Even though I tried to ring the door bell to get their attention to receive my food. Their breakfast burritos are good and that's why I return even if I have to wait at the window for a while. But today was really the cherry on top of their horrible customer service. I recently visited DogHaus during happy hour and was impressed by the quality of both the food and drinks. They have happy hour and the hibiscus cocktail I ordered was really good! Inside has lots of tvs which is great if you are trying to catch a game. There is inside seating, as well as tables at the bar and on the patio. I ordered the chili dog which was good, but the cheeseburger sliders stole the show - they were even better. It really made me regret not ordering a burger to go. Being a NEW place, different than the regular Dog Haus, would have been nice if they told us that there are no waiters and that you have to order off of the QR Code found on the table. As good as the food was the staff was even better. Nima and the entire Dog Haus staff, absolutely made this surprise party a complete success. I absolutely love this Dog Haus location! It's casual vibe makes a perfect venue for my monthly book club meetings. They are so incredibly accommodating and the service is almost always impeccable. My only issue, and this is personal preference, is that I hate Hawaiian sweet rolls. Just thinking about them makes me feel a little sick. I got the gluten-free French roll as an alternative once but it fell apart. I don't think gluten-free bread holds up well to sausages and hot dogs. The food was good but the atmosphere was unusual. I came during happy hour thinking I would get a drink. I was ordering on my iPhone and didn't see any difference in price on all alcohol drinks. I asked the bartender, and he didn't have a clue. It didn't even seem like he knew it was happy hour. He said he didn't know, but if I order directly from him, it was $2 off on drinks. I decided to pass. I just wanted to order on the app, but I guess that would be too complicated. So my son and I order food and get it surprisingly within 5 minutes. Not all of our order but half of it. Then we get the rest shortly, except for our drinks. In fact, we never got our drinks, and we already ate half of our food. We had to tell the food server, who lets the bartender know. A few minutes later, the bartender comes to our table and apologizes, and asked us what drinks we ordered. We ordered an Arnold Palmer & lemonade. Real simple right? Me and my son noticed the bartender was moving real slow for a bartender, and not talking to anyone at all. Is he even a real bartender? Bartenders are usually hustling, and some even make conversations. Anyway, the whole place seemed quiet, even though there's about 20 people in there. The staff only had a bartender, a server, and some cooks in the kitchen, I could only see in the kitchen, when the server came out from the door. So if you like a quiet place on weekdays, this is the place to come to. Even all the tvs showing rerun sports, have no sound. I guess their rules is have no volume, which I understand is not unheard of. My adult son said I guess weren't coming here again, and I agreed. Even though the food was pretty tasty. I especially liked the Southwestern Tots. My Reservoir Hog was delicious too. I just didn't like the atmosphere, and I think the workers could be more friendly and knowledgeable. They also need a woman(s) working there. It was all guys tonight. Btw, I have InKind app with credit towards food at restaurants like Dog Haus. I have to use a receipt number to use the credit to get reimbursed. I put the receipt number 119 in the app and it says receipt not found. The receipt is in my email as clear as day. So I got that problem too. So annoying! Never had a problem before, until eating at Dog Haus tonight. Their workers couldn't help me either. No surprise there, because they don't have any knowledge. This is a review of their breakfast burritos. They're big. They're dense. They're rich. They're tasty. Not your typical breakfast burrito, more like what a bbq joint would churn out. They use tater tots, which I love, but they're never crispy enough, which I don't love. You can order the eggs sunny side up for that gooey yoke, but be warned, it will get messy. Being able to order through an app is a big plus, and they have a decent rewards program. The burritos need about 15-20 minutes after hitting that order button to be ready, so plan ahead. Had to knock a star off for the price. In the end, it's still just a breakfast burrito (no sides). These range from about $15-$20 after tip/tax. But they're still really friggin' good and worth the splurge every now and then. read more

Wow! Dog Haus Biergarten really blew me away. I had always known Dog Haus to be a place to get a sausage, but it's so much more than that! First, they have tots. Who doesn't love tots?!? Their sauce selection is insane. So many to choose from! Also, their burgers and sandwiches are HUGE. I ordered their Nashville hot chicken sandwich and my my. It was scrumptious. The spicy level wasn't crazy, but I love the big juicy and crunchy chicken. Also, their sandwiches are served on Hawaiian rolls. Soft and sweet to pair perfectly with the savory sandwiches. This location has a full bar and tons of beer on tap. Their beer menu rotates, so you can try something different each time you visit. They also have wine based cocktails if you aren't a beer drinker. They have a great system to order food via a QR code that gets delivered straight to your table. They also have a kiosk to order food to go that you can pick up from a window inside the restaurant. This place runs so smoothly. They also have a dog friendly patio! I appreciated the reach out and so glad we went back. Complete turn around. I've been visiting other spots near this location. Yes, they were good. I've been visiting this property since before they opened waiting for the day. I was excited once they finally opened. I've been coming at different times of the day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place doesn't disappoint. The food is great. Literally tried almost everything. From salads, burgers, dogs, tots, fries, you name it. I've tried the drinks, different kinds of beers, my favorite Lady In Red. Awesome ambiance. They even have some board games, and a giant size Connect 4. There's even a little dog park for the pooches, and even drinking bowls and an outside patio. I've got to meet the owner, and 3 female bartenders. Deven, Gina, and my favorite - stunning Josie. Beautiful staff. Josie is very charismatic. She brings a natural positive vibe, causing people to open up to her, and she listens. I've seen her engaging with other clientele. She tends to everyone. I also have seen her more often maintaining the bar clean, getting the glassware washed. Big plus, especially when I see her washing her hands too.
