I've been taking my shy dog to Jenny for a while now. I always forget to take a before pic, but this what he typically looks like when I drop him off... the other pics are Jenny's handiwork. Many years ago I took my dog to Petco for grooming and he was just shaved down even though he wasn't that matted. Jenny went a little shorter this time, but it looks fantastic. To notch hair cuts for 3 of my dogs and excellent service! I love Jenny she's the best! The person who greeted me was extra careful with my over stimulated dogs and very patient with them. By the end of it all 3 of my dogs came out with their tails wagging and they were beautifully dressed in a ladybug hanky! This was my first time coming to doggie grooming styles, I brought in my 2 cats for bath and summer cut. My cats were very shy and scared being in a grooming facility, the groomer Karina could not get one of my cats out of the carrier as he was hissing and growling, I got a call to pick up my cats, when I get there Karina asked to see how my cat was with me and I was able to take him out of the carrier. Karina was able to shave my 2 cats as I was there assisting her in holding my cats for her to shave them. I am thankful and appreciate that she did not give up on grooming my cats. I came here to get my dog groomed by Jenny. We had a very thorough consultation about the cut I wanted and my dog seemed very comfortable with the staff. My dog has some health conditions and I can be worried about leaving her in a new place but they were very kind and reassuring. They also offered an express service for a small additional fee so she would be in and out more quickly which I really appreciated. And most importantly the haircut was so cute! I had a very bad experience today at the Los Gatos location. They had my dog for over four hours. I dropped him off at 11 AM, which was his scheduled appointment, and didn't pick him up until 5:30 PM. I went there around 4:30 PM to see if he was almost done, and the lady at the front desk mentioned they hadn't even started. While I was there, I heard my dog barking like he'd been barking for a long time, which made me concerned, but I left and came back around 5:30 PM when they let me know he was ready. Also, when I received my dog back, he was very dehydrated. He literally drank a full bottle and a half of water so fast, and I've never seen him drink water like that before. I understand that it was 100° outside, but that just tells me he wasn't given any water while he sat in your building for over four hours. That is very unacceptable. The reason I have to get my dog a haircut and was forced to go through you is because my dog gets very furry and his hair grows long, and he's had a heat stroke in the past. It makes me upset that he was treated that way at your facility. Don't get me wrong, he looks very good, but that does not change the fact that I was lied to about the total and the way he was mistreated. My dog is very chill and barely barks, so I know he must have been uncomfortable while being in the building. I've been to their other location in Campbell and have never experienced anything like this before. The service there has always been prompt and professional, and my dog has always been well-treated. This contrast in service quality between your locations is disappointing. Overall, this experience was extremely upsetting, and I hope this feedback helps improve your services. read more

Can not say enough good things about Karina and how she has been an absolute blessing for our Bernedoodle. We rescued him from a puppy mill during COVID and the thought of finding a groomer gave us such an elevated level of fear. To our surprise we received recommendations from two friends, a vet, and daycare to Karina at Foxy Hound. We were able to make an appointment for about six weeks out and on the day of appointment we were greeted by a sweet older woman by the name of Eilene. Turns out she had experience with rescued dogs and was first person outside our family that Tosh allowed to be touched. Karina quickly came and introduced herself and explained the process. A few hours later we received a call that our little guy was ready to be picked up. They informed us that overall all things considered he did well but did seem to demonstrate some phobias around the dryer. Karina suggested that we bring him in sporadically for short visits (15-20mins) between then and his next grooming so he can get better acclimated. We took advantage of her suggestion and his next grooming went much better in terms of his anxiety and after about 4th grooming there - he was actually looking forward (tailing wagging excessively) when we would drop him off. I came in 10 minutes before they take their last pup to be groomed and they still fit in my two puppies to get their nails cut. I was in and out within five minutes. They were so gentle with my babies and so so quick. My puppies' nails are no longer scratching against my wood floor. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and gave our puppies so much love the second we walked in. She was very helpful in letting us know when we should come in to get them groomed and nails cut again! The owner is a horrible business owner and to date refuse to take responsibility or remove the groomer that butchered my dog. I had to take my dog to the pet hospital and it was confirmed that my dog was burned due to an inappropriate cut. My dog was given a shot to calm the inflammation and medication for pain but YET THE OWNER IS TURNING A BLIND EYE AND STILL ALLOWING THE GROOMER TO CONTINUE RISKING HARM ON OTHER ANIMALS. I recommend to actually read all the one star reviews on the actual harm caused by this callous company and do not risk dropping your pet off here. I actually witnessed another animal standing alone on a table with the groomer ring around its neck with absolutely NO SUPERVISION WHATSOEVER. This place is hideous. The groomer had a major attitude and even though she was told not to cut my dogs tail, she did it anyways out of malice and hatefulness.
