Honestly.. we've never had a bad experience dining here. Sometimes there's a longer wait (weekends/holidays), but it's not bad after you check in since you can see where you are on the waitlist. Restaurant (including restroom) has always been clean. The music is usually good. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food always comes out fast. There's a wide range of options. This is our go-to for AYCE sushi. We actually hadn't been back in over 6 months, but we noticed they changed the age for kids eat free to 5 and under! It used to be 3. On the positive side, there is plenty of parking, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. However, the food and service timing were a different story. The Spider Roll contained carrots, which were not listed on the menu. For anyone with food preferences or dietary concerns, that kind of surprise can be frustrating. The biggest issue was the wait time. My son's sizzling bulgogi was the last item we ordered, and after waiting close to 30 minutes beyond when everything else had arrived, it still hadn't come out. I asked our server about it, and she checked with the kitchen before returning to say they were working on it. After waiting even longer, we needed to leave, so I asked if we could simply take the bulgogi to go when it was ready. I was surprised when I was told that if we took it to go, we would be charged à la carte. I explained that the delay wasn't our fault and that we had already been waiting nearly 30 minutes for that one item. The response was that we could either pay the additional charge or cancel the item altogether. That interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. Delays happen, and we try to be understanding, but charging extra because the kitchen took so long to prepare an item felt unreasonable. Normally I'll wait because I really like that other spot, but I was starving and honestly being seated right away here was a huge plus. I've been to ITs Sushi Southwest multiple times and it's honestly one of my goto spots for AYCE sushi in Las Vegas. Parking is easy and there's always plenty of spots. I'd strongly recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially on weekends, or you could be standing around for a while. Once you're in, the service is generally good and the servers are attentive for the most part. Just be aware that it's not uncommon for ordered items to get missed or take a really long time to come out, which can be a little frustrating when you're on the 90-minute AYCE clock. The real reason to come here is the food, and it does not disappoint. For an all-you-can-eat sushi spot, the quality is genuinely impressive. I'd comfortably give it a 4 out of 5. I'd say it was 65% full considering the odd time I went... around 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. Everything came out fast, I didn't wait long for any of the dishes. I've been here probably 25 times all the way back around before covid. Used to order lemon salmon rolls during covid almost every weekend, it's my all time favorite. Lately this place hasn't been hitting like it used to. The past 3 visits were all misses, mostly with the sushi quality. I can definitely tell it's been going downhill for probably the past year and I'm a little sad about it. This place is super close to home and I would love to keep coming back, but might not anymore. My goto is salmon egg with quail egg on top. It usually has a perfect amount of salty sweet creamy flavor and texture. My past two visits I've found egg shells in it and totally killed my appetite. It was not pleasant biting into tiny egg shells. Their salmon eggs lost all saltiness to them, it used to be reaallly good. Salmon nigiri is my other big goto, but it doesn't have that salmon taste anymore. It's kind of hard to describe, but it feels like I'm just biting into some generic fish. Salmon belly is still kinda decent with the fresh wasabi, but it's one order per person. This most recent visit, the salmon was still almost frozen. I was biting into a firm, icy textured fish. First time ever tasting something like that and it did not taste great. Overall, fish quality has noticeably been going down the past 5 years. Service has always been amazing though. The servers are extremely attentive and I wish all the best for them. They're very nice and they frequent the tables a good amount. I've never had an empty cup of tea or water. It's also very cold inside, I'd recommend bringing a jacket if you get cold easily. read more

When you walk in there's a little area to check in and there is most likely going to be a wait, but I can say it is totally worth it!
