I love this place. While the conveyor keeps rolling and the fire engine delivers food, everything is made to order. The conveyor belt has signs instead of slowly warming dishes of unknown age. This is a positive. There are creative items available and the price is more than reasonable. The pork belly is my favorite. My new goto near my new employer

The only reason we came to Kaisen was because it was a revolving sushi bar. I had visited the Kaisen in Henderson before and always had a great experience with fresh sushi and a smooth process. Unfortunately, this visit fell short. The revolving sushi bar was not being used and it was not all you can eat (which their other location offers), which was disappointing since that is what makes Kaisen so unique. The service was also a bit confusing. We were given a paper to fill out but then the waitress still had to come take our order, so it felt unnecessary. I wish they would have given us an iPad or a different way to order. The food did arrive on the upper part of the revolving track, which was a nice touch, but it did not make up for the overall experience. I definitely think the Henderson location is much better. This location needs to decide if they want to focus on offering all you can eat or create a clearer system for ordering because as it stands now, it was frustrating and disappointing.

Favorite place for happy hour sushi. They offer $2 plates. Service is always good and the restaurant never smells fishy.

I arrived at Kaizen on a Friday a bit before noon and got a nice booth with a view of red rock canyon in the distance. It was a serene dining experience but the food was not the quality where I would return. The appetizers were quite large and good for sharing. The hirame had some good slices and the rest were meh. The agedashi was warm and comforting but top flavorful. The baked mussels were okay. I was sad to taste the ikura and spicy scallops. The ikura felt old and the scallops were the worst I've ever had compared to any preparation or any cuisine where I've had scallops. I didn't get any rolls and maybe those are better here.

Our family has been to quite a few sushi places in Las Vegas and Kaizen is definitely in our top two. Initially, it can be a little confusing with ordering. There are no ready-made sushi plates on the conveyorbelt. Instead, there is a QR Code to scan for either their regular menu or for the sushi belt menu. Some items direct you to place your order with the server. To order sushi belt items (most plates begin at $2.69/plate during non happy hour), a paper form is used in which you select the item, fill out the quantity, then turn it in to your server. The upside to this slightly confusing ordering system is that the items are made fresh after you order. Sushi belt items are delivered to you by a fun red train truck. The quality of their cuts, flavor variety, and presentation is amazing! We love and highly recommend the crunch roll, tempura shrimp and crab roll, the lobster roll, popcorn shrimp roll, and any of their bento boxes. The customer service is outstanding as well. Not to mention, their happy hour prices are INCREDIBLE and so far the least expensive of the top sushi belt places we've visited. All around an excellent experience and we look forward to returning.

FYI: Not All You Can Eatrestaurant no longer has sushi on revolving belt. Only pictures you can choose from and delivers conveyor style per order with server. Food: good appetizers menu in addition to your usual nigiri Service: attentive service staff ; all orders go through servers Ambience: good seatings and comfortable setting Overall, good place to satisfy your craving with good appetizers/bento box and sushi.

The service and food here went beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed each selection of Sushi that we selected. Everything was fresh delicious and best of all the prices were super amazing for its flavor and quality! The ambiance is fun, the sushi is delivered by a Sushi 18 Wheeler Truck :D! It's so cute and the kids love watching the dishes get delivered and if they are old enough can grab the plates. It builds the excitement of trying new dishes too. The desserts offered are also delicious. Our server was very friendly and walked us through the menu. The service is quick and food starts coming shortly after you give your order paper to the server. I have found my new Sushi restaurant!

Kaiden Revolving Sushi never disappoints, great food, nice servers and good price. Also a great option for happy hour.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered four rolls of Kiss Of Fire, Double Yellowtail, Shrimp Killer 2, and Rainbow Roll. The presentation was amazing for a to-go order with all the sauces in small containers so the rice doesn't soak it all up and fall apart. Service: n/a - ordered food online to go. She was friendly and immediately welcomed us when we walked through the door. Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. We arrived at 11:45 when it just opened so no sushi in the revolver yet. The delivery train on the tracks was quite cute and fun to watch. Value for price: 5/5 - reasonable price with the discount of ordering online offsetting tax since it was about $12 per roll. We enjoyed the food and it was great for a light meal.

This place was beyond my expectations! It was fun entertaining and delicious. I don't remember what we got but i liked that the plates are color coordinated to prices. I also loved how the food came out on a train that wast super cute and fun. Our waitress was sweet and very nice and checked on us occasionally. My advice is skip the dessert lol but im not sure what it was but it was cute as hell but weird texture. I thought it was gonna be ice cream

This may be hands down the best sushi place I have ever been to. Their portion sizes are very generous, the sushi is so fresh and delicious, big fan of the vibe and ambiance here. The concept of conveyor belt sushi but having everything be fresh is genius. The truck delivery is so cute and fun. Servers were all so nice and even recommended the soju melon cocktail, it was amazing. All at an affordable price, maybe the best I've seen so far in Vegas. Will definitely be coming back here time and time again, love it! I'd give 6 stars if I could

But if you're already there before 9:00p, you do not qualify for the happy hour. Perhaps the stupidest business model I've ever heard of. All it does is leave the people they got there before nine feeling angry. To add in insult to injury, when I asked about it, the hostess got pretty defensive. This tells me that I wasn't the first person to ask about it. In any case, we won't be going back, and unless you get on their mysterious waitlist for the happy hour, you're out of luck.

This visit we had the rich, flavorful ramen along with several sushi rolls, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The service is always friendly, fast, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. It's hard to find a place that offers this combination of great sushi, outstanding ramen, generous portions, and prices that are tough to beat. The funny part is we've been here so many times and still haven't even tried the teppanyaki side yet. If the sushi and ramen are this consistently good, we're looking forward to finally giving it a shot. I've had the teppanyaki here and found it to be "just ok", but the sushi is really good, fresh, and a lot of fun. We went on a busy evening and there was a bit of a wait. The check in process was easy and they texted me when our table was ready so I didn't have to stand around. (we did, but I liked having the option to walk away). Service is friendly and solid. They're working hard and, because you have a tablet to order options you don't see coming around on the revolving belt, you service isn't all that attentive but we never wanted for anything. The ambiance is lively and there is a lot coming around that belt at brisk pace. All of the sushi was fresh and cool. The rice was nicely packed and fresh as well. They have standard nigiri and maki (rolls) options and some creative suggestions I haven't found anywhere but here that are really tasty. It's a fun evening out, fairly priced. Recommended.
