After my initial review I was contacted by the management to come back and add length to my nails. When I came in I was given Kim the lady that does my pedicure and my nails sometimes. I don't know if she was told I said she didn't do a good job, how my nails came out wasn't her fault even though she took over she did her best with what the other girl left me with. I got a call from the management I explained to her that Kim has always done a fantastic job and that I was always happy with her work, I'm happy I got her. It was all a lack of understanding due to language barriers. I love how my nails came out, I will continue to come back to this nail place. I usually go to Sam for my nails. I asked for Sam but Heidi did them. My last set was $75 for a white French tip shorter than these in the photo. This set was $75 for a fill ?? & for them to be chipping already. Not 1 nail but 2 nails chipped. Not even a week in. I got them done on Sunday & it's Wednesday now. I walked in very hopeful because of how clean and organized the place looked. This is not my typical nail salon but my usual place didn't have time for 3 pedicures so we decided to try this place out... I will give them credit for their cleanliness but the service was subpar. I only came for a pedicure but decided to do a manicure too since the lady doing my pedicure said they can do my manicure at the same time. I had another appointment to make but only decided to do the manicure because of her reassurance. The lady who she was calling to do my manicure took her time to come over because she was sampling beauty products with a vendor. It was an add on service so I was very understanding about her time as well. What disappointed me was the fact that i later found out she was the owner and to me... that just shows the lack of importance to her as a business owner. She came over to do my nails-- removed my gel, shaped my nails, then asked the lady that did my pedicure to finish painting my nails since she finished my feet. They were very sweet about making sure i liked the color of my nails but the shape itself was very inconsistent... some of my nails are crooked and some are longer than others. If you are particular about your nails like i am i would not recommend coming here.. not to mention that not even a full week since i did my GEL nails that they're already chipping. I might as well have gotten regular nail polish and save myself another $15. I'm giving them 3 stars because the pedicure lady was very nice and i understand this is their business and livelihood. I hope this review will help them do better in the future but my honest rating is 1/5. There are other salons that are just as clean but provide better service at a similar price. read more
