This review is for Kimmy. I made an appointment with her through their online system. She greeted me promptly and asked what type of design I wanted. I showed her a picture and she NAILED IT!!!! I also want to mention Kimmy really takes her time with her craft. If we don't like the way it looks do it again. If she doesn't like the way it looks, she will remove it and do it again. I also liked that she asked for my permission before coming up with her own design for the inspiration picture shown to her. Overall I would highly recommend Kimmy. My Mom had never been one to go to the salon. At the age of 80, she got her first pedicure at Elite Nails last month.., she loved it! I didn't think twice about sending Mom with her caregiver (mom has dementia) yesterday to get her toenails done. I was shocked when she came home with a red inflamed face!!! I asked her what happened? She only knew that they put something hot on her face and then peeled it off and it hurt. I took photos of her face and drove over. I was shocked that they would have done this to an elderly woman with thin fragile skin... especially because she doesn'T wear make up... she rarely leaves the house. The employee who did this said that many older women like getting their faces waxed. Today, one day later, she has three large sores on her face. I understand that sometimes a business needs to "up sale" to survive by getting a client to try something new. I would think that they would not do this to elderly clients or at least suggest something that was focused on comfort (leg massage or dipping her hands in wax) and less about services that are painful and potentially dangerous for an elder person who really didn't understand what was being done to her and would not have consented to a cosmetic procedure if she had understood. read more

Erik did my manicure with gel and did a great job! Very kind and always made sure I was comfortable. Ivy did my pedicure with gel and also did a great job! Very relaxing! Okay. I came here for ever, then I could not have long nails for multiple reasons. So I recently decided to get them done again at another place, and always a fail! I ALWAYS end up back at Elite with Anh. She can literally fix anything. She knows what I like and what looks good on me. Covid- they make you sanitize you're hands when you come in. They take your temperature. I saw them sanitize any area before the customer sat down. Very clean and only some stations open. read more

Walked in earlier today to see the lady working (her work). I needed my nails fixed from a previous new nail set I got last week. She refused to work on them and referred me to someone else within and I said I wanted her. When asked if I could get an appointment the next morning she said she doesn't work morning and asked if I could come in two weeks when I need a new fill. I was floored by her response. I just wanted them all the same shape and the previous person from another nail salon gave me one hand with coffin shape and the other hand square. I just want my nails all the same. I went there for a manicure & pedicure, it was ok. The salon isn't very clean. The staff don't talk to you, it feels like they talk about you. I got paraffin wax on my hands and feet, they literally left it on for 2 minutes and then removed it....... It was still warm, it was a waste of money.
