I was on time for my scheduled appointment. Sue performed my nail services, and by the time she finished my manicure, the regular polish on my toes was still not completely dry. The woman at the front desk, who answers the phone and processes payments, told me that my toes were still not dry but that I needed to leave wearing the salon's disposable foam slippers. She then told me that, next time, I should bring my own flip-flops. I explained that I normally receive gel services at Yuna Nails, so I had no reason to anticipate needing flip-flops. She responded, "Oh," and then immediately asked how I wanted to pay. As I was leaving, I asked how much longer the polish would need to dry. Only then did she offer to apply a drying spray. I was not comfortable walking to my car in disposable foam slippers, so I waited outside on the bench for at least 20 minutes. During that entire time, the staff remained inside the salon and did not leave. That made being rushed out while my polish was still wet feel especially unnecessary and dismissive. I was also quoted $45 when I made the appointment but was charged $65, with no explanation for the additional $20. I have regularly patronized Yuna Nails, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I would appreciate clarification regarding the charge and greater consideration for customers whose polish is not yet dry before they are asked to leave.

He left, so now Sandy (owner of Gallery Nails) is my primary tech. She is super sweet and nice. She listens to what you want and if she can't do a particular design, she will have one of her other techs fill in the gap. The salon has a variety of SNS, gel colors, and cat-eye options too! That pedicure is usually $62 but during your birthday month she will only charge $32. It made my feet so soft!! I would highly reccomend it.
