This was my second similar experience with Domino's but We thought THIS location would be better because We never had any bad experiences. I had a bad experience with the Greenwell Springs location and haven't been happy with the Plank Rd location. We thought the Harding location would be okay... until yesterday. I don't know what's going on but Domino's use to be, in my opinion, some of the worst tasting pizza. And then after some years, Domino's started to taste real great. I love the awesome deals and up until our experiences this year, we've never been disappointed. The food is terrible . Worst dominos i've ever been to. They put no garlic seasoning on the crust , they didn't put any banana peppers , and the pizza tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way . The cheese was disgusting. It tasted very similar to a lunchable pizza after you put it in the microwave for a couple seconds . Don't waste your time with this store save the time and order somewhere else. They won't deliver your order anyway. They will call with some lame excuse, and then get hostile when you question it. Refused to give managers name and proceeded to hang up on us over and over again. As I'm reading the past reviews it seems this is a pattern with this store. This is by far the worst pizza place to order from. I placed three online orders in the last two weeks and had problems with each order. Two of the orders were canceled by the store, because they only had one driver. I worked for Dominos several years ago, and I know you can operate a delivery operation with one driver. The last order I placed this past Sunday had multiple problems. The wrong drink was delivered and the dipping sauces I ordered and paid for were not included. I called the store, and I was told they would be brought to me before abruptly being hung up on. The drink and dipping sauces never arrived. My advice to everyone is not to order from this store. I just tried to buy THIRTY pizzas for students from here and was told that they WILL NOT DELIVER to the address provided. I looked online and typed in the address- this is the schools delivery store! Let's face it folks, it's not haute cuisine .. but it's quick, tastes great and can be delivered to your door. This Domino's is right outside the BTR airport, so they cater to the hotels nearby as well as the neighborhood. The menu has improved, as has the pizza. Turnaround time was great. Quality was quite acceptable. Had the specialty chicken; do wish it was just slightly larger in portion size than it was (I'm an Atkins devotee) but it was tasty and certainly low carb! read more

I did and then they said call back the next day (the day of the event at school) to speak to the manager and confirm. Did that and they said the manager wouldn't be in until 4pm which was too late. I am in town from out of state and decided to order dominos from this location, what a mistake. The order took over an hour and 15 from order to delivery... My hotel is less than .3 miles away. I called to cancel my order because it had taken so long and I waited on the phone for 15 before someone even picked up. The driver arrived right when I was about to cancel my order and this is what sent me over the top. He left my drinks at the store, when I asked him to go get them, he told me it would be at least another hour. When I asked him where my receipt was, he told me he forgot that too. Hands down, the absolute worst service I have ever seen. I was hung up on THREE times while trying to place my order. I thought to myself, it's 11:00 on a Saturday, maybe it's busy? Since I'm in town for business I decide to walk to the location. I finally get to the business to place an order there, and the door is locked. The people inside are hiding their faces and trying their best to ignore me and my coworkers. They finally acknowledge us and tell me they were closed in the dining room (by this time it was almost midnight, so they were still open for another hour), and I would have to go through drive thru. So I go to the drive thru to place my order, and the girl takes my card and says it declined. I watched her, and she never even put it in the card machine. I go to scrounge up the money and, upon seeing that I'm still wanting to place my order after the awful service, ANOTHER guy, claiming to be the manager, comes to the drive thru window and says that the oven is broken and they can't take any more orders tonight and closes the drive thru window and locks it. The entire time everyone was incredibly rude, they hid their faces from me, they didn't want to take my order and were incredibly standoffish. Honestly, go ANYWHERE other than this place.
