The garlic cheese stuffed pizza is phenomenal! If you haven't tried it yet you really should! The quality of the ingredients are awesome. All their pizza is made consistently good. We have never had a problem with any aspect of ordering from there and have always been extremely satisfied. Our pizza was delivered this morning in record time and it was as hot as if it was just taken out of the oven. The owner is very nice and we have never had a problem with the pizza arriving anything but hot. And no skimping on the ingredients! The manager is always friendly and his staff including his drivers are awesome. If I could give a rating in stars it would be more than they allow. We highly recommend this Dominoes!! Well, a decade later and how things have changed. So. Many. Mistakes. Usually most or all the sauces are missing for the past 3 orders. Most recent order, they forgot my wings. Then when we came back for them, they were combined my wings into one box (even though they were for different people, so we had to split them) and cold. Pizza burnt and dried out. The new mac n cheese is pretty good. But that's about it. We will drive farther to the Long Grove location. read more

My favorite location near my home. These guys are hard-working and always fast.The pizza here is always great. For me, consistency of product and service is always important, and these folks never have an "off night". Delivery is always quick and courteous. I absolutely love the order tracker. Manager John and driver Dangelo took care of me tonight, never received my order but made sure to double check everything even verified it with Dangelo. When I called back they literally pretty much called me a liar, Dangelo said he would have someone re make my order, I never became aggressive but the driver was extremely rude on the phone then ended up hanging up on me. I called back and the manager said " My manager said he delivered your order " like sir.. my order is not here, how can it be delivered when it's not here. He then said he couldn't remake my order. The last time we ordered, the pizzas were burnt. We called the store, and they gave us a credit. I get it. Mistakes happen and gave them the benefit of the doubt. 1/28 we used the credits and ordered for carry out. I get to the store, and they had no record of my order. Finally, a different employee was able to find it. They had sent the pizzas out to delivery. They realized what happened when the customer called back and told them they received the wrong pizzas. There was at least one other order that was not made correctly, so based on my 20 minutes I was in the store, there were at least 3 incorrect orders. This location seems very chaotic, and I cannot recommend this location and will not be back. read more

I've frequented this location for several years - on & off - because for the most part they suck. Every time there's a new manager they ask us to try again - you'd think we'd learn! They don't get the orders right, it's never on time and most of the time the food arrives COLD - no more, never again! I admit - I never thought that I would even bother reviewing Domino's - ever!! This place was always broke college kid food - never main-stream food. Well friends - Things have changed. The chain has completely revamped the menu and changed themselves into an actual contender. They are never going to beat the local specialty pizza shops, but they aren't trying to. What they are, is a pizza place that serves decent, fresh and FAST pizza and wings. Nothing that is great, but, especially for the price, not bad at all. The sauce is robust and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. The crust is now soft, TASTY, and cooked well - No more cardboard crust!! The wings are decent and the sauces are pretty good. Deserts are basic. If you want great pizza - go elsewhere - But for a quick, cheap and good family dinner, here is a new contender for your dollars. This is a carry out only Dominos. My experience was a little bit lengthier. I was having over my girlfriend and her daughter. I tried to order 2 medium pizzas, cinnisticks and a 2 liter of coke. First online error... took me a while to figure out they must not have coke at this location. Second error came up when I tried to check out. It said "error call store". I hate the phone so I tried submitting it again with no luck. So I called the store. I got put on hole for almost 10 minutes. The guy picks up and apologizes and says he is the only one working so I know it is not his fault but come on Domino's, so better staffing would be appreciated. He tells me that this particular store does NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER CARD. So why does it remain an option online? Why couldn't the error message say to chose another form of payment? So I changed it to cash and resubmitted. It worked. However, now by the time the pizza arrived my Friends would be at my house and I had to leave them to go get the pizza and I felt very rude. I'll admit it... I may order for delivery JUST so I can watch the little dude on the screen prepare and bake my food! Dominos has the BEST food order tracker thing ever invented and I believe they are in the process of patenting it. We have placed on-line orders several times and they have always been correct. I can't comment on the quality of pizza because we have not tried it in a long time since it used to taste like a cardboard box, but we do order several other items that are really good. Dominos has really picked up in efficient service and quality of food. There is an on-line deal if you order two or more of the items, you can get each one for $5.99. The regular cheesy bread with garlic sauce is soooooo good, yet so bad. We often order their boneless wings, though last time they were out so we had regular wings that are just as good, but much messier. Any of the sandwiches we've tried have been good too, especially the buffalo chicken sandwich. If you search the web, there are usually other deals available for use. Dominos is a great option on Football Sundays, or any other day when you are just TOO lazy to make food or go out. Once we place the order, the food is delivered within 30 minutes. When the tracker dude says our food is ready, they even notify us the name of our delivery guy. read more

As a former employee I can tell you this place is a dump I was a driver the managers dont want to work. I even had one who left the store while i was on my last delivery at 1230 am ty jayson i was stuck with a topper and a dominos carry bag all my personal stuff was inside not to mention how there managers get drunk outside while the drivers are working there asses off this place deserves a 0. I just moved back from NYC so I was spoiled with great thin crust pizza. I must say, Domino's did a really good job with there Brooklyn style crust. I am stepping out of my way to write a review of the phone call experience I had yesterday 3/23/18 around 6pm ish. Yes, it apparently lingered because of the bad experience and thought others should know what they could experience too. I called to possibly place an order of about 6 medium size pizzas and specialty chickens... however after the automated answering machine a employee picked up and sounded like a teenager or very young adult. Without greetings he proceeded to quickly jump ahead and seem to imply to hurry up and place your order... I just told him "I'm online now and having trouble seeing the menu to order over the phone." Apparently immediately annoyed of what I said, he quickly answered with very Frustrated and irritated tone of voice "Well if your going to order and your online why don't you just order online!" He didn't shout per say but I put the exclamation point because it was higher than room speaking tone. So brought back I paused a moment and gathered myself and just said "I thought it be quicker to place my order over the phone and not online. I can do it online, Nothing to to get excited about here..." He than hung up the phone right away and I could swear I could picture him extremely annoyed and frustrated with me... All in all I don't want this "kid" to lose his job or anything but may need some retraining on customer service. Needs to understand as an employee of any company no matter the high turnover position he is in, he is an ambassador to the company, whether he likes it or not. Perhaps its his generation I don't know but it was very poor attitude especially to a potential customer. I eventually placed order online to somewhere else. This review is for the location on Arlington Heights Rd. in Buffalo Grove. My husband and I are huge fans of Domino's. Our old location was where we used to live in Lake Zurich and we had perfect experiences every time. We would order a few times a month for delivery. When we moved to Arlington Heights we had to change stores. Unfortunately, we have ordered from your store for several months and have been disappointed in every order. The only thing going for this location is that the ingredients are fresh and the delivery drivers are nice. It's just every single order has an error. Once we got a pizza delivered but it came with no sauce. Another time we ordered a specialty cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeños with no ingredients in it but cheese. Then we ordered the bread again tonight and there was so little cheese. And my hand tossed pizza didn't have the garlic butter on the crust. That was the only reason I got it was for the crust. I usually get thin crust but my husband gets the hand tossed all the time and I thought I'd try it myself only to be disappointed yet again. We aren't the kind of people to call in and complain on every order. We wanted to keep giving your store a fair chance. But now it's just feeling like your store only cares about getting something out the door weather it's right or not. Mostly not. I have to remember not to ever come back to this location again. When they take your credit card, they note all numbers, note security code from the back of card, and ask for your zip code! That's absurd. When addressed my concern about my security, all I got was rambling and then some more rambling. I took my credit card back and paid with cash, only to hear more rambling, and justifying their policies (and the guy just walked away-irritated). I go regularly to other Dominos too, and no one else asks for such sensitive information. Rude employees.
