This isn't my normal dominoes location but it is the worst. They have their 9.99 special with any toppings. Naturally, people order extra toppings cuz they can but this location just ignores the request. They don't put enough sauce on their pizza for my liking either. 4-2022 Our pizza consumption has increased since covid and this location has been, great. Clean inside, friendly service, accurate orders, fresh and fast. Carry out is our preference, even before the $3 tip promotion. The app has always had coupons available for a great deal. We typically use the Any 2 or more for $5.99 each coupon, it's for carryout only, you can choose from medium 2 topping pizzas (add $3 for speciality) , Breads, salads, chicken, sandwiches pastas or desserts. There are several sauce options to chose from and the app easily provides options to select extra sauce for my partner and light sauce for my pizza. The salads are pre made and on the small side, could still be a meal for one. Had the pasta once and it was good just a little greasy. Using the app You earn points towards free pizza. You can choose to pay online or cash in the store. I place the order and send my partner to pick up and pay. You get an email confirmation once the order is placed and the pizza tracker is helpful to know when to head out for pick up. We've ordered hours ahead and also asap and our order has been accurate and ready as promised. The app also has a section to send the team, making your order, thanks or words of encouragement. Thin crust and square cut are my favorite, so crispy and delicious. I'm partial to a sausage and spinach thin crust. Another fav is one half sausage and half mushrooms on the left and half chicken and half spinach on right to get the most of my 2 toppings. My son loves the handmade pan pepperoni, hand tossed sausage Alfredo. It's so easy to reorder our favs. Three pizzas for just under $20. If we get the speciality it's about $24. Worth ordering in the app. Only once was my pizza over cooked/burned around the edges and it just happened to be the "free" pizza after earning all the points. Most recently we discovered the specialty pacific veggie, thin crust. It has a lot of Veggie toppings a great deal when ordered in the app and using one of the coupon options. More than once I've seen a delivery person from this location leaving on a bicycle. For Carrollton that was a first for me. Redeeming the $3 tip promotion was about difficult. Terrible terrible terrible! Every time this happens! We live around the block and every time something goes wrong. Today was the draw, not sure who the manager is or the district manager was but they need to better at doing your job. Today my husband has picked up his pizza, and my baby knows his pizza! We were handed two white regular dominoes box even though we had one pan. And the gentlemen on the counter said they were out of black boxes! Like okay no worries my husband headed to the car and checked the boxes and they were both pepperoni pizza! WE CANNOT EAT PEPPERONI!! This has happened multiple times so he went in and saw a black box on their to go orders shelf and asked the employee there to check and guess what our order was placed with someone's else and has our names on 4 pizza boxes! This Domino Pizza is so disgusting! I been to this location twice once the person who was making the pizza crust was the same person answering the phone. He answered the phone and didn't wash his hand and started back making pizza. The last time one of the employee took out her shoe in the kitchen didn't wash her hands either. We have honestly probably had Dominos more than any other restaurant since we moved to our house three years ago, but I don't think we'll be ordering from them anytime soon. This location does not put it's customers' safety first. The Dominos website says all deliveries are contact free. This location thinks its a good idea to call you five minutes before to "make sure" you want contact free delivery, and if you miss the call show up at your door pizza in hand like it's 2019. My driver wasn't even wearing a mask. I called and spoke to the manager, and he took issue with the driver not wearing the mask, but not with them ignoring corporate policy and not being contact free by default, because "some customers complained." If your location is going to skirt corporate policy then maybe you should call up the corporate office and ask them to put an asterisk next to your location on the website so I know to order from somewhere else next time... That being said, the pizza is always excellent for the price. read more

Dominos opened another location on the other side of my (massive) neighborhood. That one is farther away than this one. 11 minutes to my house versus 5 minutes. Yet the 5-minute dominos doesn't deliver to my neighborhood so now, we receive our deliveries much later than we used to. What a stupid logistical move, Dominos! Domino's has definitely stepped up their game! I am not sure if it is just this location or what but the past 3 times we ordered from here our pizzas have been fantastic. I mean I'm sitting here eating this pizza like damn this is better than these craft restaurants out there who overcharge for skinny ass pizza with hipster ingredients. These domino's pizzas are great and I have definitely noticed an uptick in quality, freshness and how they are made. It must be some employee there who is doing a killer job. I used to work at a few pizza joints when I was younger and I was the best dough thrower, sauce slinger and ingredients artist in the city. So I know there is someone there doing this now. The online ordering is perfect for me to craft my own pizza and it has come exactly how I ordered it each time. The delivery guy is nice and they always show up on time. Sometimes I do orders for later in the evening and they always come at the time that I specified. I always like to save some for the next day and the perfect reheat method is put a pizza stone in the oven at 425degrees set the slices on the pizza stone and let cook for like 12-15 minutes and it is the bomb!!! Kudos to Domino's and this location for knocking it out of the park. 4/14/18 once again pizza was exact to order and on time and tasted fantastic. this is a legitimate shop going on here. get it while it's hot! 4/29/18 once again spot on. this pizza is the bomb. i ate two slices and then put the rest on the pizza stone the next day it is so freaking good. 5/26/18 once again this place is the shizzle. I'm so happy with the wonderful service I receive from this Domino's store as a regular customer and from tonight in particular. I usually remember to call in and ask for my carry out order for a vegetarian pizza to be clean cut. This time I called late because it slipped my mind. The gentleman, who answered the phone, called out to the manager and found out it was just cut with a knife that already had some animal products on it, so he immediately apologized--even though it was my fault not to call ahead of time--and proceeded to make a completely new pizza for me. He could've lied, and I probably wouldn't have noticed. Instead, he was honest, polite, respectful, and I felt super taken care of with excellent customer service. I called my order in. The managers special which is supposed to be $9.99 for a large 5 topping. First the guy that took my order told me that I couldn't get chicken put on only half my pizza. He asked and found out that he had misinformed me. Okay, no problem. Then I get there, my order is $14.60. I asked why this was. Well it is more timely than last time, but it really doesn't matter when your black pizza tastes like charcoal and the crust falls apart when you take a bite. Also the sausage on it was a total of FOUR chunks. Not spread around, and not enough. About 1/3 if the pizza had a piece of sausage. It basically sucked. I get everyone has bad days or busy nights. So when I noticed the order I had placed 30 minutes earlier hadn't even hit the oven yet, I figured I'd call up the store and make sure everything was ok. I was told they were busy that night and to expect another 45 minutes until the order could be delivered. I wasn't sure how I felt about this, as it seemed a bit excessive as far as wait time went. I barely got the words out of my mouth, "I'm not sure that is going to work..." before Jesus, the shift manager said, "Ok, I'll cancel your order." Boom, my phone buzzes and tells me my order has been canceled. Ok.... So now I'm a bit stunned. This guy essentially didn't want to do a single thing to try and fix things. He figured his best bet was to cancel an order and get me off the phone. So I get off the phone and leave a message with the store's owner, explaining what had happened. A week later (yesterday) I get a call from him, and he quickly goes on the defensive explaining there was absolutely nothing they could have done and suggested that I had made unreasonable requests such as wanting them to put everyone else's order aside and just make mine and immediately deliver it to (I never said anything even *remotely* along these lines!). He goes on to tell me that there is nothing they could have done for me and that if he had been on the call he would have canceled my order as well. I realize this isn't going anywhere at this point and explain that if he honestly feels that the way the shift manager behaved on the phone was acceptable, then it doesn't give me much of a reason to continue as a customer of their business. His response? "Good." And he hangs up. I sent this off to Dominos corporate who issued me some credit, but what good is that if I have to use this guys store. An owner like that is toxic to the attitude of his employees, and I won't be ordering from my local Domino's ever again. read more

I'm always impressed by this particular location. We don't order pizza often, but we LOVE their pan and the thin and crispy best. We've also had their pasta bowls, which are also good (a little too filling though!). The food when ordered is always consistent - I now have confidence when I place an order, I will get what I ordered, which these days is rare!! How they get it to me as fast as they do, is amazing to me! No matter when I order, it is delivered in less than 30 minutes. I tip these drivers well - they work hard for it.
