Incredibly disappointing and beyond unprofessional experience at Fun Pizza Kitchen! Avoid at all costs! We made a dinner reservation for a party of 12. We attempted to order three pasta dishes and some sodas, but were informed that they had one soda left and no pasta available. They apparently had a party the day before and never replenished their stock. The waitress called the manager to see what they could do. His solution was to tell us that we could purchase soda somewhere else and drink it in the restaurant. He offered to make the pasta at the Frisco location and drop it off at this one, but that seemed very odd. My aunt asked them why they would accept a large party reservation knowing that they didn't have a large portion of the menu available. The least they could do was inform us in advance of what was unavailable. The response? ASTONISHING! We were rudely told that we should have called to pre-order due to our party size! Literally any restaurant that takes large party reservations will reach out to you if they require pre-ordering. I've never heard of the customer having to go out of their way to do that! The audacity to blame us for their lack of preparation was baffling. We ended up leaving due to how Fun Pizza Kitchen chose to handle their mistake, and will absolutely not be back or recommending this establishment to anyone! read more

I always get a to-go order from this place whenever I can't decide between Indian food or regular pizza, this spot is my go to. This time I got the garlic chicken pizza, which had tender pieces quite flavorful tandoori chicken and tons of garlic, and the vegetarian garlic pizza, loaded with mushrooms, onions, and even more garlic. I also tried the pineapple jalapeño pizza, which was just okay for me, but that's probably because I usually prefer the spicier style pizzas. p.s. if you're a fan of the classic traditional pizzas then this might not be the orders for you. read more

March 2022 The good - the menu is extensive, lots of options even for vegetarians along with sandwiches and sides. Seating area is large enough to fit bigger parties. Once you enter through the door, you walk straight to the ordering booth and give your order. This was our first time so I asked to be seated first (you must find an empty table and make yourself comfy) and go through the menu before ordering anything. The menus are available right besides the ordering booth. For food, we had - Achari Garlic Bread, Achari Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Achari Paneer Pizza. They also have a few options for drinks with beers and wine along with bottled/ can sodas. We decided to go with a bottle of wine. The bad - let's start with the service here, or lack there of. The entire process is that you have to order your food and find a table yourself, wine bottles have to opened by, guess who, by you, which isn't a bad thing if you know how to open one, but I'm sure they'd help if needed. The glasses for wines are available at the back shelf and when we went to pick up the glasses, few looked like they were used and put up there and the others had a thick coating of dust. We had to clean the glasses ourselves before we could even drink the wine. Talking about the food, the pizzas felt like they were made haphazardly, with chicken and jalapeño just put on top of the pizza instead of everything blended smoothly into one fine layer. Since I'm Indian I had try this new restaurant near my house. I took my kids there for a dinner and really enjoyed it!! I believe I ordered the Achari paneer pizza and asked them to make it spicy. I just wanna start by saying that the food is amazing, As someone who is vegan, it is great. Although I will say this, I have been here once and now this time being my second time. Each time I come, other than the food has been a very sad experience. I understand that some cultures, you know tend to get along better with there people. I used to eat Palio's from time to time years ago and it was good but this mess I had tonight was terrible. I placed my order for 2 pizzas and when my pizza still hadn't been delivered an hour later, I called and they conveniently told me the driver was on the way. The Pizza toppings included Sliced Jalapeno, Pineapple, Red Onion and Cilantro and had some unique flavor. The wings on the other hand was cooked well but were way to spicy. It was a Friday night about 730pm, it started to get busy after we arrived and the line was growing so good timing! I was dining in the restaurant and was handed a table number, instructed to go to table to check out menu and then come back to the register to order. That was a little different but i guess makes sense as to not crowd the counter with delayed ordering. It's an open kitchen area so you can see what was going on. Food came out very quick. This has honestly become my new favorite pizza place after moving to Texas. From the outside it seems like a semi fancy place with nice outdoor seating as well.
