So it's impossible to get a custom sandwich where you pick and choose what's on it. But they were extremely nice answering all my questions about the food. I could maybe get some focaccia and a side of broccoli if I was desperate and nothing else was open. But I was in no rush and just went home and made something for myself. But my partner really enjoyed it so I'm glad we stopped by to check it out. It's definitely unique and convenient if you don't have so many food allergies like I do. We split the short rib poutine and I can't think of a better dish to get you through the winter. The meat absolutely melted in the mouth and the cheese was abundant and rich. Would order again in a heartbeat! We also tried the alligator bites as a seasonal special. I'd not had alligator before, but they were super crispy and spicy with an addictive gochujang sauce.
