Im on a mini vacation and this is Dominoes is very tacky! Pizza Hut was to far for delivery and my friends decided to pick Dominoes....well what a bad choice! They are very rude and they messed up our order and had no Mercy. The delivery man said he was outside and we go outside and he's not even there. We waited for 5 mins and he finally shows up with no dominoes sign on the car or nothing. I asked him where was his sign and said " we don't have enough money to get one" smh how unprofessional is that. These days is super crazy and it's good to be known who you are. Continuing he gets out the car and is fumbling with the pizza and trying to find change, so I told him just to keep it. So I open up the box when I get inside the house and the order is wrong the 3 toppings was just one. So I called back and the lady was super tacky, saying she was busy and that I called the order in online, which I did not it was the same lady I did the order from earlier. She said I can't get my money back since it was cash only but they can remake it but it will take 45 mins. Pizza and chicken wings were delicious. My complaint goes to management. There was just one person working there when I arrived to order a pizza, the young man was the cashier, the cook and the one taking orders over the phone. Even though the young man was a hard worker, very quick, and professional, with a good attitude, he was backed up with orders. The wait was over 40 min, to say the least. People were getting upset at the young man, he remained calm and very respectful. If I were him, I would have walked out from that job! Shame on management. read more

Okay, so not sure if this industry standard or a health violation, but I noticed the employees handling food without gloves on. No hairnet nor masks. I don't think I see people wearing masks since covid has been over, but I'm used to seeing the other things for people working on food. Especially touching the ingredients without gloves and working at the register, then touching food without washing their hands. Makes me a little nervous. In any case, food was okay, but pretty expensive for what you get. Might be skipping this in the future. read more

On August 16th, 2020 I had an horrible experience at store #8409 I placed an order online for carry out. Upon arrival, I call the store for a team member to bring out my items. Val (the store manager) answers the phones and politely tells me that the store is only accepting exact change due to the coin shortage. I then tell Val, this is fine I am paying with a credit card. She then aggressively tells me, (this is word for word) "like I said, we are only accepting exact change & our system just went down". I then tell her that is an inconvenience & i would like a discount due to the store not calling the customer to inform them about the problem before arrival. Val then states very hostile "LIKE I SAID THE SYSTEM IS DOWN, IT HAPPENED ABOUT 10 MINUTES AGO". I then asked to speak to the manager and she stated that she was the manager. I am not sure how she is in an authoritative position , when she lacks basic communication skills. Once I finally received my order, the team member was rushing me to grab my food and she forgot an item on my order. I then called back telling the workers that they forgot an item and they gave me a hassle on giving me an item that I already paid for. Based off of my experience with Val, I will no longer order with dominos. I will take my business else where. And I'm very heart broken by this because I would consider myself a valued customer due to how often o order monthly. Staff should be better trained. read more

I always order from here for my kids. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the delivery drivers are usually cool. However, when I just did carry out, I feel a sense of disrespect from the manager that was there today. Worst customer service EVER. Ordered a pizza at 5:00 to be delivered at 6:15 on the app. Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address. The people that they delivered to even called them and told them that they delivered to the wrong address. No one from the store even called me to explain. I had to call them. Was told at 6:23 that they would remake the pizza and deliver it in 45 minutes as they were SO busy. Good customer service would be to put our pizza first. Called again at 7:30 as no pizza was delivered. Manager got on the phone to tell me they never made the second pizza and then she hung up on me! When I called back she told me she had the right to hang up on me because I was abusive to her. Really???? She just didn't have a good reason as to why they messed up so badly and wanted to blame me. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The manager on duty yesterday displayed a level of disrespect that I hadn't known to exist. After my sister came in to place a carry out order she asked what the prices were and if there were any specials. "Look at the menu." Ok, the menu has no prices listed. He proceeded to give her a small pizza with pepperoni and onions for $11. With all of the ads for $5.99 pizzas this was outrageous. Later on another family member went in to ask to speak to the manager about the apparent employees behavior. When asked to speak to the manager he rolled his eyes and said "what". This "manager" rudely says "I gave her what she asked for." He could not care less about customers and losing business. Dominos can really pick em.
