They are very rude and they messed up our order and had no Mercy. The delivery man said he was outside and we go outside and he's not even there. Pizza and chicken wings were delicious. My complaint goes to management. There was just one person working there when I arrived to order a pizza, the young man was the cashier, the cook and the one taking orders over the phone. Even though the young man was a hard worker, very quick, and professional, with a good attitude, he was backed up with orders. The wait was over 40 min, to say the least. People were getting upset at the young man, he remained calm and very respectful. If I were him, I would have walked out from that job! Shame on management. read more

Okay, so not sure if this industry standard or a health violation, but I noticed the employees handling food without gloves on. No hairnet nor masks. I don't think I see people wearing masks since covid has been over, but I'm used to seeing the other things for people working on food. Especially touching the ingredients without gloves and working at the register, then touching food without washing their hands. Makes me a little nervous. On August 16th, 2020 I had an horrible experience at store #8409 I placed an order online for carry out. Upon arrival, I call the store for a team member to bring out my items. Val (the store manager) answers the phones and politely tells me that the store is only accepting exact change due to the coin shortage. I then tell Val, this is fine I am paying with a credit card. She then aggressively tells me, (this is word for word) "like I said, we are only accepting exact change & our system just went down". I then tell her that is an inconvenience & i would like a discount due to the store not calling the customer to inform them about the problem before arrival. Val then states very hostile "LIKE I SAID THE SYSTEM IS DOWN, IT HAPPENED ABOUT 10 MINUTES AGO". I then asked to speak to the manager and she stated that she was the manager. I am not sure how she is in an authoritative position , when she lacks basic communication skills. Once I finally received my order, the team member was rushing me to grab my food and she forgot an item on my order. I then called back telling the workers that they forgot an item and they gave me a hassle on giving me an item that I already paid for. Based off of my experience with Val, I will no longer order with dominos. I will take my business else where. And I'm very heart broken by this because I would consider myself a valued customer due to how often o order monthly. Staff should be better trained. read more

I always order from here for my kids. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the delivery drivers are usually cool. However, when I just did carry out, I feel a sense of disrespect from the manager that was there today.
