Worst experience I've ever had with Dominos. I got to the store and they made the Parmesan bread twists with cinnamon and had to remake them. Walked up to the door multiple times during the 30 minutes I was waiting to check on the status and nobody ever came back with an update. Then the pizza I finally received is inedible as it was burnt to a crisp and cold. Can't even eat it after waiting a half hour for the food. I realize that it's Dominoes, and it's main purpose in our lives is to satisfy short term pizza eating needs. I really don't expect much other than it being delivered when they say it will be delivered (even if it is a long wait), getting the order right, and having the food be somewhat hot. Today was a bad day for me. This is my second negative post. I don't like writing negative posts, but I feel the need to verbally accost the madness that has become customer service, or lack there of, for not just Dominoes but seemingly everywhere. I'm getting tired of the excuses that whatever business I engage with doesnt have enough help and that they are very busy. That excuse comes across as designed to make me feel that I should feel bad for them, instead of them feeling bad for me that they were unable to deliver on any of the parameters that they outlined when I entered into the contract of purchasing their product or service (in this case a pizza). Those that can provide customer service on a consistent basis and deliver a predictable product will always get my business. I am a small business owner, and I live to those standards on which I am critiquing now. I am hopeful that others would feel the same. Tonight, no one answered the phone for the first three times I called. When I finally got through to someone, they really didn't have any answers. They were not able to tell me why my food was late, and why the delivery person drove one minute from my house only to go 15 minutes the other direction and deliver a different pizza to somebody else before coming back to my place. Of course, when it arrived, the pizza was cold. Not to mention the order was incorrect as they did not cook it to the specifications that I outlined on their app. The bizarre thing about all of this though, is that it seems that most people most of the time are generally accepting decreased customer service, decreased product quality control, and decreased follow up, across not only food sectors, but everywhere else. Even as some of you read this, I am certain there is faction of you that would declare me irrational. If that is you, consider yoursef effectively brain washed. You are already accepting mediocrity as the "new norm". I will not be going back to Domino's. read more

Normally reliable pizza delivery has flipped. I ordered on a Saturday night with a 30 minute delivery window. Perfect. Except after an hour and ten I was concerned. One hour and 30 minutes later, I called but no pick up. Fine I'll check the app. "Pizza delivered!" Only it wasn't. Finally after two hours, drove to the location. TOTAL DISARRAY. So we walk in and are told, " yeah things are slow today. Sorry". I say, can you just make my order after two hours of waiting? Then suddenly some gal shows up and says she is the owner and I am being disruptive. What? So I leave. Never have I been so insulted. Just to balance out the negativity a bit - we order from here regularly and go and pick up. Never had an issue with an order and it's always been fine! I will say that I usually have to hang around waiting for someone to acknowledge that I exist and go and get my stuff but apart from that, no problems. The quality is reliable and I normally get the coupon deal for my kids - 2 medium 2 toppings plus garlic bread twists for 20 bucks or so. Not bad, it lasts for over 2 meals! read more

I am livid right now. I used to love this place. I ordered an online delivery about an hour and a half ago. The online tracker said delivered, it wasn't. I called and they said "oh we had to make a new one it's on it's way." Ok no problem. It finally gets here, it's way undercooked, even the veggies were still cold, super sloppy, carelessly made, etc. I drive my (pregnant self) and toddler up to the store to return it... who would have thought... return a food delivery. It's ok, very clean and friendly. I was excited when I first came in because there were booths to eat at. Ordered an XL pizza and looked forward to the food. I wish they had told me before that it would be Brooklyn style. Thin crust and only 6 slices. Ordered another pizza, this time L. Not too bad. i think I'm just more disappointed towards the pizza mix up. Workers answered my questions and were patient. They didn't share specials but they did when we brought it up. Worst experience ever! OK I'm going to try and paint the whole picture here just for transparency and clarity... I have been a long time customer at this location (3+ years) and today's experience was the worst! Dominos would have to really do something amazing to even have the chance of retaining me as a customer. The "Manager" on duty, Who wouldn't even provide her name, not only messed up the order and ended up charging me twice as much as usual (I order the same thing every time) but then when I called back deliberately didn't answer the call nor tried to refund the amount. I then drove to the location to get the managers name to file a complaint and the same manager, in order to avoid dealing with the situation, lied to me that the "manager" had just left a few minutes before my arrival. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and it is absolutely disgusting that someone in a so-called manager position can act as such. Still terrible, just a group of kids who don't care at all about customer service or get the job done efficiently. I ordered 2 pizzas order of pasta and garlic bits, for carry out. Been to this location a handful of times. The pizzas themselves have always been well-made in our experience. However, the sandwiches are as consistently poorly done (lacking whatever sauce) as the pizzas are good. Seriously, we ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich once that had zero discernible sauce on it, and other times it's been technically noticeable in the same way urine is technically potable. Up your game, guys. The service isn't very personal, and they don't always offer receipts (other locations tend to give you one by default). It's a Domino's. Not sure what else to say. I've always been a fan of dominos but after the awful service I've had twice now with this location has made me so upset that I will never consider eating from such a rude and disrespectful staff. My first problem with his location was an order that was placed an hour before they closed. The delivery guy claims he came to my door to deliver the pizza and said that no one answered. One I do have a doorbell and it was never rang once and two I was in my living room which is less than a few feet from my front door. When we called they said sorry we're closed and we were unable to order your food. They refunded us but myself and my family was left hungry due the lazy staff not wanting to deliver our food. My second problem was tonight. Our food came thankfully this time but when the food arrived we noticed we were missing our ranch. I ran back out to the delivery driver Jayden and asked him for the three ranches we ordered. Jayden continued to argue with me that it was not in the order and he would not give us any ranch. After arguing with him for a few minutes he finally replied with "well I guess I'll bring back some ranch then". Shortly after I get a call from dominos from the same delivery driver and he told me "sorry there was no ranch on your order and I will not be delivering any". I asked to speak to his manager after arguing with him about not reviving the ranch. Once his manager Ryan came to the phone you could here his coworkers laughing in the back about the situation and he said hi I took your order and you forsure did not ask for any ranch. As a business operator myself I really hope dominos realizes what a waste of money this location is for their Fortune 500 company. The immature staff here clearly doesn't care about their customers and is a huge loss for such a great company. I needed pizza very last minute this morning for my boys 2nd birthday- I called at 10:10 even though the store doesn't open until 10:30, the picked up, took my ordEr- and had my ordEr hot and ready the minute I arrived at 10:45. I've ordered for carry out from this place at least 8 times in the last year, and two of those times have been large orders for each of my kids' birthday parties. Never do I call in or place an order in person. I've always ordered directly online and have never had any issues. They always are quick to fulfill my orders which are always without mistakes. We were so happy a Domino's Pizza was going to open in the area. Yes, it's a chain pizza place. Yes, there are other choices of pizza around (i.e. Project Pie, which we adore!). We love pizza and are open to different textures, toppings, crusts, cheeses, styles. This Domino's Pizza is just one of many pizza places we are happy to keep returning to in the neighborhood. Summer 2022 and this location is ready! I'm almost certain there are new owners, a man and woman duo, who absolutely rock. This location is certainly more deserving of a 2 star rating, as it stands. Over the last 6mos I have ordered countless times and the pies have been some of the best Domino's Pizzas I've ever had. HOT, correct, and fresh! If you catch her as she pulls your pie out the oven, give her the "look" ...extra garlic drizzle on the crust. Mmmm!
