This location has a driver who is extremely rude. I ordered pizza's for my class at a local school and the driver wrongly accused a staff member of pushing a child, took photos of staff, and interacted with parents by telling them to dis enroll from our school. Fast forward two weeks and a family at our school ordered delivery to our school for their child's birthday. The SAME driver delivered, was rude to our staff, and demanded a tip! The Final BAD "Messed Up" Pizza We decided to give this Domino's Pizza a try after six months. This was a mistake. We ordered a Brooklyn with pepperoni and salami. There was no salami and the pie was dry. My wife called to address the unacceptable quality of the pizza. The guy she spoke with insisted that HE personally made the pizza and placed seven pieces of salami on the pizza. This was the third time out of the past five orders that there was a problem. While it's a convenient option when you need a backup meal. BUT - The inconsistent quality of the pizza; makes this location one that I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We purchased two each Home Run and Connie's frozen pizzas for back up meals in future. We will not order again. Very displeased with the product and the inability of staff to accept responsibility for "the pizza they made that sucks" in our opinion. We've given them the benefit of the doubt by revisiting them after not being satisfied prior. I'm uninstalling the App. There are way too many "quality" pizza places around that provide quality pizza; so this pizza will never grace my table again. read more

This branch manager( how she said she is by screaming on a phone) dropped the phone on there long time customers, who waited on a line for 25 minutes three times in a row!!! The first time I ordered from here was actually to try Domino's boneless wings. Unfortunately what I received could hardly be called wings. There was no crisp to the skin but instead all the pieces were mushed together. I also expected each piece to be similarly sized to BDubs boneless wings, but the ones at Domino's were tiny. Lastly the taste and consistency of the sauce was off. The chicken itself was too salty and the sauce was too sweet. My next time here I ordered a few different pizzas but they were also mostly a letdown. Toppings were scarce but that wasn't even the main issue. It seems like the method to making pizza here is to take a flatbread and add as little sauce and cheese as necessary to call it a pizza. Even the frozen pizzas I've eaten from Walmart have a better balance of crust, sauce, and cheese than these. Normally I highly enjoy leftover pizza, but it seems like the crust absorbed all the moisture from the tomato sauce because when I reheated and ate some the next day, I could barely taste any sauce. Ive always wanted to try Dominos. I had them once a while back and I did enjoy it but there was no locations near me growing up. Then they changed their recipe and I heard a lot of good feedback, I kept seeing their car driving by my girlfriends place so I figured today would be the day. I placed my ordered around 630pm. The pizza was started right away and finished shortly around 645. At about 650, the pizza was double checked and deemed good. Then the waiting happened. I looked at 715pm with no updates. I looked at 730 with no updates. It took them around 730 to finally deliver the pizza. Then at close to 745, I finally received it. The pizza has been sitting for near an hour. Of course the pizza was room temp, but my stuffed cheesy bread was burnt all around. I guess black bread around the edges are considered good to eat? The pizza itself? It was decent. It reminded me a step above frozen which isnt a good thing. The sauce tasted like tomato paste with some seasonings.. a little on the sweeeter side which I liked. The sausage reminded me of frozen pizza. Overall, the pizza was good and it hit the spot. The burnt cheesey bread was very sad. This was my first time ordered from them and it will probably be my last. Or I will just do carry out so my food doesnt sit for an hour. read more

My delivery was over 15 minutes later than estimate, I was delivered the wrong order, then when I called the branch they would not deliver the right one and I was hung up on. I called back again and was put on hold for 35 minutes before being hung up on, then I called back 2 hours later to talk to the manager and he hung up on me as well instead of resolving the problem. I am really impressed with the service they have at this place! All of their staff is really nice, decent, kind, and professional. They will literally greet you once you enter the place and even guide you to find some vacant seat. All of them are friendly and accommodating. They also got the orders correct and served the food on time. They are really well-trained and personable staff. They really made my experience much better. Their food is also incredible! What a unique pizza! Their pizza here is really great, full of meats, cheese, veggies, sized sauces, and also it has a thin cheese crust. Wonderful! They have the best pizza I have ever had! I am really amazed! Lots of people keep coming and visiting again and again just to grab some of their pizza. No wonder. They also have pasta, sandwiches, desserts, beverages, etc. All of it is made to perfection and freshly cooked. You will absolutely love everything they have! But there is one problem with their place. They always have a long line at the counter. Maybe because just like what I have said, many people really love their pizza and other food, and that is the reason why there is a long line. But still, Domino's Pizza is really worth visiting and such a gem in this area of Lisle! I would really like to go back again as soon as I got my free time. Thank you for your awesome service guys! The reason that Domino's Pizza is getting a five star rating is because this store actually got a five star rating from the company and there are only a handful of them in the country. This store has some of the best employees and the service is always reliable. This store is doing well and has has increased business over the past few years. I'm sure you're probably one of those pizza snobs, turning your nose up at Domino's, but they've really amped up their product and make it worth your while with the changes they've made. Since changing their recipe I am in love with Domino's handmade pan pizza. We also order delivery and they are always really quick. I have never had an issue with this place till Saturday. I've actually ordered a ton of times and each time has been pleasant! BUT .... We tried ordering online at 12:10am because I figured 45 minutes would be more than enough time to order before they closed at 1. It was telling us that this store was not accepting orders, only pre-orders for Sunday morning. We thought it was weird, given that their website said they are open till one. So we called and the guy had no problem taking our order. 30 minutes later the delivery man showed up, and rudely KNOCKED on our window!! We have a perfectly normal door and a plain in sight doorbell, but he banged away on our window. So weird! We had ordered 2 chicken alfredo's in breadbowls. They were tasty, until about an hour later. I was throwing up like crazy, and was so nauseous I could barely move. I didn't eat anything else that whole day. I like Domino's Thin Crust Pizza. Since going Gluten Free, over 2 years ago, I have really missed Pizza. I eat GF and Dairy Free to reduce Inflammation due to Fibromyalgia. Ordered Dominos tonight for dinner, which ended up being a great idea. Everything was perfect (unlike Sarpinos), hot and delicious (unlike Sarpinos) and Dominos actually reads the notes when you place your order online saying to call when you arrive to deliver (unlike Sarpinos).
