Wow! What great costumer service they have here, I had an inquiry about something and they were quick to help me and give me an answer!!

I ordered a pizza through the Domino's app at 9:20 PM. The pizza arrived at 10:24 PM, but it was the wrong order. I immediately called the store and was placed on hold for approximately 25 minutes. I finally called back at 10:45 PM, and the employee apologized and told me my correct pizza had been reordered. By 11:48 PM, I still hadn't received anything. I called again, was placed on hold, then hung up on. I drove to the store and arrived at 11:58 PM. When I got there, there were no pizzas in the oven. The employee admitted my replacement pizza had never been made because he had been busy doing other things. I asked to speak with a manager. The person called on speakerphone said it was after hours and they couldn't help, then hung up. When I asked for the franchise owner or district manager, the employee instead threatened to call the police. I remained calm the entire time and simply asked for a refund for the food I never received. I was told the refund would take five days, despite the store failing to provide the product I paid for. Mistakes happen. What disappointed me wasn't getting the wrong pizza--it was spending nearly three hours trying to get it corrected, only to find out the replacement was never even started and then being treated as though I was the problem for asking for a refund. read more

Pizza not as ordered on app manager was to quote him "being an a hole. ". He said he was not but used those exact words. The issue was my thin pizza was cut square not pie. Little did I know I have the order the other 3 pizzas cut completely. I had to manually cut my other pizzas as they were not cut all the way through. read more

I do not recommend this location. When they get the pizza wrong due to their screwed up website, & the MANAGER refuses to correct the error, that is the LAST time we will EVER support that location...the Manager can shove a hot pizza right up their culo...screw that place.. read more

This used to be a great location and I defended its quality for several years. Last three orders were quite mid, staff rude and it's time to speak up. They used to give extra sauce when requested but they seem to ignore this now. For me that is what made their pizza special. Time to go elsewhere although they are close to home. I'm sad:( read more

Maybe someone can explain to me how a pizza comes out of the oven. Gets cut and boxed and yet no one notices it's burnt to crap? I have order twice. The first time the pizza was cooked perfect but like some have said the toppings had slid to one side. The second time well I don't have to say anything just look at the picture. Frankly I find it pretty insulting based that I ordered 2 pizzas and both were burnt as shown. I order the same pizza every time for myself on the crispy thin crust and every single time I do, the pizza shows up shifted and out of shape inside the box. Well this time, it's also folded under itself, shifted to one side, and with part of the pizza on top of other parts of the pizza. All I can say is check your pizza before you pay or sign for it because I haven't had a round, good looking pizza in a very long time, but this time I have my phone handy so I decided to write this review. The pizza from this place was terrible! First off the delivery driver left the pizza directly In front of my door instead of leaving it on the bench next to the door. So I had to knock over the pizza to open my door and get to it. The pizza was soggy and was falling apart. When I called to see if I can get it fixed I talked with a manager Kevin who was extremely rude and cut me off to tell me it was impossible the pizza was bad since he made it himself and it was perfect, then asked "what do you want" from this phone call. After the complaint he said he guesses they can refund my money. Then a few minutes after the call, Kevin called me back and requested that I leave the remainder of the pizza outside so his driver can come and pick it up. Tried to get help through the website and they offer you points or freaking 20% off a regularly priced item for a future order. Are you kidding me? We ordered pizza. We waited a long time. We tried calling the store to make sure our pizza had been started. We were on hold for so long that we finally gave up. This happened three times. Never ordered from domino's before and now I for sure never will. I was to lazy to cook and the commercials looked good so I caved in. I ordered a garden salad and ended up with a ceaser salad with ranch dressing. My husband had the chicken pasta which I thought was discussing but didn't say anything to him. Ordered a pizza and wings at 5:30 Online, followed the tracker app which showed the pizza being made, cooked, checked for quality and out for deliver with 35 minutes of ordering. However, pizza never showed. No one answered my phone call to the location. Track app showed it was delivered. Stayed on hold for over 35 minutes to talk to someone, only to be hung up on. Finally the location called me at 7:45 pm to tell me no pizza coming. Then, they tell me it will take 3 days for my refund. Poor, poor, poor. read more

Our order showed up pretty quickly probably due to the fact that it was wildly incorrect. when we explained that the pizza we ordered that only had vegetables on it had pepperoni and bacon they told us that we should just eat the one that was made incorrectly and they would give us a credit for the next time. we also advise them that they did not include the extra sauces that we had paid for and the bread was the incorrect type of bread. when we finally got them to remake it and resend it out they tried to only fix half of the order and leave everybody else eating cold food so that everybody could eat together as a family. Was looking forward to getting hot pizza quickly now that they opened a store right near me. And then my pizza sat in the store for 26 minutes (according to their order tracker) before leaving to be delivered. Then it took ten more minutes for it to travel less than a mile to my house. I guess it's pickup or nothing for me with Domino's, because they seem incapable of fast delivery of hot, fresh pizza. Ordered two pizzas and some breadsticks. I was told that they would text me when they were done. After almost an hour I showed up to see if they were done and they were just sitting there. Let me start off by saying, if I may, Don is the man. I'm speechless but I'll dig within the depths of myself to find the words to say. The dons inspect for premium quality and they never miss a beat (or a topping might I add!) I highly recommend, nay beg, for you to purchase the mango habanero sauce. Makes the experience so much more don. Do they know something we don't know? Have they figured out the scientific equation that creates time travel? I've never seen anything like it.
