Maybe someone can explain to me how a pizza comes out of the oven. Gets cut and boxed and yet no one notices it's burnt to crap? I have order twice. The first time the pizza was cooked perfect but like some have said the toppings had slid to one side. The second time well I don't have to say anything just look at the picture. Frankly I find it pretty insulting based that I ordered 2 pizzas and both were burnt as shown. I order the same pizza every time for myself on the crispy thin crust and every single time I do, the pizza shows up shifted and out of shape inside the box. Well this time, it's also folded under itself, shifted to one side, and with part of the pizza on top of other parts of the pizza. The pizza from this place was terrible! First off the delivery driver left the pizza directly In front of my door instead of leaving it on the bench next to the door. So I had to knock over the pizza to open my door and get to it. The pizza was soggy and was falling apart. When I called to see if I can get it fixed I talked with a manager Kevin who was extremely rude and cut me off to tell me it was impossible the pizza was bad since he made it himself and it was perfect, then asked "what do you want" from this phone call. After the complaint he said he guesses they can refund my money. We ordered pizza. We waited a long time. We tried calling the store to make sure our pizza had been started. We were on hold for so long that we finally gave up. This happened three times. Ordered a pizza and wings at 5:30 Online, followed the tracker app which showed the pizza being made, cooked, checked for quality and out for deliver with 35 minutes of ordering. However, pizza never showed. No one answered my phone call to the location. Track app showed it was delivered. Stayed on hold for over 35 minutes to talk to someone, only to be hung up on. Finally the location called me at 7:45 pm to tell me no pizza coming. Then, they tell me it will take 3 days for my refund. Poor, poor, poor. read more

Our order showed up pretty quickly probably due to the fact that it was wildly incorrect. when we explained that the pizza we ordered that only had vegetables on it had pepperoni and bacon they told us that we should just eat the one that was made incorrectly and they would give us a credit for the next time. we also advise them that they did not include the extra sauces that we had paid for and the bread was the incorrect type of bread. when we finally got them to remake it and resend it out they tried to only fix half of the order and leave everybody else eating cold food so that everybody could eat together as a family. Was looking forward to getting hot pizza quickly now that they opened a store right near me. And then my pizza sat in the store for 26 minutes (according to their order tracker) before leaving to be delivered. Then it took ten more minutes for it to travel less than a mile to my house. I guess it's pickup or nothing for me with Domino's, because they seem incapable of fast delivery of hot, fresh pizza. Let me start off by saying, if I may, Don is the man. I'm speechless but I'll dig within the depths of myself to find the words to say. The dons inspect for premium quality and they never miss a beat (or a topping might I add!) I highly recommend, nay beg, for you to purchase the mango habanero sauce. Makes the experience so much more don. Do they know something we don't know? Have they figured out the scientific equation that creates time travel? I've never seen anything like it.
