Dominos is my go to place in terms of fast food pizza. Quality and price can't be unbeaten. This time I also had their pasta and stuffed bread which surprised me. I regularly have a pepperoni pizza and the garlic knots which are really good with the garlic dressing they have. Their stuffed cheese crust is a really good option too. We ordered two pizzas, both with extra sauce, cheese and toppings, costing roughly $5 per pizza extra. What a ripoff. There was barely any sauce on the pizzas, they were very dry. If there were extra toppings I'd hate to see what they normally look like. There were maybe two small pepperoni pieces per slice. Plus it took over an over to have them delivered, they weren't even very warm by the time they arrived. We've ordered from other Domino's locations and the pizzas were great, but we've been burned by this location before. Never again. read more

This Dominos can get absolutely slammed on the weekends, but I can understand why. When I ordered they ended up messing up my order. I had to go back and they gave me a free pizza which I really appreciated. I cannot be too upset since it is just a Dominos location after all. Would I recommend ordering from here, yes, just be prepared for a long wait time or maybe a mistake on your pizza, although I feel like the mistakes are pretty rare and they fix them almost immediately. read more

I wasn't able to give it 0 stars to the Forest Lake MN location. I ordered their Deluxe pizza. I chose the options for light sauce, added cheddar mix and square cut. The pizza was missing pepperoni, onions and green peppers. The store manager told me they were not able to credit my Venmo account but would send me out another pizza or give me one in the future. OK - I had the weirdest experience here. I ordered on the app. I went in and it said it was ready, but nothing was coming out. 1. The guy called out a name. There was a one guy with the same name also that got mad at me for asking the clerk to clarify the last initial, just so it's not the wrong order he was picking up. While it did end up his, I literally have no idea why he got mad at me for just checking, as the clerk only said the first name. That wasn't the weirdest thing that happened, but should mention the store should use last initials. 2. I eventually asked do we need to say our name or say were here. He didn't hear me. I asked several more times. He still said "huh". I backed away as I thought legit he was just mocking me. I then went back to him and asked again. He walked away and then ate pizza in the back. The guy comes back to the same spot, someone asks a question at a very low volume, and he answers him perfectly and immediately. That is when I knew he was just giving me a hard time. Someone came out and defended the worker after saying they couldn't understand me either. I'm pointing that out to show that I"m not trying to leave anything out here. That said, other than them not being part of the that weird interaction, they didn't see the part where the guy just walked away on me and started eating pizza. I have zero cares if someone misunderstands me. Like zero. I've misunderstood people myself. But I know when someone is messing with me. This guy was just giving me a hard time, particularly as he was answering other people who were spoke at almost a whisper and he could answer them. I have never experienced such a weird interaction like that in my life, and appreciate the person trying to defend the worker, but they literally had no place to do that, as they weren't the one being ignored and being played with. My boyfriend and I are fairly picky about our pizza. Most pizza restaurants was an 1.5 hr wait. Dominos was the fastest option for delivery time duration 30 min or less . I was very happy the delivery man followed all my instructions with phone calling me , keeping my food hot in a warm heated bag, brought paper plates , condiments. We had a pepperoni pineapple black olives pizza , and wings . Everything was great ! Delivery showed up 25 min or less. I'm very pleased with our last minute dinner we had. This dominos always has issues going on whether it's being lazy and cancelling your order without telling you or they decide to take twice as long as the app tells you, also not updating you in the meantime. Do not go to or order from this dominos, take the time to order from a different location and it will be there quicker. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered around 7:45pm and by 9:15pm my pizza still hadn't arrived. When I called, it took over 6 minutes for them to pick up and when they did the guy on the other end said they were waiting on a driver. The music in the background was SO loud I could barely even understand the guy on the phone. I ended up cancelling the order because I wasn't about to keep waiting for a pizza that would never show up. This location is awful! read more

Worst service I've ever received. Not just from a food place just in general. Took my food over an hour to get to me for just a simple cheese pizza. I signed up for text updates and never got any until the driver left. Called multiple times to check the status of my order only for them to claim I was calling the wrong store repeatedly and get an attitude with me. Then literally stated they were having the same issues with other customers so clearly the issue is on their side. Repeatedly got placed on hold and got attitude. He left and I called them and they apologized, and said it'd be another 15 min. My friends and I placed an order at this location and it not only took them 2 hours to deliver our food, but I also called after an hour of waiting to get an update on the status because they were not sending updates like they were supposed to. I called the first time and they hung up the phone so we called back 10 minutes later to be told it would be another 20 minutes before it would arrive. I then let them know that in our previous order they had not delivered our soda with our order (which was understandable at the time because the employee was new) when I informed the man on the phone about this he said it was no problem and that they would include the soda in our current order with no charge. When they finally delivered our order it did not include said soda. We are very disappointed because domino's is usually known for being pretty great and deliver in a timely manner. I received a coupon in the mail from Tim Rands, General manager. The coupon offered a large, any topping pizza for $9.99. Even though the coupon explicitly said "valid for pick up or delivery", when I called to place an order for delivery on 5/25, 9:38 the person who answered the call said that "the system would not let her apply the coupon for a delivery order but only for pick up". I felt like I was lied to and wasted valuable time. Mr Rands should make sure his staff honors the coupons carrying this signature in the future otherwise his name will be, if not already is, a big joke. read more
