I just got my food and I can still see the car from my house. We got our food with finger marks in it. 1 thing for certain you can bet your money that your food wil be tapered with and they will not care. I swear I didn't order 2 sandwiches with finger marks as a topping. I was tryna destroy my bread myself, not have it come already messed up. Mathew delivered my food and they charged my over 5.00 for delivery. It doesn't look like they put finger marks in the commercial, it don't have finger marks in the picture and for sure not on any online advertising. This is false advertising and some BS. But ima go with BS first. Either Domino's has changed, or I have, or both. I used to love Domino's even when others poopooed it, I always liked it. It was always a good, solid, base level pizza for me. However, for all the deals they have, my orders these days always seem to be 1/2 as much food and twice the cost somehow. The last few times I've ordered, it was just meh. For all the oil soaking the boxes, I don't know where all the flavor leaked out. The fancy pizzas have been OK, but the regular pizzas just seem flavorless to me. Still the people are great and I've had good service from them. Maybe the meat pizzas are better with the salt from the meats covering for the flavorless cheese they use? I've had the most simple crust, sauce, cheese pizzas that made my heart sing at other places, but Dominoes doesn't even come close. This was quite a small place on the side of the road. There are not a lot of parking spaces with what appeared to be 4 to 5 cars being delivery cars. I had a large order for the deal that they had at the time and they were busy. They were so busy that I think they mixed up some of my pizzas as I ordered all normal pizzas, but we ended up with 2 thin crust pizzas. Two out of 12 pizzas is still a good number so whatever at this point. They were on time with the large order. They were nice and offered me a bag to hold the sodas. They were nice to offer to help me carry the pizza to my car. In the end, I got the pizzas quickly and without major issues. This was a success. As for the pizza, no real complaints on the quality. The food is usually very good, and the driver is always polite. However, the food does, on occasion, take 45 mins to get from the store to where I live. I only live 4 minutes from the store. It is extremely annoying when the Domino's app is saying "Hope you are enjoying you pizza" and I have nothing. I used to be a delivery driver. Mondays are never busy. UPDATE: sat down to eat my pizza and half of the pizza was stuck to the top! I order frequently from this Domino's location. My food is always delivered quickly and it's hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I use the app with the coupons to seamlessly order usually the pan pizza, chicken alfredo pasta, and the marble brownie. The prices are reasonable with the coupon I pay $5.99 for each item. I have never had any issues with the delivery or timeliness of my orders. The drivers are always courteous and respectful. I definitely plan to continue ordering from this business and encourage others to order from here as well. Great location for hot and fresh pizza and other food. Ordered online and tracker said pizza was being delivered to my house 7 minutes away!! 25 minutes go by and still no food, called to make sure driver wasn't lost and got put on hold for over 3 minutes. Just called and spoke to a gentleman named Kyle I was shocked at how professional he was for a Domino's employee. I mean he actually knew SAT words. It shouldn't be that hard to read an online order and deliver it two miles down the road without missing items. The last two orders I've made to this location have been botched. Missing items, wrong items, etc. I called the store after tonight's order came wrong, and the girl who answered the phone was really short with me and asked me what I wanted them to do. I'd like a credit on my account personally. This stuff isn't cheap and it shouldn't be that hard to deliver what was ordered. I ended up being credited for a .75 cent ranch dipping sauce, but my salad now has no dressing. It kills me to complain but it's getting ridiculous. We've ordered pizza from Domino's in Olney for years and the majority of time, the pizza is perfect. There have been times when they have given us the wrong pizza, not the right crust, or the crust is overcooked or not cooked enough. If we decide to bring it to the manager's attention, they have always made it right. Lastly, the price is very fair for any size pizza ordered. The worst service I have ever experienced, and the worst customer service. This location consistently does not deliver pizza to my house in a reasonable amount of time. The driver always claims he/she "got lost" (even though we get delivery from other restaurants in town and they never get lost). Every time we are promised a "gift certificate" in the mail-I have yet to receive anything. Today we ordered two pizzas and the cookie brownie-and it took them almost 2 hours. I dont mind that they messed up but i do mind that they didnt care and didnt remedy the situation like they said they would. I ordered a pizza and wings online. You trust that when you order from Domino's our any food place that people are descent but I'm here to tell you that is not the case. I received poor customer service at the Domino's in Olney, MD. I reported to the manager on duty who apologized and said he would make things right. I pick up my food and the manager apologized again. I took the food home only to find that my food had been contaminated. Someone had the nerve to bite off of one of my buffalo wings and put it in the box. I contacted the owner of the store who thinks I'm nieve enough to believe that the chicken got stuck to the aluminum foil while coming out of the oven. In all my years of baking and grilling chicken I have never seen meat being pulled off down to the bone? My 9 year old son and his father had eaten some of the wings before discovering the wing that had been bitten. With all the diseases and germs that are going around it makes me sick to even think about . Please support me in boycotting the Domino's in Olney, MD.
