These wings are crispy, sticky, messy and require a hose for cleanup. Two napkins and a wet nap just doesn't get it done. The wing order was very good. A mix of drums and flats. Served piping hot. And the spice level was enough to make my eyes water, but not so hot they weren't enjoyable. The side of fries was also excellent, some of the best I've had. Hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I rarely can't finish an order of fries, but these were a challenge. I failed. A small dish of pickled radishes accompanied the order. And the server also managed to find time to refill my soft drink. So, why not 5 stars? First acknowledge CM is not fast food. On average, based on the other tables, orders seemed to take 20 minutes. So. After a 10-15 minute wait, the fries were brought to the table. And I waited, assuming the wings would quickly follow. I was as mistaken. It was another 10 minutes before the wings were served.
