The store didn't have a manager but 5 staff members constantly messing up orders and making customers wait over an hour if not multiple hours. Since there wasn't a manager the staff couldn't give refunds, so you either had to accept losing money or wait a long period. They did end up giving us our food and was made well read more

I've ordered from them twice and each time the experience was awful. They use the tracker to favor their times by lying. It'll say pizza is out of the oven and on delivery, but it's not. The first time they said delivered, so I called the store because I had no pizza. The man there told me it hasn't been delivered yet. This was on a weeknight. I use to love Dominos pizza. The service is really bad. Every time I I go and try to get pizza it's always a 2 hour wait. Makes me feel like they just don't want to make the pizza. It's been over 2 yrs that I hadn't eaten Domino's pizza. So I tried again three days in a row and it's always a 2hr wait. Looks like I won't be going to Domino's ever again. I have never posted on Yelp but this purchase was unacceptable. The Pasta Primavera was dry with no sauce. The Hawaiian pizza had exactly 7 pieces of pineapple on it and both the Hawaiian pizza and the pizza with everything barely has brought sauce to cover the crust. read more

This store must underpay their workers, because they never have the staff to deliver a pizza on time. Expect 2-3 hours for pizza delivery, even on a Tuesday. Given that they charge a delivery fee, and I tip well, I'd expect dominos to pass that $$$ on to the driver and not a problem attracting enough workers. Taos, NM dont wast your time or money. Drove 25 miles to get a pizza for my wife, she sick. Ordered gave my name, phone number, paid for it and order (large special w/ everything). Went to pick it up, gave the clerk my name (spelled it) and told him what I ordered........ He verified it. Drove 40 minutes home and gave it to my wife. It was a large pepperoni and pineapple. I don't understand why this Domino's doesn't have a higher star rating. Every time I'm in there, the place is buzzing like a beehive and the phone is ringing off the hook. Maybe people just aren't in the habit of writing reviews when takeout pizza is good? Or maybe it's because snobby Taoseños are anti-chain restaurant. My husband and I order from Domino's about once a week. They have rarely messed up an order, are always friendly, and fast! Sure, it's not gourmet pizza served in a bougie restaurant, but for takeout pizza, it's one of our favorites. It's never soggy when we get it home, it reheats well the next day, and it tastes amazing! And honestly, their gluten-free pizza is my favorite in town. Even my husband, the harshest gluten-free critic ever, said he wouldn't know it was gluten-free in a blind taste test. Come on, people! Domino's deserves some props! read more

I understand they have had a difficult time with Covid. However one of my items were not delivered for a guest in my home. I have now been on hold for 17 minutes trying to let them know. If that's not bad enough they run a recording of that they're hiring and blah blah blah over and over and over again. So if you wanna stay on the phone you have to hear it you cannot communicate with someone else you can't do anything else but stay there which I have been doing now for 18 minutes and 25 seconds I will somehow or another get a hold of their corporate office and make a major complaint about this. read more

It's really hit or miss. At the End of March and beginning of April I had two pizzas delivered at different times and they were both good. This past couple weeks I've had two deliveries from them and while the drivers as always were super nice, the pizzas themselves were awful. There was no quality check done on either one and they arrived here in half the time others had with tons of garlic powder on them, which I had not asked for. I don't like garlic that much so this made them pretty inedible for me. I called and asked for credit or a refund for the pizzas that were bad but did not receive any. Ordered a pizza for delivery around 11:30 pizza is done and being inspected from 12:05 to 1:05 at which time I called to see what's going on. They say it's out for delivery, I only live 0.8 miles from the store, so we finally get the pizza at 1:25 and it's cold and soggy. Of course it would be, someone had been quality checking it for an hour. My question to them would be, if you're short on delivery drivers " im only assuming you must be short of staff" why would you bake the pizza right away? Because of Covid you have to order by phone, I called at 5:50 pm no answer again about 10 minutes later no answer, waited till 6:30 .. no answer. It was over an HOUR wait time before the driver came to my hotel and didn't even apologize or show any extra care for the lateness. The most professional delivery I have ever seen he included napkins and Red Pepper and Parmesan .... This Domino's Pizza Chain was terrible with terrible service, we ordered two pizzas for delivery and the store only sent the driver with one pizza, we called the store again and they offered to give us a new pizza and also send the cold pizza, they again sent the driver with only one pizza. The driver also seemed to be on some sort of hardcore drug or substance and was very unprofessional. We again called the store and the GM (General Manager) said "I can take the pizza because I go through there on my way home" again very unprofessional. I suggest this chain gets looked into further and the people that are running/working there. read more
