I stopped by Revolution Bakery about an hour before closing and unfortunately they were all out of bread - but that's to be expected around closing time. I ended up getting a breakfast bar that contained egg and green chile and a personal-sized cherry chocolate bread pudding. There weren't prices posted which I hate. Please put prices on the case. Those two items together were $14.58!!! Unfortunately I wasn't offered a receipt so I'm not exactly sure the breakdown of the price of each item. Seating was only available outside of the bakery as it is a very small operation, which is fine. As someone from out of town, I didn't have a kitchen or anything, plus I wanted to eat the breakfast bar immediately. I wasn't asked if I wanted the food warmed up and just assumed they would be room temperature, which is fine. Unfortunately the breakfast bar was ice cold. I definitely didn't enjoy eating ice cold hard boiled egg in the breakfast bar. It was so disappointing that at this price point, there just wasn't care from the staff to even warn me that the breakfast bar needed to basically thaw before being eaten. Prices need to be displayed and receipts offered by staff automatically, prices are one-off treat level, not affordable enough to be a weekly option for a celiac and lastly, food should be offered to be warmed up if they're going into the case frozen or refrigerated. My only complaint about a terrific breakfast experience was an up-charge of $3.50 for "100% Pure Grade A Maple Syrup". You can buy terrific maple syrup at Sam's for $12.28 for 32 oz. (38 cents / oz.). Charging $3.50 for 2oz. of syrup seems excessive, but that's just my opinion. I'm not sure why this was frustrating to me, as we have overpaid for food all over Santa Fe, including other restaurants with similar up-charges for "pure maple syrup". We would definitely come back here, but would be wary of similar up-charges.

I instantly knew something was off. Turn the light on, inspect it, it's sausage. I don't eat pork. My husband calls and they deny it. They said no it was beef. He was hung up on. I call, was extremely polite, explained who I was and how my husband had been hung up on. I got the manager who says oh it was written down wrong. So he puts me on hold, talks to the owner who says they won't refund or do anything to fix it. I will never eat here again. Last December I spent $300 on a major pre order for a big graduation party. $50 of which was a tip. They have gotten so much money from me over the years. Never again. Shame on you chalupps.
