For strip mall fast pizza, this was pretty good. I'm used to NY pizza, so nothing here is even close. But this was as good as I've had among everything in the area. I ordered it online in the 50% off sale this week. You must order it on line to take advantage of the discount, using a rather cumbersome system, but it worked well. Pizza was ready in 12 minutes. A courteous guy took it right out of the oven, sliced and put it in a box and we were outta there, because there is no place to eat it in that tiny store. The "Brooklyn style" pizza was thin and fortified with extra sauce, pepperoni and chopped meat for only 8 dollars and change. It could have been a little more done/crispier and was too salty, but otherwise passable. Real NY pizza would have olive oil, more and heartier sauce, oregano. Little to no ambience in the place, but great pizza smell. We've had some really awful pizza in the region, so this was an improvement. read more

Extremely happy with the customer service here. I order online most of the time from this Dominoes location and I'm never disappointed. They're fast and the food is always delicious and hot. I've been having some anxiety but decided to call anyways because I'm in need of pizzas for a party tomorrow. I spoke with Killian and he was beyond helpful, personable and patient while trying to help me get the best deals possible. Staff was good, I mean as good you can be. It is a pizza joint after all. The only thing was the salad was a little old and browning. I actually threw out the brown lettuce and replaced it with some that I bought a week and half ago! It wasn't brown like the dominos lettuce. Makes me think how long that salad sat and funk d fied before they decided to serve it. The take away is do not order the salad. Speciality chicken want special. read more

Would give this place a NEGATIVE 10 Star review if possible. Ordered pizza and wings around 6.25 pm. We're told 45 - 60 minute delivery time. Called at approx. 75 mins after past delivery time. Was told the driver left 6 mins ago. Received delivery at 8.20 pm. Only thing warm... the wings. Tried to call the store to speak with a manager FOUR times and was hung upon FOUR times! I had a terrible experience at my recent visit. It was my son's birthday that's why I planned to order from Domino's at Lofton Square, when I picked my pizza, I decide to check my order before leaving the store. And I found pizzas were cold it was not kept under the hot plate. I was getting late my son's birthday party, but I was not at all satisfied, with the order pizzas slices were hard to apart, not properly cut. and Extra cheese pizza was in below condition. As i was getting late I asked and told them the pizza's condition. manager was started threating me that we will not accept your orders, as I am not satisfied what we make, but anyone can point me out if I am wrong with this extra cheese pizza. He said you already got the store credit for what they did wrong to my order last time, that's why I have to accept what I got for now. Though i paid $11 above of the $10 store credit. Manager was very rude; I will not order from this outlet anymore. I will not recommend this store at all to any of my neighborhood buyers. read more

We had a terrible experience where our food was delivered to the wrong address. After hours of waiting we gave up and was pleased when the manager kindly offered us a refund or a credit. Since we love the pizza, we took the credit. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Today we called to cash in on our $29.14 credit but it was a different manager. She could find no notes in her system so she was as helpful as a tit on a bull. Needless to say, she offered a corporate number we could call, but she could do nothing else. They canceled my order because the did not have the roll for for my sub, mind you I order two pizza and a sub they didn't bother to call and let me know TWO HOURS LATER I call and was told that I canceled the order. When I don't feel like going out but still want fresh pizza this place is my go to. Staff is friendly both over the phone and in person at my door. The one time my pie was not topped correctly I was treated as though they had insulted my grandma and offered to rush me out a new one immediately with many apologies, I just wanted a free topping next order. We generally order online and have it delivered. The pizza is delivered hot. The delivery person is friendly. I get that it's Sunday night but we ordered (on line) 1 extra large pizza for delivery. After an hour I checked and it was in "quality check" delivery was next. After another 15 minuted it was still in "quality check" I called and asked how long until delivery and it would be another 35 minutes!
