Been searching for authentic Turkish doner (perfect blend of lamb and beef) in SoCal for quite sometime. So happy to have found DC. The doner is tender, juicy and flavorful. Really don't need much sauce or anything to dress it up. Enjoyed the doner plate with tomatoes and onions. The creamy baba ghanoush was also tasty.

Ended 2025 trying Doner Corner for the first time on New Year's Eve. I ordered the Doner plate and Sojouk & Cheese Pide. I was told by the owner that their doner meat is so flavorful that it doesn't need any sauce. But I'm a saucy American girl and ordered the tzatziki just in case. He was not wrong, the meat was quite flavorful and delicious, but I did dip the meat and pita and lavash in the tzatziki cause I like to dip baby dip. Fries were basic. 4/5 The pide, much like a football shaped pizza, was good, but the sojouk (sausage) had an intense smokey flavor that I couldn't quite get over. It was good, just not for me. 3/5 Customer service was great. The owner taking my order was very nice, and gave me free Turkish tea and Turkish delight while I waited for my food. Will I be back? Yes. I enjoyed the doner meat and would like try the Iskender and a sandwich. I would not order a pide again. Once was enough. Bonus: great authentic Turkish food nearby Bogus: unfortunately, the prices. I know we are paying for quality, but these prices for casual dining are making it harder and harder.

It has taken me far too long to write this! My (Turkish) wife and i come here at least once a month and it hits every time! The iskander is one of the best we've ever had, the pide is amazing (get the soujak and cheese) and definitely order a lahmacjun. The family that owns it is incredibly nice. End the meal with a kunefe and an Apple Tea and thank me later

the Lahmajun- my favorite! It taste like the most flavorful flatbread I've ever had

I think I would've missed the spot, but I came here with a Turkish friend and I'm really glad I discovered this place. we came here as a group because one of my friends celebrate Ramadan and, I loved the special they were serving during that time! it was a great way for me to sample a variety of foods I had never had before. I recently was in the area and I stopped by again. we had the donor plate and the lahmajun-which is my personal favorite, which taste like a very delicious slightly more exotic flatbread.. it seems like a small operation, but everybody that works there is very efficient. I love supporting small businesses. LA is overfilled with trendy restaurants, I am so happy that little hole in the wall restaurants like this exist. With great service and excellent food. definitely stop by and try!

First time having Lahmajun, and it didn't disappoint! it was crispy, soft, fragrant and fresh! The quick squeeze of the lemon made a huge difference and complimented the lahmajun. My friends also enjoyed their food. Portions were pretty huge, and imo , shareable. The service was also great. They were so friendly and helpful. Parking can be found on the streets.

I truly can't believe it's taken me this long to write this review!! Doner Corner is hands down the best Turkish food in LA. The doner here is unbelievably fresh. The iskender is so goood and they come to your table sometimes to drop butter on your plate (iykyk). It's my go-to order every single time but husband and I also always order 3 entrees. Doner sandwich, doner plate, lahmacun, and pide... are all so good. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We come here at least once a week, that's how much we love it. Consistently delicious, comforting, and so satisfying every single visit. If you're looking for the best Turkish food in LA, this is it. Cannot recommend enough.

Been here multiple times since they first opened but must say they are doing a much better job with Shawarma/Gyro. It was delicious and very well done compare to before. Service was very good. We appreciated to see clean tables free of piles of plates and dirty napkins left on other tables while we dine, which I really don't like. They definitely improved. I highly recommend you try this place.

First time having authentic Turkish food and it was incredible! Unique, fresh flavors that I've never had before. Highly recommend the Doner Iskender and Kunefe. The staff was super friendly and they have specials during the week. 10/10

Great food, cute location! Out of all the Turkish restaurants in LA, this is currently one of the best. It's got a clean, neat environment with an open kitchen. You order at the register, and the food comes to your table. Plenty of seating. Service was really fast, even though we went at a super crowded time. They make everything from scratch, including their pita, which is a huge plus. I tried the Iskender, sujuk & cheese pide, lahmacun, çiğ köfte, and homemade ayran. My favorites were the sujuk & cheese pide and the lahmacun. The Iskender was good too. Their döner meat is really tasty and thinly sliced, but I felt like it needed to cook a little more. Prices are decent. Overall, very much recommended!

We went here for dinner and the experience was very disappointing, mainly due to poor service and lack of professionalism. There were three staff members working (an older man and two young women), yet basic customer care was missing. We were seated as two guests but only one set of utensils was brought to the table. When we asked for another, the staff seemed distracted and were laughing among themselves instead of addressing the request properly. Later, when I asked for extra parsley, the server attempted to take food directly from our plate at the table instead of bringing a small side plate, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite leaving a good tip, the level of service never improved. There was no attentiveness, no courtesy, and no sense of experience. As for the food, we ordered lahmacun. For a meat-based dish, it lacked flavor and had very little meat--mostly peppers--making it unbalanced and disappointing. Overall, this place failed both in service and food quality. I won't be returning and would not recommend it to others.

Delicious authentic Turkish food. Best lahmacun and doner I have eaten in US. We drove for 50 minutes just to eat here.

What a fantastic meal we had here!…read more Felt like Mediterranean so decided to check out this place. First of all service was absolutely phenomenal. They want to ensure that you're having a great food experience. As for the food everything hit it out of the park! The Cretan Feta was potentially the most tasty appetizer I've ever had in all my life. The pita that came with it was freshly made when we ordered it and it was so soft and tasty. The feta itself was whipped perfection! They recommended drizzling their olive oil on it and what a game changer that was! Side note: they make their own olive oil! Apparently you can buy it on Amazon but we took some home direct from the restaurant. Back to the food - had their lamb chops (that came with perfectly cooked potatoes and veggies) and their meatballs. Both were outstanding. Finished it off with their baklava which was the perfect consistency and level of sweetness. The perfect end to our night. This is a small cute and perfect place to go with your girlfriends or on a date. Plenty of street parking (and we went at 6pm on a Wednesday). Will absolutely come back for their breakfast! Apparently they do brunch on Saturdays and Sundays!

We had a reservation, so it would have been fine anyway. The menu is super simple in the sense that it's not very descriptive and doesn't have a lot of words, but the servers are very nice and helpful. For example, I told the server that I had dietary restrictions, and I told them what they were. He took my menu and marked it up with what I could and could not eat and what could be turned vegan for me, which was super helpful. The food was also really good. My favorite dish was actually the crispy potatoes. I didn't expect the level of flavor that came on them. The cabbage was good as well. I've never had cabbage layered with flavor and infused with herbs like that, so that was cool. I've also never had crispy rice, so that was a good experience. We had ours without the egg yolk in it. The fish, which is listed as a yellowtail, was pretty good. The cauliflower was one of my favorites, along with the potatoes, and I like the olives. It was a nice touch as a quick appetizer while you wait for your food. The service was just really good. They were very accommodating and very patient, and the restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are clean as well, so I would definitely come back here. I thought the vibe was welcoming and nice, and the quality of the food was delicious.

My favorite thing on the menu is the crispy rice. My only qualm is that they charge what they do simply because they can. I've accepted that the food and the prices don't match when I decide to go here. A $36 cabbage steak and a $24.00 artichoke feel hard to justify (the best wood-grilled artichoke is up the street for $15.00 at Little Dom's). I also frequent Kismet Rotisserie next door, which makes the pricing even more noticeable. My second favorite dish here is the braised half chicken leg, $36.00. It's delicious, but on my last visit I couldn't help thinking that I could walk 20 feet next door and get a whole chicken from the same people for $29.50. I think for $36.00 it should at least be half chicken and more lima-beans or something. That said, it's still a super cute spot for date night, dinner with friends, or even dining solo. I definitely recommend it, just go in knowing the prices are a little audacious.
