She was really good though... very attentive. However, we didn't get our food till 8pm. My kids did get their food first at about 7:30. The manager and server was good, the food was better but not worth going back for. There always seems to be something wrong when we go. I understand about the system outage, however, it should not have taken that long for our food. If it had based the score off of the first visit it would have been 1 star (accept the manager who was quite kind and helpful)... this one I put up to a 3.
