Some of the best donuts I've ever had! Amazing staff too they are all very kind and genuine. The only issue I have is that they aren't open long enough hours :( and they need to update their hours on Apple Maps because I've driven there twice and they were closed when listed as open. I've been here two times now and every time is a great experience! The owners and employees are so nice and very patient with me choosing the donuts I want. They just have such a huge variety of donuts that it makes it so difficult to choose. They sell a dozen donuts for ~$13, some of my favorites include the blueberry, original glaze and the strawberry sprinkle. I've yet to wake up early enough when they have all of their flavors out but even if you come 30 minutes before closing, they have plenty of options for you. Also, there's plenty of parking outside and located conveniently next to Aldi's (if you need to walk around after eating donuts), or UPS (to send out those packages). A sudden craving for apple fritters brought me to Donut Touch. Unfortunately, this was the worst apple fritter I've ever had. It was pure dough, no apples, and the batter was pretty crunchy throughout instead of being soft on the inside. BUT the blueberry donut. Oh the blueberry donut. This was perfection. It wasn't overly sweet. Super soft and pillowy. Full of blueberry flavor. The chocolate cake and chocolate glaze donuts were also good. Very fluffy on the inside with a nice glaze. The classic donuts are definitely where it's at here. A showcase of more unique flavors would also be cool. Pretty pricy, $7.65 for 4 donuts, and a dozen will run you $20!!! If I was just rating the food, this would be a 4.5 star review. The food is awesome, but the service was so bad I had to take off 3 full stars. 1. Cashiers don't listen at all We ordered 2 identical chocolate frosted donuts. Instead of giving us 2, they gave us 1 donut and some other pastry. We ordered a bagel with cream cheese. They got that wrong too and had to remake it. 2. All the tables are occupied by employees We wanted to sit down and eat, but all the tables were taken. 3 tables were taken by employees. 1 of the cashiers was taking up a table for 4. The owner lady was sitting at another table, and the owner guy at a separate table. If you want tables for employees only, you should put them in the back room and save the tables in the front of the store for customers. * I will update this review if I see improvement in these areas. read more

The donuts are always fresh, and a nice variety outside of the usual that you can find anywhere. Great sandwiches too, I love getting the turkey on the jalapeño cheddar roll. Great customer service. The ladies are attentive and nice. One day I had a meeting that ran long, and I ran in there right before they closed, and she still agreed to make me a sandwich. 1.5 stars! Geez. It pains me to leave such a low number of stars but Donut Touch has really got to get it together folks. So a co-worker won the Super Bowl pool and was kind enough to share her winnings by treating a number of departments with a box of Donuts. Thanks Yufang! Out of the dozen, I managed to score a blueberry donut which was truly delicious. It had that crispyfied exterior, with just the right amount of glaze that effortlessly laid upon that soft pillowy interior. The donut was bursting with blueberry flavor that left several of us clamoring, "Where did these donuts come from?" After hunting down Yufang she announced the donuts to be from Donut Touch. A creature of habit as I am, I had to have a repeat experience. The following day I ventured to Donut Touch before work. As I ordered my donut, the young man at the counter grabbed my blueberry donut with gloves on, and then proceeded to take my money with those same gloves... whaaaaaaaaat!??? Seeing as he didn't put new gloves on after helping the previous customer, it was clear the young man was touching donuts and collecting money with the same gloves!!! Talk about disgusting. Had I not been rushing to work, I would have asked to speak with a manager then. Not to mention the fact that this discarded donut cost me $1.45. The worst thing about it, I've called twice to speak with a manager and neither time was one present. On both occasions I was referred to speak to Ben who I assume is the owner because he "comes and goes whenever he feels like it, and is only there for a short time" according to both individuals I spoke to. Although they both promised to pass him my name and number, he never called. The donuts are great but I won't eat donuts that are being handled with gloves that also handle cash. Im all about good customer service, and this review is based on the customer service I received today. In between Ubering I decided to make a quick stop at Donut Touch. I'm 2nd in line. The lady at the register was having a hard time ringing up a customer. I'm patiently waiting. Next, a family comes in that it appears they were regulars as the sandwich guy said hola to them. Meanwhile I'm patiently waiting. Before you know it a girl comes out the back and immediately starts helping the family. She clearly saw me standing next in line. On top of that.. once the lady resolves her issue at the register.. she gives the guy his receipt looks at me.. and then walks over to start talking to the sandwich guy!!! I couldn't believe it . Not one.. but two employees ignored me. I politely say excuse me..can I Can a donut??? Regulars or not... you should treat everyone the same.. and help THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE! Many coffee's, I love their bagels, they are fresh and delightful. The employees here are so nice and helpful, they are a real delight that make this place so welcoming and special. I am a vegan so I don't eat their cream cheese but rumor has it from my coworkers is that their cream cheese, the plain kind is very very fresh. I'll admit I'm not much of a donut fan but, if you can perfect a simple glazed donut then you've won me over. I've always been a fan of KK plain glazed nothing else nice and warm. I don't need all the fancy toppings. On National Donut my office decided to make a donut run. I've never had their donuts here before. They do not mess around these donuts are huge! I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time now and today I did! The service was friendly and helpful. The girl greeted me when I entered and let me know when I ordered the croissant that I could also get it with a bagel if I wanted. And I did! I got an everything bagel with egg, cheese, and ham. They boast using boar head meat and the ham added the perfect amount of salt to my sandwich. The egg was warm and perfect and the cheese was nicely melted. The bagel was chewy perfection and the seeds from the everything seasoning we're overflowing and amazing! I also ordered two donut holes for when I was done with my sandwich. They were delicious as well. It's a Sunday and I was amazed at the steady flow of people coming in here. Some stay, many leave with their donuts for their families, but all seem happy to be here. Many folks joke and chat with the employees because they're regulars. It has a nice homey feel inside. I'm sure I'll be back for a donut from time to time despite not being a huge donut eater. Best blueberry doughnuts in San Diego! I don't get my blueberry doughnuts anywhere else, but I haven't scoped out the seen much around San Diego, and I've never had the famous M&M doughnuts from LA before so I'm not too confident how these ones compare to others but they are very good! These doughnuts are really dense and more cakey than your traditional ones. I really enjoy them because they aren't super sweet, but still really yummy to eat and satisfies my morning sweet tooth. This store has a large variety of doughnuts from your very traditional glazed/twisted ones and some more adventurous ones like the blueberry or red velvet one. First time customer here on a Saturday late morning. I work near by and love donuts but never had a chance to try this place out. They close really early and their work hours aren't convenient for my working hours. This place looks clean on the inside. I was looking at the display and their wasn't much of a variety of donuts. But luckily, I only came here looking for glazed, maple and chocolate donuts. The donuts are bigger then the normal size donuts. And you do have to pay way more then the usual price for a dozen donuts. They were nice, fluffy and fresh. $13 for a dozen and $7 for half a dozen. We ordered a red velvet donut and two chocolate cake donuts. A mixed bag of donut holes, raised, chocolate, blueberry and red velvet. So good. Twice I have been here for sandwiches, twice I have been disappointed. Both times I asked for minimal mayo and instead had a whole jars worth! The second visit I caught it and asked for them to remove most of it. Both times I got a dry sandwich. No oil /vinegar. Only reason I went the second time was because they carry Boar's Head. Update: after months I decided to try again, My $9 dollar sandwich has 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, I asked for lettuce, tomato, banana peppers and oil vinegar, salt pepper, oregano.... this is literally the driest sandwich in the world. Not a sprinkle of oil/vinegar anywhere on this sandwich. I don't imagine giving them another opportunity to waste my money and get a bogus sandwich. read more
