All Star restaurant that exceeds expectations. Ken and Sarah are the owners and heart of this establishment. Ken's family hails from Cambodia and founded a restaurant in New York,( it's still going)! His mother's recipe for home fries is a must. It is added to " The Hobo " signature sandwich. I ordered the chicken cutlet with lettuce and tomato on a roll. Not just any roll, but a bake in house roll. Home fries on the side . Fresh ice tea. The menu is simple but plenty of choices. Nothing over $9 The family motto is "Love is the Main Ingredient " and it permeates the restaurant. Breakfast or lunch you will enjoy delicious food prepared per your order. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with them both. The welcoming spirit is contagious and shared multiple conversations with other diners. A great meal experience. Put this on your go to list See you there!

Awesome hidden gem for a quick and easy breakfast! Service was awesome and the place was immaculate. I got the hobo sandwich with bacon. I forgot to add cheese so can't wait to go back and get another and try everything else

The place is small but very cute! The FOOD is delicious! The pancakes are out of this world! I really enjoyed this little gem of a restaurant and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great breakfast spot. Oh and the shirts are so funny that I ended up buying one.

"Best breakfast sandwich on the planet" they said... I raised an eyebrow, cracked my knuckles, and said "Let's see what this breakfast game really talkin' about." Pulled up to this new spot fresh outta New York, now blessing Texas with that New Yolk flavor . In a somewhat forgotten area og Garland... Walked in like... Ohh-kay... Place was fresh and new with a professional decor to it... I said... what is your BEST!? He then recommended everything starting with a Philly Hobo.... Okay I'll take that. .. What else? He then started talking up the sausage Hobo--said the sausage gets flown in from somewhere up NY like it's a VIP. I was like, "Aight then, I'lltakethat too!." I hit him with my flex to make it G-TOWN--add bacon, throw in an extra egg. He hit me back with, "You want the sauce?" Something-something Sriracha. I said, "Yo, however you eat it, I'm down." Meanwhile, my sister was deciding between a omelette and French Toast?!?I was like Omelets are normal... order the French Toast... and she then added cheese and onions to her egg... then looked up like she was about to order another entrée. I looked at her like, "Hold on now... just because I ordered two doesn't mean you gotta go double-plated too." (And I knew she was gonna order a drink on top of this.) Food shows up. First things first--gotta clean the lens. Snap. Angle. Snap. Rearrange. Snap. Dramatic close-up. Snap snap. Aight, now we eatin'. First bite of the Philly Hobo: DAAAMN. I froze mid-chew and gave my sister the slow head-turn like, "You feel that?" Then I picked up the G-TOWN Stacker and hit bite #2: BOOM. That's when I started plotting how to convince my sister this sandwich might be "too spicy for her" (which she don't like spicy food ). I observed her taking the bite of the breakfast sandwich and sure enough I was let down because her face lit up saying it wasn't spicy at all! That sauce? Had me close my eye and sat shoulder dancing like I was a fat kid again. Absolutely delicious. Now the French Toast? Solid. I told 'em: Hit it with whipped butter so it spreads easy, toss a strawberry on there, dust it with a little powdered sugar... give it that Instagram glow-up. I'd get it again. But let's be real: Them HOBOs are the headliners. The French Toast was the opening act. The HOBOs came on stage, lights down, crowd screaming--they are the show. After stuffing everything down and nope... Sisterdidn'tleaveanything behind , I walked over to thank the gentleman. Turns out his family's been doing this for 29 years back in New York. And yeah, the sausage? Definitely had that "imported with love" flavor--savory, different, addictive. I asked about the sauce, expecting some secret family recipe passed down from a sauce wizard. He says: "Oh that? It's just a lil ketchup, salt, and sriracha." ...Excuse me?? I was stunned. Because it tasted like... Guy read my mind saying it had a perfect balance and bring everything together.... I was like... your right! So... Best breakfast sandwich on the planet? Maybe.... ... I hope this place ends up like Chris & Jons blowing up a year 2 afterwards and stay strong..

The owners of this establishment are brothers. They did not hesitate to ask if everything was to my liking. I'm a big breakfast guy and the Hobo Sandwich with sausage didn't disappoint ! This will be my new breakfast spot !

While searching for a place to have breakfast, I found Dos Huevos and I wasn't disappointed. We were greeted by the owner, who was super friendly, explained the menu and told us a bit about the place. We ordered a hobo sausage, a cheesesteak, and an egg burrito. Everything was delicious, the potatoes were very tasty and the sausage sandwich was our favorite. This place deserves a 10/10!

    The menu

This was my first time to eat here. I was close by and decided to try it. The menu is great with lots of options. I tried their signature breakfast sandwich the Hobo. It was delicious. They said they make their bread in the restaurant. It was so good. The sandwich was a decent size & had great flavor. I will definitely be back to try other things there. Definitely give this place a try.

Great breakfast sandwich here. So good I came two days in a row. I got the Hobo Sandwich the first time and it was a meal in itself. Today I got a sausage egg sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Wonderful! Also, very nice and attentive service. Good vibe in the dining area!

So happy to have found a NY style breakfast spot in North Texas! Dos Huevos did not disappoint. My wife, son and myself stopped by on their Grand Opening for a late brunch and were blown away by their breakfast sandwiches. The owners were super nice and personable. The owner Ken recommended a cheesesteak "Hobo" breakfast sandwich. My mind was blown! Fresh house made bread, the potatoes were killer (family recipe) topped with cheesesteak. Brotherrrr. My son had the sausage Hobo and my wife had the Turkey Bacon. Everything came out super hot and fresh made to order. Great options for beverages and plenty of space to eat. We will be back. Found our new breakfast spot.

    Ambiance

Mind. Blown. This isn't just food--it's an experience. Every bite hits that perfect balance that makes you pause mid-chew like wait... what just happened?! There is literally nothing else in DFW like it. Service? Impeccable. Vibe? Like your favorite hoodie: chill, cozy, and exactly where you want to be.

this is the HOBO breakfast sandwich. this sandwich is incredible. the workers are delightful. need I say more?

Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.
