Fantastic and delicious. Don't get me wrong. I love DTF but dough zone is a great replacement. We walked in on a Monday evening for two we're able to get a table very easily. We of course, started with the cucumbers and an appetizer, and I didn't love the spiral, but they were still tasty. For our entrée, we got some noodles some wontons, some dumplings, the scallion pancakes, XLB and the burrito. Everything was delicious. We wouldn't get the burrito again, but it was good to try. We really enjoyed the flavors and it really matched DTF and obviously it was at a great price point. 10/10 delicious

No immediate parking but Trailside is nearby, limited street parking around, and UVill is across the street. I love Dough Zone and love that they're expanding so much, only one of their franchises have disappointed me. I think this location is a bit smaller than most, but it's cozy and often has room. More people around this area go to another, very popular competitor for dumplings. Dough Zone is affordable while still being tasty!

How I heard of this place: My sisters ventured here one night. The next day, they brought me. Neither local to Bellevue, but both in love with the spot. Upon another visit, my sister and her good friend (visiting from India) chose this location for dinner. Type of cuisine: "Dough Zone Dumpling House was established in Bellevue, WA in 2014. The motivation behind the creation of Dough Zone was a desire to bring traditional homemade Chinese comfort food into a modern setting. The dishes served at Dough Zone are the perfect size for customers to share and try a variety of different food without breaking the bank. Over 50 different dishes are available to choose from and customers get the opportunity to mix & match to create their own personalized combination. A wide array of authentic flavors that will truly give your palate a new perception of taste." Ambiance: Definitely not the mom and pop shop that opened nearly a decade ago, the space is modern, large, and bustling. Set at the ground floor of a larger (apartment?) building, this location, too, seems to be quite busy at all opening hours. The room is bustling with activity - servers running to and fro, orders coming and empty plates going at every turn. There are regular height dining tables/chairs, though we were seated at an open barquette with bar stools on either side, limiting the space we had for our food between us. What I ordered: To start, one of our favorites - Sweet & Sour Cucumber (cucumber salad with sweet and sour dressing). We continued with Beef-Stew Noodle Soup ("a perfect orchestration of tender stewed beef, a rich beef broth, fresh noodles, blanched lettuce and garnished with crisp local green onions. The combination of all these elements come together flawlessly to create a balanced bowl of comforting deliciousness"). And the Spicy Beef Pancake Roll 麻辣牛肉卷饼 ("Our Green Onion Pancake rolled into a wrap with seasoned beef shank, shredded lettuce, and our spicy crushed pepper house sauce.") What I loved: The cucumber was my favorite of the four selections we made, easily followed by the beef-stew noodle soup. The pancake was very gamey/beefy, and it seemed I was the only one not completely turned off by it, so I finished the shared serving. Why I loved it: Quick food, tasty and savory, warm and refreshing, hitting the spot. Cost: Average to high

Friendly service and staff. Went during a busier time with a party of 8 and we had to wait awhile. Soup dumplings, cucumber salad and Dan Dan noodles were solid. Pot stickers were ok. Basic accommodations with the room temperate being colder than expected.

I absolutely LOVE their soup dumplings!!! They're always filled with so much soup, with great flavor, the perfect thinness of the wrapper...thin yet so strong to hold all that yummy goodness inside! The Q-baos also hold so much soup inside them! They always seem to have the perfect brown crisp to the bottom of them. Love their pig ear appetizer. It's an acquired taste, but they cut it so thin; I love how chewy and flavorful this dish is! Their noodles, soups, and other hot foods aren't the greatest, but if you're looking for an amazing soup dumpling, come to Dough Zone!!! Their service is always so quick and friendly! I just wish parking was better at this U-district location. There isn't a designated parking lot for this place as it's on the bottom of an apartment complex. You can park across the street at the u-village parking garage

Very disappointed. We were shopping near by so we decided to have lunch here. All the side dishes except dumplings were just okay. We ordered dandan noodles, cucumber salad, Chinese crape, Xiao Long Bao, chicken fried dumplings. All of the side dishes were too sweet and the portion was so small for the price. Both dumplings were good but not as good as other competitors. We were not that hungry and we thought we ordered too much food but turned everything was so small so we easily finished our food. Expect to spend $$$ for dinner if you are hungry. The service was just okay too. Not much interection. They were just bringing the food to our table and that's it.

Street parking will be very difficult as the place is located around residential buildings. There is a mall nearby so park at the plaza there and walk over. Quite busy at dinner time, but there was no wait at dinner time as the place is very spacious. Food took about 10-20min to come out depending on the items. 7/10 Beef roll $7.30 6/10 Mala noodle $8 7/10 Pork crab XLB $10/8pc 7/10 Spicy wonton $7.3/6pc 6/10 Crispy wonton $7.3/6pc 6/10 Wontons in soup $8 7/10 Pan fried pork buns $10/4pc 7/10 Beef noodle soup $10 I think overall it was an average food experience. All the 7/10 dishes were ok in terms of flavor but nothing really stood out. 6/10 dishes were just meh.

I've eaten here three times and it's been consistently good every time. The pork and shrimp potstickers are my favorite. I could eat tons of these! I also always order the thin sliced beef wrapped in a a crispy, savory pancake. Classic. The service is quick and the ambience is clean and nice with a decent amount of space between tables. I've been to other Dough Zones in Seattle and Bellevue, but this one is my go-to.

I bring all my out of town friends here and they love it. It's a great spot for dim sum. Not too expensive and still delish! You have to try the Dan Dan noodles and the wontons with chili sauce. Delish!

Writing this sucks and also I feel like I'm giving a completely honest and fair review of last night (Friday, June 19, 2026) from 7 to 8:30pm ish. Two hairs - one in my kaisen champon, one in my partner's niku udon. A dead bug in the niku udon. A staff member walking the floor actively bleeding from his nose with a napkin stuffed into it. Any one of these on its own would have been a rough night. All three in the same meal is something else ‍ The kitchen is small and open so you can see and hear everything, which meant we also got a front row seat to the chef yelling at his staff multiple times throughout the evening. The team was clearly working hard and seemed genuinely understaffed, but the kitchen felt like it was coming apart at the seams. We were in line to order for about five minutes, during that time we heard the employee at the register say to the man in front of us that there is no more summer special cold udon flight. Bummer, but totally understand. The menus are acrylic boards at the ordering counter, there were two for the two specials and they were left up when we went to order. The employee told me that unfortunately they have run out of the other special (not the flight). She turned around to do something else for a bit, came back, so I ordered the flight and she said they don't have that either. LOL okay!! No worries! I asked if any of the udon can be made cold? She asked the head chef. He yells back that he has no time for this. Like a good one minute lecture, yelling at the staff. So sorry I made him yell at this poor girl I ordered kaisen champon and my partner ordered the niku udon. We waited for a good 30 mins for our food. Fine we like each other enough to spend time with each other and can clearly see it is chaos in the kitchen. We get our food. We didn't get utensils with our food, and were told "I'll grab utensils for you, sorry about that" So we just sat there waiting for utensils. Food is good but there are hairs and a bug ‍ During our time waiting the water wasn't ever filled (it's self serve) so after our food came I asked for water three times, kept getting "I'll refill it". The chawanmushi showed up 20+ minutes after our food, basically as we were finishing. And they don't have to-go containers, which fine, but worth knowing. I've given this place real chances. Last night felt like a hygiene issue, an understaffed kitchen, and a service breakdown all stacked on top of each other. Usually we go during lunch so maybe that's my recommendation moving forward - I'm giving this place a rest from the rotation for now.

We walked into a casual, compact space with a mix of counter and table seating that fits the quick ramen shop style. The interior is efficient and well organized, though it can get extremely busy, and the wait times are often one of the biggest parts of the experience, especially during peak hours. Once seated, the space feels functional and comfortable, designed around getting a bowl of ramen in front of you without unnecessary distractions. The ramen is built around rich tonkotsu broth with a lot of customization options. We appreciated the ability to adjust things like noodle firmness, richness, and spice level, which made each bowl feel more personalized. The regular tonkotsu ramen stood out for its deep umami flavor without feeling overly heavy, and the noodles had a great texture that held up well against the broth. The vegan options also stand out, including miso-based bowls with flavorful broths that give non-pork options more depth than many ramen shops offer. The toppings are generous, and the soft-boiled egg was cooked to that perfect jammy consistency. Beyond ramen, the menu has a few sides that complement the meal well, including gyoza that came out crisp and well filled. We also grabbed mochi ice cream for something sweet afterward, a light finish after the rich broth. The seasonal ramen options are worth checking out since they add variety beyond the standard bowls, giving regular visitors a reason to come back and try something new. Service is generally quick and friendly, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets. The ordering system is straightforward, and the staff handles the constant flow of customers efficiently. The team kept the pace moving without making the experience feel rushed, and they were attentive to refilling water and checking in on the table. The biggest downside is the popularity, since the lines can sometimes feel long for a relatively quick meal, but the wait tends to move faster than expected given the efficient turnover. Ramen Danbo is a reliable spot for a satisfying bowl of ramen in Seattle. The customizable bowls, strong broth, and consistent noodle quality make it a place worth visiting, although planning around busy hours can make the experience much better. The balance of customization and quality means you can dial in your bowl exactly how you like it, and the focused approach to the menu keeps the attention where it belongs.

I'm sad that it took me this long to finally try Jufeng Noodle House, but now that I have, believe…read morethat I'll be making up for lost time. This place is a true gem, serving satisfying, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price. The restaurant looks small from the front, but space is used efficiently and they manage to fit quite a bit of seating into not that large of a dining room. Tables are mostly four tops, quite spacious at that, and surrounded by sturdy wooden chairs. I came for dinner on a Friday evening and there were a few other tables at any given time. Service was quick and our water never ran empty. We had the wontons in hot oil, topped with peanuts, I had the beef chow fun, and my dinner buddy had the pork with hot sauce noodles. The wontons are very very good, stuffed with flavorful pork and swimming in a sauce that sits in that perfect spot at the intersection of hot and sour. The peanuts and scallions add a delightful crunch. Their beef chow fun satisfies every bit of childhood nostalgia I have for this dish, with lots of wok hei, bouncy noodles, and the most tender of beef. I think my favorite beef chow fun in the city still lives at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but this is a close second. The portion here is also huge. I am a human vacuum and I actually brought leftovers home, which is rare for me. The pork with hot sauce noodles is seemingly a fusion of zha jiang mian and dan dan noodles. My friend really enjoyed it and actually finished the whole thing, which is saying something given that she doesn't usually eat that much. There are so many other items on the menu that I'm eager to try, so I will definitely be back.

My wife and son highly recommended this place as a tasty place they found…read more.. After my son's fencing tournament where he stabs his friends... we went on the adventure. The start of the journey began with the requisite parking fiasco and issues that are perpetual in the Seattle ID...but that should never, and I mean never, stop an important mission like finding a truly delicious noodle restaurant. When we went in, it was pretty empty. We were immediately sat, and ordered. The hot jasmine tea quickly followed. Our Calamari came out quick and was delicious to the point I nearly had to fight my son for the last piece. I quickly surrendered as he does stab people...see above...he parried my fork and stabbed the last piece before quickly finishing the move. Our mains came out shortly after we finished the calamari. The 14yo ordered beef brisket noodle soup. He said it was delicious, but too spicy after he added too much chili oil. The wife scoffed at the idea that there's such a thing as too much chili oil and ate some of his soup. This was after she dug into her hot pot. I did get a chance to sample the delicate pork pieces and the flavorful rice. The slightly crispy rice at the bottom of the pot were so delicious. I had the Singapore style fried noodles. Really tasty. The noodles had so many flavors from the vegetables to the meats (shrimp, chicken meat & egg, and pork) and the sauce. I enjoyed the meal, and look forward to discovering more dishes to try on our adventures trying to find parking. JuFeng, thank you for the delicious meal!
