The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. He saw photos sent by cell -- and knew right away he could take the job on. I was worried he was perhaps too optimistic. My experience with dents in places that affect the line and shape of the car haven't been the best, but I got a fair estimate with the news I could pick-up the car the next day. Car was finished by 9AM He even went as far to try and take out a tree branch scrape I had across the hood of my 2021 jeep trailhawk while buffing out some other scratches. Cool hard working dude -- no bs, all on time; and on price. I hope to never need their services again -- finger's crossed -- but if I do I know exactly where to go.
