Lawrence Rhee General Manager, approached me and said it is relatively minor damage and that he could fix it right there. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. He did some other work quickly and finished after I came back from lunch. I couldn't believe my eyes! I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

Sergio wrote up the estimate, then walked out and actually looked at the bumper. Told me the simplest route would take care of it and did it right there at a special rate. No full respray I didn't need, no insurance claim, no leaving the car for three days and figuring out a ride home. I didn't make the other calls. Didn't need to. Not only that, but various chips, dings, and "character" marks were throughout the rest of the body, along with no shine and dull finish. Stephanie took a brief look as I walked the vehicle with her, but her experience was evident as she noted various areas and let me know they'd send over an estimate soon. The estimate itself was very self explanatory and Charlene was available for any questions I had, but the pricing was very fair for the work to be done. Throughout the entire process I was kept apprised of the status of the vehicle, including suggestions of where to save money, or not recondition since the area just needed a good polish, which was very much appreciated since that honesty is highly valued for people that don't know anything about body work! She also mentioned that there were areas not up to her standard so they reworked it! Needless to say, it looked like a new car, with a deep, glossy shine, fresh from the factory! I took a 'before' pic that shows the oxidation on the hood (but trust me, it was MUCH worse in real life) and took a couple of 'after' shots of the hood as well showing the tremendous job Russ Ward did!
