Beach Dental Care was in network for my brother's insurance (CalOptima). We are so impressed with this establishment and are very happy with the services they provided us. We called on Monday to make a new patient appointment for my brother and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. I was very happy that we were able to get one so quickly. The receptionist on the phone was very kind and easy to work with. The dental office is extremely organized and well kept. Getting checked in was easy, just a few forms to fill out. The best part of this place is the staff. They are amazing. The receptionist (I didn't catch her name) was so nice and welcoming. Juliet, our dental hygienist, was so awesome. My brother was so nervous but she was very caring, always checking in to see if he was ok during the cleaning. Thank you Juliet! Last but not least, Dr. Maleki is the nicest doctor I've ever met. My brother likes his "vibe." He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Super cool guy. We appreciated that he really took the time to explain the results of his dental exam in a manner that made it easy for my brother and I to understand. He was very patient, non-judgmental, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I could really tell that he cares so much for his patients and his staff. Awesome guy. One of the best Dentists I've experienced. I was referred here by Apple Tree Dental to have a procedure done by a specialist. They were very informative and did a great job explaining every step of the process. Some of their x-ray and photo equipment was impressive, and their staff is very friendly and accommodating. The billing lady named Nilou over charged me by $50 but instead of apologizing, she started telling me BS and said she'll submit the claim to the insurance and they will decide if i paid over or just enough. Informed her she's the one who should refund me and she started giving me attitude, tone of her voice changed and eye got big. That's uncalled for because she's at fault. She told me "if you don't wanna listen to my explanation, whatever". I am the client and she's the one who made a mistake. There seems to be a dental office on every corner and yes this is on the corner of beach and lincoln, but they stand out. From my firat call to see if i could schedule an appointment for my mother who has dentical and myself. When i asked if they could accommodate new patients Jaslyn quickly got us scheduled real fast and Claudia followed up with me regarding my PPO coverage and my moms dentical. My mom needed to get new dentures but with dentical there is a time limit and we have to wait untill june. Dr Tandon honestly went out of her way and repaired my mothers denture untill we could get her new one. Seriously thank you so much for your kindness and amazing service. I recently had a tooth cleaning and fillings done at this dental clinic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The clinic was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr Tandon did a great job with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr Tandon also did my filling. She is very skilled and she made sure I was pain-free during the procedure. My father told me that once I find a good doctor, I should stick with it. And I have found a great one. I cannot get dental care where I live and was able to travel out of my area for care here. The staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, especially when I got nervous about the procedures I needed. Everyone was willing to work around my schedule, which I very much appreciated since I'm not local. They took extra time to ensure my procedures would be covered before anything was done so that I wouldn't be surprised with any bills. I feel like everyone really did the most for my care. I'm so happy to have a new dentist that I can trust, and I'm looking forward to finishing up my dental care with them when I can travel back to Anaheim.
