I ordered a strawberry Japanese soda, pork belly bao, and the pork belly tonkotsu ramen. The guy at the counter forgot that I ordered the bao and I had to remind him when we got to the register, and it wasn't until after I was served the ramen and paid that he told me they were out of soda, and that the bao would take another 5 minutes. Really bad customer service. Not that he was rude or anything. Just needs to learn how to do his job. The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection, but the tonkotsu broth was a little dilute. The bamboo shoots I added on were a lot sweeter than they should have been and kind of altered the broth flavor in a strange way. But I was given a very generous amount of pork. The bao was pretty bad. Although it was relatively fluffy, it still had a bit of density to it, along with an overwhelming carrot flavor and not enough sauce. The pork was very greasy. I will say that I saw another customer was eating the birria ramen and that looked really good, and not dilute like mine was. read more

Very slow service, bland food, pitiful appetizers. I ordered online for a 5:15 pm pickup about 1 hour in advance. I arrived at the Henderson St Rose Parkway location at 5:15 pm, then proceeded to wait 30 minutes more for my order. While I was waiting, customers were coming in, starting in person orders from scratch, and getting their food, all while I sat there and waited. After about 25 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, I asked when it would be ready. The said a little while longer. No apology, no effort to make things right, and all while more customers came in and got their orders prepared while I was waiting. Once I got the food, things weren't much better. yakisoba noodles had decent texture, but taste was very bland and had no traditional yakisoba flavoring. Chicken rice dish was mostly rice and average at best. I also ordered 2 appetizers. Tempura shrimp was mostly breading and almost no shrimp. Chicken gyozas were shriveled and small, not portions were very small. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience. Don't waste your time or money here! read more

This is not authentic ramen. How can you have ramen without Charsu. Then the person behind the counter - "What is Charsu?" The broth is watered down no taste whatsoever.
