Before I keep forgetting I have to review drain right services. My mom's hot water heater just randomly stopped working one Sunday afternoon. It's only been 3 years since it was installed and figured that replacing some parts would work. However I was wrong and had to call plumbers to go fix the issue. After speaking with their tech Michael we all came to the conclusion to replace the entire unit as it would be likely that we would be in the same spot in few months even if my moms old water heater was fixed. Around 2:40pm, I called and let the lady know that I hadn't heard from anyone. She assured me that they hadn't forgotten about me and I was the next one up. Two hours later (4:30pm), no one had shown up. No phone call. Nothing. I texted them and cancelled the appointment. From the pipe-camera, it looked like the roots from the Torrance City tree were causing our pipes to back up. (2 months prior) Christmas Eve 2023 raw sewage came into our shower. Drain Right came Christmas morning and snaked our pipes. But, 2 months later, same problem. But this time Drain Right used their camera and discovered the tree roots! Drain Right came and got to the source of the problem. Cleared out the roots, put a plastic protective lining in the pipes with a hard drying resin. All of this done so the roots could no longer penetrate our pipes. (Plus, there's a 25 year guarantee.) During this whole 2-day process of digging, piping and cementing, Alex Cruz was great! On time, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to work with. AND He smiles when he's on the job! I like it when a worker enjoys his job.
