Dispatcher let me know the tech would arrive between 8:30 and 9. At 8:17 I received a text from the office saying the tech was en route to my house, but the text message stated the wrong address. I called the office and texted to give them the correct address, but the office claimed all was good. At 10:20 the tech called me with his ETA, but I kindly cancelled the job. My husband and I purchased a home in February 2024, which at the time had working AC. Come July when we need the AC, we fired it up and it wasn't working. I had work done in July. My tech Juan Guzman came to the house and took excellent care of me then, but that is not why I am writing this review. I call again because I thought my drain backed up again. Come to find out it was not the pipes but was the garbage disposal. Wow. Ray showed up for what we thought would be a routine snaking of a clogged drain. After coding everything he could and not being satisfied with the results, he called in his supervisor with a drain cam to assess the situation (free of charge!). Then, upon hearing a big quote for a big recommended solution, Ray came up with an alternative that met our more immediate needs and pushed some of the cost down the road. As if that wasn't enough, he even did a little more than we paid for to really get the water flowing again. Couldn't recommend this kind, thoughtful, dedicated professional more! Last week, our toilet was backing up, so my husband called the number on the free magnet that we had on the fridge. No idea where it came from, and I never call people who advertise as I prefer to get actual recommendations. The people came out on time, and were very professional The felt the problem was clogs in the pipe, so that was about $145, but it didn't correct the problem, so they needed to go down 6 feet to check the junction and that price went to $3200. Then the bad news came. . Cracked pipe and recommended putting in a liner to the main sewer line. They gave 2 quotes, one to the sewer from the first junction or from the house to the main, which was almost $23,000. They offered a company that can finance, or a credit card that gives you 18 months no interest which we took. The Field Supervisor was very nice in explaining everything and it took 2 days complete the work Friday evening. The Supervisor Gonzalo Perez left us his card and said if any further issues, just call me. When the toilet still would not flush on Saturday morning, we called his number. THe party answering stated they never heard of him, and they could send a tech out and he would call in the next 5-15 minutes. After an hour, I called again, and explained we had just paid this hugh amount and didn't expect to be charged again, she said that would be up to the tech. We did hear from the tech but couldn't come until Monday and call back if we still were interested. As I start to think about this, I'm starting to wonder if I had been scammed. You read about Seniors being taken advantage of. After all, I didn't know these people, the company said they never heard of the person who gave me his card and I realize I only signed things on an IPAD and I had no work order, showing what was done, no guarantee of the work, and I still have a toilet that won't flush. It was an old toilet, so it probably needed to be replaced, so Sunday we spent the morning looking at cost to replace and install a new one but decided we just can't add another purchase right now. So, Monday I left a review stating I still had a toilet issue. This is where the surprise came in! Tuesday morning Marcos shows up to bring the paperwork and could not apologize enough for the mix up over the weekend and brought a new toilet and installed it as an apology to ensure we were satisfied. Satisfied?? I'M OVER THE MOON!!!! I've never done business with a company as ethical, professional and caring as this company. On Christmas Day we were experiencing problems with our main sewer line. An issue we had been dealing with on a yearly basis. The next day we had a complete blockage. I tried calling my plumber but found out later that he was out of town for the holidays. I went on Yelp and found Drain Right Services. I was happy to hear that Nick (dispatcher) could send someone right over. Orlando (plumber) came and tried several times to unclog the sewer line with no luck. I was impressed by his willingness and determination to get the sewer line back up and running again. Unfortunately, after inspecting the line with a camera, Orlando discovered that our line was collapsed. Orlando took the time to explain and educate me on how the line might have collapsed over time. He also pointed out problems / symptoms to look for leading up to a collapsed line. The only option at that point was to replace the sewer line. I thought this was something that was going to take at least a week to fix but he was able to get a crew out and get everything taken care of in 2 days! I really appreciated Orlando's patience with me especially after bombarding him with so many questions. I also want to give a special shout out to Donald & Leo (crew members / technicians) for working hard digging those man holes. They did a great job patching up the concrete on the driveway and making the new clean outs look good. This was something that was completely unexpected and maybe at the worst possible time (Xmas) not to mention the $$$, but at least we have the satisfaction that everything was done very quickly, professionally and we don't have to worry about it anymore. Called in due to my water heater not supplying hot water to my home. A Technician was sent later that day and determined that the water heater had a leak which was causing the pilot to shut off. The unit was still under the MFG warranty and Drain Right was able to issue the claim and get a new unit to my home in a very timely manner. Their was a slight cost issue but Efrain was able to get this taken care of, due to the unit only being a few years old. The Technician than installed the new unit and hot water was back on and rolling. Would definitely recommend Drain Right for any of your plumbing, heating, A/C needs. Awesome Service!! read more

On Saturday July 20, Alejandro Rodriguez, who goes by Alex, was very efficient, skillful, informative and friendly in doing a complex repair of a leak of underground pipes in a yard at my mother's home in Santa Monica. He assisted me by allowing me to take the photos I needed to submit to the city of Santa Monica to apply for a credit on the very high water bill in July- photos showing the leak before the repair and the new pipes after the repair. He had to go to a nearby supply house to get the new pipes, but it did not take that long. He was very thorough in checking all around the leak source to pinpoint what needed to be repaired. We had a slow drain in our shower. They came out the same day I called them and cleared the drain with a Milwaukee AirSnake, which is a battery operated device that clears the drain with a high pressure burst of air. Reached out for water heater replacement/repair service earlier this month. The tech was able to come out the next day, but he seemed to be in a hurry. The consultation was very quick, took maybe 2 minutes. He just told me that the tank had to be switched out from the issues I explained to him. Before he left, I gave him my card and contact info. Fast forward 2 weeks, still no quote, no proposal from him. I called the company to follow-up and it turns out that he logged my email incorrectly on the system. They said they would check up with him the next day because it was his day off and they were unable to check his files. I didn't receive a call from them the next day. I had to call in again and was told the same thing as the day before. I got fed up and called another company and got the work done the next day.
