Called at 8:15 in the morning for a blocked kitchen drain. Talked to their AI afterhour service, which was a little creepy but got a 10-12 appointment. Got a call that the technician would be there at 11:45am. Never came. Called back and talked to a real person. First off the technician went to the wrong address even though I had the AI asst. read back the address which was correct. The person I talked to said they called twice to get the address, we did receive 2 phone calls but when we answered no one was there. So we set up another 2-4 pm schedule, 4 oclock has come zero phone calls. I called another service. Guess they have so many customer they can afford to blow some off. read more

So I found Drain Right Services on Yelp. Our kitchen sink was backed up. They called and said they would come between 2pm-5pm unfortunately they didn't come until 6:30-7 o'clock which they called and let me know they were behind on schedule. I was kinda upset about it but it is what it is. When Alfonzo came he was super nice very professional. My daughter(3yrs old) was very fascinated what Alfonzo was doing and he was super nice with her and answered question and made little conversation with her. But all in all my sink is working and he made sure his work was 100% correct and made sure there no was leaks and the sink wouldn't get backed up again. Price wasn't bad at all. Paid $125. our heat suddenly stopped working two days ago and we thought it was a pilot issue, but after the gas company came to visit, it was verified that it was a part issue. Drain Right was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Mario and Juan we're quickly able to identify the issue, drove a distance to get the part for us, and returned to efficiently install the new part. Mario went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our furnace and was able to get us the part at warranty cost, which saved us quite a bit of money. I found this company, completely by accident with the help of Yelp's inquiries when I sent a request for a estimate from one other company. Our old air conditioning unit died, heating was not great for the last 10 yrs and whole ductwork needed replacing. I gotta prompt reply from Renato who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the costs and what needed to be done. We had 6 other companies give us estimates but Renato stood out and we knew he's the right guy to do the job. I had shopped around to get my central AC serviced for the summer and got responses from numerous services and Drain Right was one of them that was available the next day and had a very reasonable price so I scheduled them for the next day. Unfortunately I was called for a reschedule later that day due to a number of technicians calling in sick so I was contacted timely for the reschedule so I didn't mind. Mario was the technician that was scheduled for 8:30am the next day and was right on time. I hadn't had my AC tuned since I had it installed back in 2020 so I figured it's time since the temp was going to get rough. Mario did his routine service and recommended some items and was about to take payment. He stopped and noticed that the compressor in the back turned off and said something isn't right so he went to get his tools to check why. After several analysis with the electrical wiring, thermostat, and piping he asked where the drain was and said it was most likely clogged. He was 100% correct and continued to trace the problem and solved it and now the compressor works the way it should and my family will enjoy the cool conditions in the house for the coming high temps. Mario could have walked away after he was done at the time but lone and behold the professionalism, honesty, and high ethics turned him back to fix what he saw was not right. I would give Mario 10 stars if I could. We lack the high moral standards in todays times but everyone could learn from Mario to bring the moral standard average up. 100% will call on Drain Right for any future issues and I highly recommend doing everything Drain Right can to keep and embrace technician like Mario around. read more

Before I keep forgetting I have to review drain right services. My mom's hot water heater just randomly stopped working one Sunday afternoon. It's only been 3 years since it was installed and figured that replacing some parts would work. However I was wrong and had to call plumbers to go fix the issue. I'm glad I searched and found drain right services because they were the only ones that came out to give me an estimate same day. After speaking with their tech Michael we all came to the conclusion to replace the entire unit as it would be likely that we would be in the same spot in few months even if my moms old water heater was fixed. We have Micheal the go ahead and he got to work. After a couple of hours it was up and running and my mom finally had hot water after 2 weeks of taking cold showers or bucket showers lol. Yes it is expensive nowadays ladies and gentleman but the value of what you get long term is immeasurable. We requested a toilet replacement which ended up resulting in a lot more work than initially thought. Issues with the piping required Drain Right to remove roots from the piping and fortify the pipes after removing the roots. Ultimately, the estimate to do the work was $14K! We quickly accepted the estimate and went ahead with the fix, but regret not looking for other estimates beforehand. After doing more research, I see that the work may have been cheaper if we hired other plumbing companies. I'll take the time to get second and third opinions next time! That said, the Drain Right workers that fixed our issues were friendly, hard-working, respectful, and professional. I'm not an expert in plumbing but got the impression that they are reliable at fixing things. If money was not an issue, I'd consider them once again if we had more plumbing issues down the road. Two of the workers that I got to know were Joseph and Enrique. These guys are great! I interacted with Joseph a lot more given that he was the lead contact/worker for our plumbing issues. Joseph has a ton of potential that I can see him maximizing in the future due to the work ethic and people skills that I saw. He went above and beyond to help us out, and for that, I say thanks!
