My issue was a clogged bathroom sink that I allowed Yelp to match me with Pros. I truly appreciate that Drain Right reached out to me immediately after sending the request. They were quick to send technician the same day for a free estimate and I didn't have to worry because they did contact me about half an hour prior to the tech's arrival. I had an emergency and had to leave home, so I called them again to say that I was going to be a few mins late and to inform the tech to kindly wait for me. Sure enough, my Ring camera caught Drain Right's truck arrived right on time, which of course made me a little worried if they're not willing to wait or if they'd just leave cause I wasn't there. I told him through my Ring cam that I'm about 5 mins away from home. I parked on the street, rushed, and he reassured me that the wait was nothing to worry about. Now the work-- Alfonzo not only worked on the issue, but he's also given us valuable and helpful information. I even asked him about our kitchen sink (the hot water is not working) and he didn't mind taking a look at it and suggested a few options we can do to correct it. He made sure the job was done before closing, checked, and had me verify the work. He also helped me out as a first-time customer which was really helpful! We made a rookie mistake of loosening our water valve to our toilet and caused a small leak. A different company came out, tried to tell us that there was a big issue and that it would cost money to fix. Mind you, our plumbing had all been completely updated and replaced seven months prior. This company was supposed to come out and fix the problem that evening or the next day. They completely bailed on us and never showed up despite repeated calling. Then, I spoke with drain right services, and they sent out a plumber within 2 hours. Juan Guzman came to the house. He was very professional and courteous. He looked at the valve and could tell that it just needed to be tightened more. He tightened it for us and didn't even charge us. It was a less than minute fix. We called at 6AM and got a live person, who made a 9AM appointment for us. The tech (Nick) arrived promptly and relentlessly worked to solve the problem. The repair required a part which necessitated a trip to a distributor over an hour away, so Nick had go there at 6AM the next morning to see if they had it (our AC is old). we got a text at 8AM that he had the part and was on his way to us.
