They were very responsive, polite and offered to come Monday morning and quoted a very reasonable fee (lowest quote we received) to snake out our drains. (They mentioned using a toilet augur to clean up some calcium / mineral deposits near the toilet line. That did some marginal help, but the real solution that I later thought of was to use CLR and I increased the tank water level inside the toilet. This is the second time I have been very satisfied with Drain Rooter Service. The first time was in 2020 when they hydro-jetted my main line to the street, where they cleared roots entering my line. This time, Tu helped clear my master bathroom sink drain, which was clogged with roots. He first crawled through the crawl space to see if he he could see where the roots were entering the line. After not seeing any obvious entry points, he then unclogged the drain using a snake. I will be calling Todd again in the near future to come back out to do a camera inspection of the lines to determine how extensive the root issue is.
