The not so good, but not unexpected either: Long wait times. Some possibly tall tales, like "we just can't find the keys to that car" and "the car you wanted was JUST sold." Overall: Pretty okay place. If you're not auto savvy bring someone who is, read the fine print, and don't be in a hurry.

Also, the vehicle I traded in was never transferred out of my name and was in an accident May 22, which i got a certified letter from the tow company with the state of Missouri contact information. The service department is another issue, long wait times, often high pressure tactics used by service writers for services that in some cases are not even recommended by Nissan USA and in one case last year, during my oil change and tire rotation, the tire rotation was not done but was written up as, and when I called them on it they seemed unconcerned and did not even offer an apology. You get a years worth of free oil changes when you buy a car here so use them up and move on IMHO the service department is NOT recommended.

I contacted the dealership and spoke with Mr. Michael Frazier himself. (owner) I told him which vehicle I was interested in and what I was looking to do. He was easy going and extremely accommodating. We had several calls to sort out all the details and get everything set up. You'd never know this was an out of state venture, (I came in from Texas) with how smooth things went. When I arrived, Mr. Frazier had the vehicle spotless, fully fueled and with a "Do not sell" sign on it. (That was a very nice touch) Everything was set up just as we discussed, right down to the very last detail. Checking out the vehicle, test drive and paperwork couldn't have been more seamless and worry free. After everything was said and done, I was ready to be on my way. I drove the truck back to Texas. Car runs great, they put a brand new battery in right after I purchased it and now I have a great new weekend driver.
