Awesome Food! Great Cocktails and a great atmosphere. The seasonal Old Fashioneds are amazing!

I was really looking forward to trying this place. My wife took me out for my birthday as I love bourbons and I wanted to try the 15-year Pappy. We asked the hostess about a booth and told her we're celebrating, and we will be buying some expensive bourbon. After 25 minutes wait they gave us this tiny little table next to the bar that was uncomfortable and people were constantly bumping at us. There were two other tables available but she said they were reserved. I politely asked how is that since their website states no reservations and the same was stated over the phone when we called. Really disappointed, so we ended up leaving. I hope I was not too unreasonable but when you're dropping so much money at an establishment, I was expecting some comfort so I can enjoy my bourbons. For a reference, a flight of 10, 12, and 15-year Pappy was $300. I give them two stars for this experience. read more

Waiters are knowledgeable ... cocktails vary from standard to amazing and original to standard prohibition. Covid has majority of seating outside. My only issue is location. they are too close to second rate, Dive bars. W/ Covid , there is a lot of outdoor seating ... and next door is a BS, drink for cheap that isn't serving anywhere near the level of quality. So while you're enjoying a well thought out and often sophisticated drink outside, yours forced to watch and listen to the obnoxious customers-of a fake Irish-pub. I feel like this spot is worthy of a better location. I'm sure it no longer requires walk in traffics... and could move a little further up the street and away from the mainstream alchy.. spots. Second time I've been in here. Both times the service has been quick, attentive and friendly. The food is amazing and the drinks are great, even for my dad that usually complains that drinks are weak because he has a heavy pour at home. read more

Decent lunch here today. We arrived around 12:30 and the place was pretty empty, but that meant the service was speedy and I'm all about that. We got an appetizer and then two orders of the pork ossobuco and chicken and waffles. The pork was ridiculously tender. The chicken was seasoned well and fried to perfection. We ended our meal with the brownie dessert and the only thing that could have made it better was if there was vanilla icecream served on the side. We didn't drink, but the drink menu was exceptional and I look forward to going back and trying one of their flights. read more

Fried Pickles were a scam!!! $15 for 7 tiny slices of chick-fil-a sized pickles. Very expensive and not worth.

Tried an off menu burger from with avocado, bacon, and chipotle mayo with a side of truffle rosemary fries the drink was so cute with the flower and was sweet and easy to drink even though there was tequila in it lmao. The fried pickles were as well. Staff was super friendly! read more

Service-fine. The waffle sandwich bland; I wouldn't recommend. Too moist-lower waffle slightly soggy. The fries were burnt. I was informed the potatoes are waterlogged not burnt. If it were my establishment, I wouldn't serve them. Quality and presentation matters a lot. read more

I stopped by DRY 85 with a few coworkers for lunch a couple days ago. It's a cool bar and grill on Main Street in Annapolis. I really enjoyed the experience. Our server was Brian. He was friendly and attentive, answered all the questions we had, and checked back regularly. Props to him. I had the Black Bean Quinoa Burger - the Patty is house made, and was tasty. It was well mixed and not grainy. I'm not huge on veggie burgers, but this was one of the better ones I've had. They also have a really nice selection of whiskeys which I did not try because I was working, but I will be back. (I will also be trying the Seafood Mac n Cheese, and Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich at some point. Yes I've already planned my return trip(s). Don't judge me.) It's a fairly small place (as are a lot of places on Main Street), booths on one side, bar on the other, and a couple of tables in the back, so I imagine it fills up fairly quickly. Great Bourbon Bar and restaurant. I got their fig and blue cheese burger and it blew me away. Also, I highly recommend upgrading your fries to the truffle version. They are phenomenal and well worth the couple extra bucks. I love bourbon, but their prices per pour are too high. I got a draft brewski instead. Cheaper to drink my bourbon at home. read more

I really, really enjoyed my meal at Dry 85. The staff was professional and the atmosphere was nice. The seafood Mac & Cheese was pretty amazing! Please do yourself a favor and order that. My boyfriend had the cream of asparagus soup. He really enjoyed it. I thought the flavor was good but a little lukewarm for my taste. The side salad was OK, the lemon dressing was nice. My boyfriend ordered the Osso buco. He enjoyed it, I tasted it, very good! I had the ribs with blueberry sauce - sweet but delicious!!! The cole slaw is yummy. I also chose the special vegetable side of the day - broccoli I and garlic. Divine! Overall our anniversary dinner did not disappoint. read more

What a neat place to eat and drink! They have flights of whiskey and bourbon, such a different spin on the beer and wine flights I have done in the past. They have tons of different whiskeys. The food was also really good (yum to blackened scallops!). Highly recommend! read more

We actually were planning on going to a different spot down the street, but stumbled into this place and it was such a happy accident. We were seated quickly and served with incredible craft cocktails by the mixologist Tyler. My partner had the "What's the Dill," which she loved. I started with a drink called the "Eye of the Thaiger" which was also amazing. We got the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. She got the blueberry half rack of ribs with salad and slaw, and I got the brunch burger with truffle fries and chipotle aioli. I kid you not, every single sip and bite of this meal was incredible. She ended with another "What's the Dill," and I had "The Grand Creamsicle" cocktail for dessert. Stumbled upon this spot and luckily was able to get seated right away on a Saturday night. FYI, this is a bar and restaurant which is very small in size so it get very loud and hard to hear one another while dining and ordering our food (our waiter struggled to hear what we were ordering ) but with that being said the food was really good and the drink selection is huge! For food we ordered the soup of the day (cream of asparagus) which I was told was delicious, I didn't have any! We also ordered Brussels splits of the day which was fried Brussels with old bay and goat cheese. The Brussels were really crunchy and delicious! For our main course we ordered the blueberry ribs which were AMAZING, the meat fell right off the bone and the sauce was super tasty! We also ordered the cheeseburger with bacon and pulled pork and BBQ sauce. For sides we got truffle fries and scalloped potatoes all which were super tasty! Would definitely return! The Millionaire Mule on their drink menu is absolutely divine, but please do not go here to eat, because the food was abysmal. We ordered multiple things including their brussel sprouts of the day, their fried pickles, the quinoa burger and scallops and left almost all of it on the plate as it was all overly cooked and/or burnt. read more

Cute little cocktail bar. Smaller place with a quaint, dark atmosphere, and on the noisier side. Bartenders were friendly and our cocktails were pretty tasty. Hubs ordered a smoky whiskey sour that he quite enjoyed and I ordered a strawberry mule. I wouldn't have ordered the mule again because it was a bit sweet for my liking, but it was really light and fresh. Wait staff was laziest I have ever encountered. Didn't bring menus and finally after asking got us menus. Never came back to the table and finally after flagging a waitress down she sent the waiter over and he told us bar service only. He could have explained that when he brought the menus. We went on a whim. The ambience is more adult. Dim lighting, huge bar in the front, sports on the tv. It's a cute place inside. Booths across from the bar, very clean and cozy. Our server was Grace. She was great, very friendly, knowledgable about the menu and gave great suggestions. She was attentive but not too much! We started out with sweet and spicy chicken. It was soooooooo delicious. I had the fried chicken sandwich and my son had the burger. My sandwich was good but could have been more flavorful. Dear White People, a little salt if your friend. My son's burger was amazing. They cooked it a bit less than he wanted but all the flavors melted together wonderfully. I wasn't drinking this trip so I hope the drinks are strong and yummy. Came by here on a Sunday while chowing down through town. My friend and I dropped in for a few drinks at the bar. Very nice and friendly staff and bartenders. Decently priced cocktails. I had myself the old-fashioned and manhattan. No complaints. I would have to come back again another day to try out their food options before solidifying the 4 stars. What was even more impressive though was the hospitality given by a particular employee. Cori was not only knowledgeable about the beer list, but gave a great bourbon reccomendation. Our server was friendly but never came back to refill waters so I had to call him back. They have a nice indoor seating area and menu selection. I've been to this establishment 3 times and had 3 different experiences. The first was the best. Late night run with a friend and we happened to see this place was open. The bartender was great, he was the only one on staff still and served us our drinks and dinner. The food was delicious.I had their fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries and washed it down with an ammeretto sour. Loved their shtick where all drinks are served the old fashion way. One definitely can reminisce on the days without relying on mixes and pre-made flavor enhancers. There weren't many people the first night we showed up so service was speedy and prompt. The next time i went, I took my cousin because I needed to show her this place. She loved the food and drinks. It was super busy but our waitress was on point with service. I can say maybe it was a cultural difference and a long day for our waitress, because she was quite snarky when we asked questions about the menu, but in the end we all still had a great time and she mellowed out when she realized we just didn't know the menu. The last visit is the reason I had to make it 3 stars. They closed the kitchen at 11 but whoever answered the phone that night stated it closed at 12. Upon arrival, at 10:45, they stated they were no longer serving food. We waited in the booth for 15 minutes for the waitress to come back just to tell us they were only doing bar service until they closed at 2 am and we would have to get up back and forth to get our own drinks. I think if I just walked in before calling ahead, I would have no choice but to be fine with that. But because I did call, I was under the impression at least appetizers would be served later to accompany the alcohol and still able to receive table service. I went to the bar and couldn't really get bar service at all because the bartenders were talking to each other and only those at the bar. Maybe it was just a super eventful and busy night for the staff. It was the middle of the week. At this point my friend and I just left to explore the other close by businesses. read more

Had a wonderful first time experience here on a Saturday night. Food was good, drinks nicely crafted but the service here was phenomenal. Megan welcomed us in with open arms and made us feel like family! Even personally sitting down with us at our outside table to explain everything in detail. On a Tuesday night, this place was not very crowded. We were a group of six and were seated very quickly. Our server truly knew her whiskey and bourbon and easily helped one of us choose a drink based on his personal preferences. He definitely liked what he got. I'm not a huge fan of whiskey and bourbon so I just chose the Rum Row cocktail which I enjoyed. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and substituted the chips with garlic and Parmesan fries. The chicken was very good. It was crunchy, moist, and had a special flavor too. Also they put two big pieces of chicken into the sandwich so it was double the goodness. The fries were great as well. Always wanted to try this place and glad I finally got to. I got the whiskey sour to start off with and it was the perfect balance for me. For food wise, my boyfriend and I were starving so we decided to try many things. The wings (spicy pomegranate and bourbon bbq) were decent wings. The dry 85 burger was my favorite dish. I loved the cole slaw in the burger and it was cooked perfectly to medium rare. The fried chicken sandwich was not what I expected at all. It was so dry and had no flavor. The pork was my least favorite out of the four dishes we ordered. It was so dry and for $28 it was not worth it all. Overall, i had a good time and our waiter was a cool guy.
