He ordered medium and I ordered the spicy garlic Parmesan with dry Cajun seasoning on top (recommended by our server - she was great too!). They were both good. We really liked the spicy garlic Parmesan with the Cajun seasoning. Husband likes more heat than I do, so he would've liked the medium hot base better with the spicy garlic Parmesan and Cajun fry seasoning. Both the blue cheese and ranch were tasty too. Visiting Buffalo for the long weekend and made this our first stop. What a great decision!! This is the original location so you know it's seen some things. Come during lunch so you can get the beef on weck + 5 wings lunch deal for $19.99. You get the best of both worlds getting the Buffalo famous beef on weck and some delicious wings. I really liked the horseradish sauce on the weck sandwich and gave it a nice punch. The wings were phenomenal and were super crispy, nice size, and great sauce. I also really like that they bring a Duff's bucket out to discard the bones in. I also got their two flagship beers, the Duffalo and Wingman IPA. The wingman ipa was outstanding and not overly hoppy but had great flavor. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

I would really like to give 3.5 stars. Buffalo pit stop for some wings. Bar Bill first and now Duff's. While Bar Bill has a local bar feel, Duff's gives me more of a corporate vibe for some reason. We only got 10 piece wings medium because their site does not really promote much else. I am not sure if we took too long to get there but the wings did not have the crisp skin that BB had. That being said, the sauce is definitely more flavorful than BB's, although that flavor is predominately salt. After the first couple of wings, I was a little overwhelmed by the saltiness and was missing the cleaner flavor of the BB wings. So at least in my opinion, go with BB but maybe go with hot or spicier. read more

Call me crazy for going for chicken wings when I'm not a fan of them. I figured "When in Rome". SO glad I did because Duff's wings were DELICIOUS!! Duff's is my family's go-to place for wings. There is usually a wait, but it's worth it! You can grab a beer while you are waiting for your table. We came with a large party of 14 and they were able to accomodate us. It can get a little cramped inside and it is ALWAYS busy which of course means that it's legit! We always order the medium wings with fries. The wings are meaty and fried to perfection. You will not find a shrimpy wing in the batch. They are COVERED in sauce. The medium has some heat! Their beef on weck is also a popular item. I tried the mac and cheese and it was pretty good! They have a great kid's menu for the little ones. Duff's is up there with Anchor Bar (and others) for the best buffalo wings and after really liking Anchor Bar, I wanted to see how these compared. They have a great lunch special deal from 11am-4pm which I decided to take advantage of. The wings were a good size and were pretty crispy despite being smothered and soaked in their buffalo sauce. These were definitely saucier and spicier than most buffalo wings I've had. There's a strong amount of vinegar which made them a bit tangy; this was a bit overpowering for me. The blue cheese was surprisingly good and didn't have that sharp and pungent flavor it usually would. They give 2 blue cheese cups when I would've preferred the option of 1 blue cheese + 1 ranch; I ended up having to pay extra for the ranch. The fries were pretty standard and the onion rings were solid. The Duffalo beer paired really nicely with the wings and overall, this was super filling and definitely shareable among 2 people. All in all, Duff's was a bit too vinegary which makes the heat from the buffalo sauce permeate more and more as you eat. Not my preferred buffalo wing but really great try nonetheless! read more

Best wings I've had in my life! Wow. Just the right amount of crispy on the outside, awesome Buffalo sauce flavor, tender meat with almost no fat. Medium light was the perfect spiciness level for us. We like spicy food, but want to be able to enjoy the food too. I substituted ranch for the blue cheese that comes with the wings. My husband got the Italian sausage sandwich, which was okay. He was expecting a sausage in a hotdog bun. He said the sandwich could have used some kind of sauce with it (he thought it would be good with marinara). The sandwich had peppers and had a nice kick to it. The fries were thin, lightly salted, and the right level of crispy. Service was efficient and quick. We walked in at 11:30am on a Saturday, right before the lunch rush, and were seated right by away. When we left, the place was full and there were multiple parties waiting to be seated. Man do we love Duffs. We are from PA and love wings and have tried Anchor and others but Duffs is our go to. We recently arrived on a Friday night, Valentine's Day, with a party of 6 and waited about 20 min. We arrived at 5:30 hoping to be seated by 6 so that worked well. We were the first ones in and the staff were ready to assist as we headed back to Ohio to catch an afternoon flight!
