Friendly staff, clean place, many options, low on stuff in the display case, chai was decent! Cupcake was dry. Icing was yummy.

Best Cinnamon Rolls I have ever eaten!

This is a cute little café. It has wonderful cinnamon rolls, and quite honestly everything in the case looked delicious!

This dough is made with love. One of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Get it warmed up! Soft, pillowy dough with just the right amount of cinnamon and icing. Divine. Great coffee too!

New to Santa Fe. Place across the street was out of plane croissants so decided to try Dulce.Great choice. Dolce was almost out as well. Perfect croissant. Lots of shards if you know what I mean. Delicious! But even more exceptional was the Chi Tea. The absolute best I've ever had. Special Chi from Colorado. No idea of a Colorado chi but it was awesome! I will be a regular now! Thanks Dolce! Job well done!

    Red Velvet cake

When living in Santa Fe, I frequented Dulce Capital. Their coffee and pastries are delicious and service is always friendly. When selecting a wedding cake, my husband and I ordered a red velvet from Dulce because the bakery holds a special place in our hearts. The cake was delicious: very moist and lovely cream cheese frosting. Dulce made a beautiful and simple red velvet cake, and left of the embellishments, just as we requested. We loved it!

    Almond croissant and regular croissant

These croissants were actually a little flufflier/moist than other famous bakeries like Dolina and Sage, but the regular didn't have many layers and the almond was overbaked on the outside (though that seems to be the style here?).

We stopped into this little coffee shop during a leg of our road trip to grab a light snack, drink, and catch up emails. They have free WIFI which was very helpful. This place is super cute with vivid walls and large scale tempting treat art on the walls to match the cheerfulness of the place. It is a very clean and energizing space. They make all their yummy treats in house. The chocolate cake was supposed to be award winning, per the gentleman behind the counter, so we got a slice to go. I wanted something lighter so I opted to eat the lemon meringue tart with the iced hibiscus and rose tea while I typed away. The tart was delectable! It reminded me of my grandmother's pie she used to make, except the meringue was softer and had a creamy consistency. My partner opted for the lemon ginger scone and said it was really good with chunks of citrus in it. The little one got the chocolate cupcake and it was gone in the blink of an eye. "Did you enjoy that?" I asked. The reply was a wide eyed exaggerated shaking yes of the head. They did have quiche which looked really good as well, if you want something more savory. After getting down the road a bit we tried the cake. OH my my - this dark rich slice was straight out of diet hell. It did take us 3 days to eat one slice as it was very dense and rich. I loved the slight bitterness of the frosting and its texture was remarkable. I see why it got voted the best! Really glad we stopped in here. It was a perfect break on our long road trip!

Best almond croissant I've had! Reason for only 4 stars was service was lacking. Easy parking and appeared to have a great selection.

Patrons form a line to order, and signs on tables ask guests to order before settling into a table. Before we could give up and walk out, the owner/manager approached us at the Mille entrance with complete kindness, and he invited us to enter with the stroller to find seating before ordering. We were so surprised by his desire to accommodate the baby, and we accepted his generous offer, quickly finding a little corner table in the covered patio area at the back of the restaurant. Once the stroller was out of the way, I placed our orders, and we received our drinks quickly - a black hibiscus iced tea plus a creamy London Fog. Brunch followed shortly - croque Madame for me, veggie quiche for my friend, and a Nutella crepe to share. My taste of the quiche was super creamy, and the croque madame was as rich as expected. Crepe was lovely, though I wish they hadn't run out of eclairs, which are my favorite. We'll have to show up earlier next time - and there will be a next time! Thank you for the hospitality, Mille. The way you welcomed us, stroller and all, made all of the difference.

We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!

The café has a cool, modern vibe with plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. They were very busy on a Saturday morning. The counter staff was very matter-of-fact. Not rude, but not especially warm or welcoming either. Honestly, I got the impression she was just under a lot of stress. We also asked another staff member if we could use one of the patio umbrellas (they were all closed for some reason), and he was prompt and friendly, which we appreciated. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, a meat-filled empanada, a honey latte, and a cold brew. The cold brew was a little too dark for my taste, though coffee preferences are definitely subjective. Interestingly, there's a place in Albuquerque that has an almost identical flavor profile. The toasted everything bagel was very good, but it didn't come with quite enough cream cheese. The single cream cheese packet also felt a bit lackluster presentation-wise. That said, when we asked for more, the response was friendly and accommodating. The honey latte had beautiful latte art and great flavor, definitely a highlight. The empanada, filled with ground beef, green chile, and piñon, was a bit over-toasted, but the filling itself was flavorful, even if somewhat sparse. Overall, I think 35 North has a lot going for it and could easily elevate the experience with a few small improvements to consistency and customer service.
