I needed a quick breakfast on my way to an appointment. The gal at the register was really helpful and knowledgeable. They did a substitution for me with no problem. I also ordered a coffee with one of their turbo flavorings and being a person who doesnt really like coffee (I just want the caffeine) it actually tasted pretty good. I like the food and coffee. But the service is good here. As someone who has worked in service this isn't a difficult job. Of my order of donut holes and coffee (one got black with caramel and one med ice mocha) is too hard for you ...perhaps you need different employment...somewhere where you don't deal with people. Coming to this Dunkin Donuts location is always a crapshoot because you never know what kind of attitude their employees are going to give you. Good customer service is nonexistent here. I pulled up to the drive thru to give my very simple order-just a couple of donuts-and the girl acted like I just ruined her entire day. To sum it up, her general attitude towards me was "How dare YOU have the audacity to come to MY drive thru at a donut establishment and order *gasp* DONUTS?!" Even my daughter caught on to the tone in her voice and wondered what her problem was. It's not just a one time thing either; it's an ongoing trend here. If you hate your job so much, think you're too good to be polite to customers, and can't be bothered to smile, then please do everyone a favor and stay at home or find a job that doesn't involve interacting with people. It costs nothing to show kindness to others, but unfortunately that's a simple concept that not many people can grasp. read more

Mean lady ! Lady with short hair in drive thru was rude. Gave me attitude when I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, but meant chocolate frosted donut.she said I couldn't switch them so I said that's fine I'll buy the chocolate frosted donut. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to swipe my card and get me a donut . He after she did she said thanks have a good day, and never gave me my bagel. I asked for it and she got it for me. Being from New York, you can imagine my extreme disappointment with Colorado. From a Dunkin' on nearly every block, to a single location in far-away Colorado Springs. I heard through the grapevine Fort Collins was getting one, and I couldn't contain my excitement. Finally, a good dozen without breaking the bank. Sadly, the excitement ended on my first visit. Parking was a bit rough, and once we got to the counter they had us wait while they fiddled with the register for 5 minutes. Finally we ordered a dozen, they messed up a few of them but we didn't say anything...no biggie. But with donuts of this caliber, customer service doesn't matter to me. When I bit into that first chocolate cake glazed, I was ready to be whisked away to one of the few good things about NY. But that daydream quickly ended as I tasted the donut. It didn't taste like that donut should from DD, and it wasn't even good. I thought maybe it was just the one donut, so I tried another kind...mediocre to the core. In summary, these donuts are "meh" at best. I've tried them a few more times since, and still no good. If you want donuts of this quality, go to the local grocer and save a few bucks. I have yet to go to this location and have a positive experience. When using the driver thru my order has never been accurate. They are usually out of what ever I am looking to order early in the morning. The staff is always in a rush and unfriendly. Very poor customer service experience. read more

Tried this location for the first time this week, and it was great. Quick and friendly staff and a great all around experience. I have previously gone to the one on Broadway in Denver, that store is a joke. Those people can't figure out how to make a donut. HEALTH HAZARD!! I wish I could rate this donut shop 0 stars. Let me begin by saying that I love dunkin donuts, or used to. The Denver store and ones in ohio are great! The fort collins store needs to be shut down by the health department. I ordered a donut and a number 5 breakfast bagel with coffee. I should have thrown out the sandwich after the first bite. It made me violently sick within an hour of eating it. I know it has to be bad because I normally eat a lot of junky fast food and never get sick. The bagel was soggy and the egg was the consistensy of mash potatoes. I thought the bagel tasted like soap, but i was in a rush so I ate it like an idiot. To top it off the coffee had the distinct taste of a foul coffee drip machine which has not been cleaned. If you dont want to spend your morning in the bathroom steer clear of the fort collins shop!!!! I'll never go back. read more

I went in for the first time just to try it. I ordered a frozen drink where the gal rang me up for it. I went over to the pickup counter where I was waiting for my drink. I saw them making the drink I ordered with all the employees around each other then one of the employees took it and drank it. After that one of the employees finally noticed me and asked if they could help me. I said that I was waiting for the coffee I ordered then the girl who rang me up said "yeah she order a coffee" then they were like "oh" made me the coffee I ordered, gave it to me and then I left. The coffee I ordered sucked. Also as far as I could see behind the counter it wasn't clean either. I will never be going back to Dunkin Donuts ever. read more

I used to love dunkin donuts until i came here. They never have munchkins and toasted coconut donuts. Went through drive through friday Oct 16th,2015 at 9:35 pm and asked what they had available. The man through the speaker told me that they had nothing available. I asked what time they close at, and he sayd that they were closing early,then turned down the lights. The sign clearly says they close at 10:00 pm.I beleive him and his staff were just lazy and didnt want to offer any service to me 25 minutes prior to closing. I hope that management can correct this issue and teach their staff that their customers are valuable to them. I have never had this type of problem at any other dunkin donuts.Until fixed,i will take my business elsewhere. read more

Anyone who has ever dissected a cat or human cadaver knows the smell of formaldehyde and faintly rotting flesh all too well. When I unwrapped my sausage and egg croissant and this odor greeted me, I quickly determined that this was the worst meal I've ever had. I didn't even want to feed it to my dogs. read more

Was in need of a quick breakfast and DD was the closest option. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and was told that they were out of croissants. I was really looking forward to the croissant, and was given alternative options none of which sounded as appetizing as the croissant. I'm not out for a free meal, however I do believe in being compensated for menu items that are not available especially at major chain restaurant. I ordered the veggie flatbread instead at 9:35am. There were several cars in front of me, however it took 20 minutes to receive my order. I cannot understand how it would take this long when all products are pre-made an only require heating. This problem seems to arise from poor management and unmotivated staff. Will not return. read more

I had a shocking experience with a shift leader today at this location. They have been having a promotion for $1.99 medium iced latte or macchiato but when my friend tried to order one today, the employee said that promotion was no longer in effect. I pointed out the promotional sign which quickly got taken down and dismissed until we asked to get the deal. She made it seem like this $1.50 was going to be taken out of her personal paycheck. When I got to the register she told me that I could not get the deal because she had already "taken the sign down"! The sign that I had previously pointed out to her! It took a coworker to go up to her and explain that they had to honor the deal because they had a sign up. Horrible customer service today at this location unfortunately. read more

Stopped by at 9:35pm to grab coffee before a night shift. All the lights were off and the lot was empty. I would say maybe the hours listed are wrong but based on other reviews of this place they probably all just left early.... read more

Awful!!! We stopped in for breakfast to try some of theirs sandwiches. Disgusting. The food was practically inedible. I couldn't believe how awful it was. I had the chicken and biscuit sandwich. The. Biscuit was dry and the chicken was disgusting. I decided not even to take it home to my dogs. The hash browns were mushy and awful. Even when we got donuts - dry and tasteless. We were so disappointed because I always remember Dunkin Donuts being very so good. I'm sticking to Le Mars for donuts and quite frankly McDonalds is head and shoulders for breakfast food. Seriously..... Today is national donut day., so free donut with a purchase of any drink. I order a combo meal with medium drink, and a sandwich and hash browns for my boyfriend. There were only 3/4cars in front of us, so not a big deal. Took way longer than it should have though. finally place our order. They were out of all donuts but glazed or chocolate icing. I understand it's donut day so it was fine but disappointing (they should be prepared knowing they are giving free donuts so should have stocked up, but whatever). I asked for a chicken bacon ranch on a preztal bun (only ordered for the bun lol) but of course, they were out of pretzel buns. So instead I asked for it on the bun it usually comes with (later looked it up, it's a French roll). The employee didn't know what it was...and didn't offer it to me...said crossiant or bagel. So I got it on a crossiant. Boyfriend ordered chicken salad sandwich. They didn't inform us until we got to the window and they rang us up that they are out of chicken salad....so he ordered the same as me since he no longer had the menu board. He did not want a drink bc he already had one in the car, I asked if he could still get a donut since I actually purchased a combo meal with med drink and a 2nd sandwhich with another order of hash browns, he just didn't want the drink. They said no, big surprise. Waited probably at least 20mins or longer for the whole process since pulling in the drive through. Paid $14, seemed a little high, but didn't question it bc of the line behind us. When we got home I realized I was never given a receipt to check it was rung up right. Also saw the "chicken" on my sandwhich was literally the size of an oversized chicken nugget, same for my bf's. it was seriously so small (I lived off of DD back on the east cost, it was 24hrs right down the street from me and have never had a shitty experience or piece that small, ever). Then as I started to eat it....there was NO ranch on my chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. Or my boyfriends. Instead there was a honey like sauce we didn't ask for on both of ours. Lastly, my coffee did not taste like chips a hoy what so ever! It looked and tasted like a regular iced coffee. Wasn't even darker like in the picture. And worst of all, it was CRUNCHY from all the SUGAR! Eww. I could literally see about half an inch of sugar at the bottom of the cup. I've never had any problems with any DDs on the east cost but have had bad experiences every time I've gone here. coffee was crunchy and flavorless/watery at he DD in Windsor as well. I was so excited they were getting a DD here, now I'm just disappointed every time I try to eat here (hoping it will be better). I love DD and do not want them to close, just get better employees or train these ones! I've worked in fast food places before, it's not that hard. I can't say that the donuts are bad because they never have any. I have gone here three times early in the morning over the last three weeks and they are out of almost everything. I could understand if this was 10 in the morning and they are not making a bunch more for the day but this has all been from 6:30-7 in the morning. Twice they had only one kind of donut holes and and the third time only had two kinds. They have also been sold out of at least half of the larger donut flavors. read more

I loved this dunks, until recently, I went there almost everyday! I paid and was given my coffee, I was just waiting for my sandwich. It was taking awhile but I didn't think much of it until a different employee came to the window and asked me to pay the total of the person waiting behind me. I tried to explain I'd already paid and was waiting for a sandwich. Her response was to go around and ask her employees if I had paid or not which was embarrassing. Finally the girl who had taken my money came over and handed me my sandwich with no apology just handed it to me. It was all very rude. After paying, we sat at the drive through window for 22 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks and a dozen donuts. When I said the service was too slow, after watching them chat and heat up one piece of bread at a time at one point, I was told there were only two of them and plenty of other customers. There were four customers inside. Then, still holding me hostage by not having brought us the lat of our drinks, I was told I shouldn't have ordered three sandwiches in the middle of the night. It was 7:03pm when I placed my order. Then, when I asked again for the sweet tea I had ordered, they asked me whether I wanted it sweetened with powdered sugar or liquid sweetener and how they were suppose to make it. I told them they ought to give me my money back at that point, and the guy said he had the right to refuse service. I told him he'd pretty much accomplished that. Then the girl handed a drink that was clearly not sweet tea - who knows what these incredibly rude people put in it - out the window and the jerk told me he was, "refusing me service. Don't ever come back." No problem. I won't. Did I mention the handling of the food with bare hands? I couldn't eat the sandwich I had purchased. And, they didn't have the donuts we wanted in the first place. read more
